“Worst website to order from”

The owner of this boutique got mad because I called her out on the quality of her clothing for such high prices and instead of issuing me a refund, she issued me a gift card which I did not want to shop with her again and so I waited six months to buy from her again and this is what she sent me. Please see the photos below the clothes were damage and smelled of cat urine. I can't believe this lady is still in business.
