I have ordered from HMS for about 4 years. I live in Canada and pay the exchange rate + shipping, which I don't mind because the clothes are bomb. I mainly buy their high waisted skirts, and dresses. All of their bandage dresses/skirts are amazing. The price is usually fair for the quality of the item. The higher the quality, the higher the price it seems. Although I have purchased many things in the lower price range and was still happy with what I ordered. I had to exchange something once and it was a breeze. Out of all the online stores that are popular right now, Hot Miami styles definetly keeps things consistent. I've never had anything fall apart or be see through unless it clearly states sheer :)

I have been a loyal customer for over 8 years and have always been satisfied. From clothing, customer service and delivery time. I would recommend them in a heartbeat..

I ordered 3 items for $260 two months ago! I waited 30 days as mentioned on the website but still didn't recieve my package. I then called and emailed to find out what's going on. Some rude lady said they will place a tracer to locate my package and that it will take another 30 days for them to trace it. 30 days have passed and I still haven't received info of the whereabouts of my package!
After resting the reviews and the lack of communication from The company it seems like I will not be getting my clothes nor my money back!
I have started my mission of legally exposing this company!

I wouldn't recommend purchasing from Hot Miami Styles. Alotttt and I mean 99% of their clothes does not look like on the pictures... Halloween style kind of material... Their customer service is HORRIFIC... These guys are only there to make their money not to make their customers happy... They never have stock and simply say keep checking back so that you look at their website... that's the only answer I have ever got. I did buy a few pieces of clothing that did work for me but as far as their sizing chart don't follow it because its all over the place. I bought a bathing suit and the bottom was WAY too small but guess what... they don't have any other sizes in stock and don't do refunds. My luck! Honestly just go to the store because youll end up paying so much more in having to ship back and customs.

I have been a customer for almost 9 years. I placed a large order - $400. All of the items were horrendous - horrible quality, the belts on the swimsuits don't stay clasped, the material felt and looked cheap af, I returned everything because nothing worked and nothing was worth keeping.

I get an email today that says the return cannot be processed because I've returned too many items. So I called them thinking this must be some sort of mistake so they tell me their policy allows them to deny returns at any time for any reason.

So I asked them to define "too many returns." WHICH THEY COULDN'T EVEN ANSWER. Does this magical number of apply to everyone? What determines too many returns? They literally had no answers for me. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. These days there are far too many boutiques online and what sets you apart is your customer service and return policy - both of which are absolute trash here. I cannot imagine this company staying around much longer.

Severely disappointing.

I am in l love with this store never disappoints if I ever have a event wedding or even a Vegas trip I always can rely on hot Miami styles for the most sexiest outfits!

I found a beautiful two piece set I loved but wasn't sure what size to get. I decided to try the live chat since I was short on time to make my purchase. Soly from custumer service answered me right away and was SO kind and helpful. I was going back and forward between two options and she patiently answered all my concerns. I received my sequins two piece set and it fit perfectly! Love this online store will buy from them again for sure!

I bought a pair of pants for 80.00 I paid express shipping as well as soon as I got them I called them they had a rip on the side. I took and sent them pics and called. They said they would give me ten dollars to go have them fixed it ended up costing me 40.00 and a headache to get them fixed! I called back to say I either wanted the full 40.00 I spent fixing them or Im shipping them back and she said Im stuck with them! The pants hVe the tags and everything on them I contacted them as soon as I received them! 80.00 turned into 120.00 got damaged cheap pants! Be careful!

I have made many orders from Hot Miami Styles in the past few years. I have recently made an order on the 12th of March and when I got my clothes. 3 out of 4 dresses have damages with the material. First dress has a 2 inch hole on the sleeve. The second has ripped lace at the bottom of the dress and on the inside of the dress on the chest area the seam is not completely sowed, and there is a big hole. 3rd dress has the strap sowed on back words. There is no way I could wear these out unless I spend my money getting it fixed. I have also had these small problems on my last orders. I live in Canada and I pay a tax fee when I order for the US. I wish the clothes were made with better quality and made with better care. Everyone should get what they paid for! They also blocked me off Instagram for commenting "bad quality" on there picture.

I live in Toledo, Ohio and I ordered Black Multi Wear Panty Sequins Embroidered Dress on Friday at 7:40 p. M and I received it on Monday! The express shipping I paid for was faster than any other express shipping I've dealt with. The dress came so fast like I'm still shocked lol. For reference with that particular dress I am a size small, I'm 5'2 138lbs I wish I could provide a picture but I'm pretty small but I have a booty. I will say the size chart is off so trust your regular size, a medium would've been too big for me. If you order this dress try it on don't be scared of the long straps it's because it's a multi wrap gotta tie it up.

Dresses fit perfect for a short petite women. Would definately refer friends and family to check it out. Shipment only took a few days to arrive
