Called and emailed customer service and they refused to acknowledge my claim and impose their 7 day return policy, i have now filed a complaint to DTI following the instruction posted on website http://www.dti.gov.ph/consumers/complaints

After speaking to several service reps and supervisors Lazada continued to stick to their anti consumer 7 days return policy
01/16/17 Submitted complaint to DTI
01/18/17 received acknowledgement reply and endorsement from DTI
02/21/17 sent follow up email to DTI
02/28/17 received a reply from DTI requesting for action / on cc Lazada
Received a call from Lazada with instruction to return item
03/08/17 Refund completed
It took 3 months to finally resolve my complaint with all the headache and wasted time for such a small claim of 1160 pesos.
