Please be aware ladies! This company uses photos of other designers & place them on their website. The product that you receive will be a completely different dress. I ordered an Ivory dress that had nude sheer sides. The dress i received was white as snow with no nude sheer siding
The two dresses I ordered are way bigger than the picture and don't fit my daughter. They allow no returns for wrong sizing. Better to order from a place that allows you to get better costumer service with their business. They have a Bad business plan.

I would give 0 stars! I ordered my wedding dress from lalamira when it finally arrived it looked nothing like the picture, the dress came with a ton of glitter on it and the sizing was even worse! I filed a complaint but the manufacturer, who you cannot physically speak with, emailed me back saying the dress was "adequate" and they would not refund my money. I even found out they "re-use" other website reviews for that dress. They told me to try and sell it, but who would buy this mess of a dress. They really don't care about customer satisfaction or quality for that matter. I was then told "my understanding would be appreciated". I'm extremely disappointed in the lack of accountability after spending all that money. Please do yourself a favor and DO NOT buy a thing from this company!
I would have given this 0 stars if I could! I ordered a flower girl dress for my granddaughter and when it arrived, I was shocked. The fit was not even close to what the measurements are for that size. It gaps open on the sides and shows so much skin. The lace is scratchy and cheap. The bottom is huge and the flowers on the belt are big and ugly. We wrote to the company immediately, including pictures and they sent a duplicate email to my daughter and then to me. They show that they have a 7 day return policy and we reached out in less than 3 days. They said to take it to a tailer! For what we paid, we could not believe that they would not refund the money. The dress is brand new with original tags. Money down the drain. Do not order from this company. The worst customer "service" i have ever seen. What a scam.

I recently ordered a birthday party dress for my daughter from lalamira, and must say, thoroughly impressed! The quality of the dress was exceptional, with meticulous attention to detail. The size guide was spot on, making online shopping a breeze. My daughter looked absolutely stunning in it and was over the moon. There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company sent me the complete wrong color dress than I ordered. I ordered Ivory (almost like a beige/cream color) and they sent me a full white wedding dress. They then proceeded to tell me the difference was "acceptable" and barely noticeable so I should just keep it and sell it to my friends OVER 18 EMAILS. That was before they offered me maybe 30% of my items value back in a refund. They are lazy and don't care to fix their problems. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. Horrible service, I am very displeased. Lalamira, don't respond to this saying everything is fine because I accepted your solution. Frankly, you should've given 100% of my items value back. But what am I supposed to do? Take no money? Embarrassing you don't know how to run your own business.

I ordered 2 brides maid dresses and one came 2 months later. The body suit was like a size 6 x and the skirt was for an adult size 10 … crazy the other wasn't even the color I chose. Not to mention they charged my card for 3 and I got 2. No way to ever return them. I sent soooo many emails with no response. And was charged 350$ for the 2 brides maid dresses that never came. I had to finally dispute my transaction with the bank. Buyer beware. There are so many more reputable sites out there. Don't let this destroy a happy memory.

Dress was better than expected for the price. Tailored fit was perfect. Delivery was timely. Not sure why this site gets poor reviews unless people have unrealistic ideas for what you can purchase at this price point. I thought quality was excellent for under $200.00! Very happy with my dress and excited to find something so beautiful at this price. Can't see paying hundreds or thousands of dollars for something I will wear only a few hours of my life.
They do not let negative reviews on their site so I commented in the picture of the dress I ordered on Instagram. They deleted it. They want you to believe they are a great deal. With only positive feedback and "happy" customers. They did not allow for my return even with pictures I sent clearly showing the dress is NOTHING like the picture. Please do not waste your money. I ignored all the bad reviews because they still had over 3 stars which was a huge mistake. My bank is currently disputing the charge as fraud.
This dress was absolutely beautiful, I was worried about it getting delivering on time before my prom, but it worked out great! The dress fit to the sizing chart very well. I decided I wanted more volume so I added a hoop skirt but it has tool built in if you don't want the volume I did. 10/10 recommended, I got a lot of complements and I will most likely be ordering from here again. I would order your dress with plenty of time before hand so that there is not a lot of pressure with shipping.
The dress I bought was not at all close to what was pictured. The quality is terrible. And this was their response when I asked for a refund:

Their refund policy is very clear, if returned in proper condition you can get a refund. Terrible business practice, absolutely horrible customer service. Will never buy from them again & contacting Better Business Bureau now.
This dress is absolute stunning, elegant and sexy at the same time. It gave a bold statement. The quality is amazing, needs to be tailored a bit, other than that I really recommend. Everyone loved it.
I ordered a beautiful lace gown, with scalloped trim. What I received looked at best like a cheap lace Halloween costume. The lace trim is raw and frayed. The bodice is nude, and the bra padding they put in is bright white, giving the appearance of 2 giant white triangles on my chest. Nothing like the actual dress I ordered. I immediately emailed them, And over the past week have had no response from them. I have now called, and emailed 5 separate times. Don't waste your time or money buying from these scam artists!
Upon receipt of a wedding dress I ordered from this website in an undamaged package the dress had damage to it. The silk had a large run in the back near the train, the strap was frayed not to mention that much of the lace was not even attached to the dress. Upon requesting a refund label I was told to use common sense that when you ordered online the product would be different than the photo displayed. After much back-and-forth regarding a low quality product the pictures below are email screenshots of my correspondence with this company. BEWARE

I never buy from an unknown, preferring to stick to major retailers but had such a terrible time finding a dress I like and they had one that was beautiful and I felt would flatter my shape. The dress arrived and it is a cheap knock-off. Not only is the fabric not what I expected, but the quality and detail were substandard. I reached out within hours to start a return only to get a message "We have checked for you and we did the right dress in your order. We inspect the dress carefully before shipped out. When you are shopping online, it is common sense that the dress will definitely has some difference as the picture shows". Thus far they are refusing to process a return even though a return policy, which I followed, is stated on their website.
What can I say... this dress is stunning! I felt amazing in it and comfortable (which is pretty important on your wedding day) I ordered a set size and had it altered by my local dress maker which cost me a little extra but hey you can't complain with the price of this gorgeous dress.

You keep sending the messages and they keep replying with a link to return and it just goes back to the same customer service FAQ. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. MY WISH IS THEY GO OUT OF BUSINESS.
