The owner of this boutique got mad because I called her out on the quality of her clothing for such high prices and instead of issuing me a refund, she issued me a gift card which I did not want to shop with her again and so I waited six months to buy from her again and this is what she sent me. Please see the photos below the clothes were damage and smelled of cat urine. I can't believe this lady is still in business.

Love Hotmiamistyles, their one of my go to boutiques when I need some cute outfits for a trip or for an event! I've never been dissatisfied with my orders, the shipping has always been fast and all of the clothes are great quality and have that perfect stretch material! Definitely a great shop if your a curvy girl! And and anytime I have an issue or something doesn't quite fit thankfully I'm able to drive over to their storefront in Sunrise and exchange my items….they always have great customer service and I will continue shopping with them!
This was my first time purchasing from HMS and it did not disappoint. The quality of the set I got was great. Really sad it didn't fit but I definitely will be buying more clothes in the future from them. Their customer service was even better!

I've ordered around 7-8 items from them so far and have loved every piece. Everything has fit me perfectly and the quality is even better than expected (you never know with these online sites). I did have an issue once with a wrong size but they handled it immediately and made it very easy.

I came across Hot Miami Styles and really wanted to give them a try. I ordered over 15 items. BIG MISTAKE! Their quality of clothing is atrocious. Their pieces are not functional AT ALL. You can't even put the body suits on because they lack the necessary zippers. Their return policy is a joke. Avoid this company!

I became a customer of Hot Miami Styles about 2 years ago, so far I have not run into any issues(fingers crossed) and the quality of the clothes is pretty good. Hot Miami styles is such an amazing company! Their clothes are so cute and usually are true to size. I had an issue where an item I ordered was way too big although I ordered the size I usually get from here. I called their customer service and spoke to Allison. She was quick, attentive, and addressed all my concerns. She asked me how they can make the situation better, which they did! I have ordered their clothing many times and they never disappoint with their fast delivery, helpful customer service, and cute clothes! I will definitely order again!
