Lalamira had the best colored gowns for Brides I could find! I looked stunning in my black dress and it fit like a glove. I will be ordering again for future formal events.
I got really nervous bc AFTER I had ordered the dress I ran across these reviews, I even went ahead and bought another " just Incase dress " if the reviews turned out to be correct. I do not know why some have had such a bad experience but ours was great. We got the dress in the expected amount of time, it is made of beautiful material the color is exactly what we wanted. Could not be more please. Thank you all.
This is the ugliest dress ever! Very cheap flimsy material, cheaper looking than tricot! Customer service is absolutely the worst ever! Will never recommend this company, I am just out 200.00! Don't want to even give 1 star!
The dress looked nothing like the picture. Worst customer service. They did not honor their 7 day return, but instead told me to resell it somewhere else or to give it to my friend. This was very unprofessional.
I do love the dress so much! The shipping was fast and customer service was good. Unfortunately I still had to get it altered because it fit a little funny on me despite giving them the measurements of my arms. Overall I think the quality is fantastic for the price! Worst dress I have EVER bought online in MY LIFE. This company is awful. They are deceitful and fraudulent. Please don't make the mistake of purchasing a dress from them--- the glowing reviews under the dresses are not what they seem! They review the reviews and wont post anything negative. It's a scam! The dress I bought came in the wrong sizing and didn't fit at all (I used their sizing charts) and in cheap material! The photo was satin and it was some strange cheap cotton blend or something? I contacted customer service who says they will return orders if you contact them within 7 days (which I did) but said because it's the size I ordered they wont return it. They also told me to give it to a friend or resell it locally... what the hell? Nobody would want it anyway. Bad company. Bad dresses. Please save yourself and run the other way. And if you did like me... then file a complaint or dispute the charge against this fraud company so they can be shut down!
I love it! Got so many compliments when wearing it. Everything was great about the dress. Color was popping! It was very comfortable to wear. Will definitely recommend. I will be ordering from here again. Thank you. 100% satisfied customer
Great quality for the price! Everyone thought the dress was custom made when I wore it. Only downside for me was that I had to order 2 sizes up based on the hip measurements, and then have it taken in on my waist and chest area, which would have been fine except the top straps were super big on me and did not stay put the way the photo shows. That being said, if you match the measurements exactly (and don't have weird measurements like me) the dress should be perfectlalamira
Dress took ages to arrive. When it arrived it looked nothing like what's in the pictures. Material was cheap. Shape was very strange. The material jutted out a lot at the waist and looked ridiculous. Ordered a standard size. Contacted customer services, turns out that the company does not adhere to any of the selling laws. They refused a refund so lost money. Will be reporting company.
Do NOT purchase anything from this website. ALL a scam! They use pictures from various websites to promote and sell their dresses. When you receive the dress, it's nothing like what you think or hoping for. They do NOT take returns but tell you to give the dress to a friend and take a loss. Read reviews. ALL A SCAM! I didn't do my research and got scanned. I'm warning you to stay away and save your money. You will thank me later.
Used their chart measurement for my daughter and was wrong. After back and forth e-mails, they wouldn't exchange for the correct size. The wedding is in 3 weeks so I bought a larger size and paid another $21.99 in shipping. I emailed them the dress measurements next to a tape measure with the website not correlating in size and they still refused an exchange. If my cousin didn't ask to buy from this store specifically to match the other flower girl dresses, I would never buy from this site! What a rip off. I can find a better quality dress from Amazon with cheaper shipping.
It took a little while for the dress to ship, I was actually surprised it came in on time but once it was shipped, it got to me quickly. Only bad thing I can say is that the communication could be better. But the dress itself was flawless. The material was great and it was exactly how I wanted it. I added a slit to it, that this company actually put in to for me with no additional charges.
I ordered this last minute for a formal event I was going to. It came in 2 day shipping. I was actually really surprised how well it was packaged and how nice the material was. It has a corset back so the size can be adjusted a little. It is very long but I could still manage dancing.
Dresses are poorly made and they have no return policy. We ordered a dress for our daughter's prom. We were very careful about getting her measured properly and ordered the correct size, but when the dress came in it was way too big. They refused to take the dress back telling us (in very poor English) that it was our fault and we needed to go find a tailor. I would suggest avoiding this company.
I loved my dress - it was really beautiful. Despite having extensive alterations in the UK (£250 worth) it still worked out to be excellent value. The zip broke first time I used it but I intended always to have the zipper taken out and a corset back put in so it didn't matter. The corset back made it perfect and the whole bodice needed taking in, more boning, adjustments to the drape and split, and the front shortening. But everyone has raved about it and I have had so many compliments on my amazing dress. It was perfect for my tropical beach wedding. And for under £400 total I am very happy indeed. All I would say is be prepared that if you buy a dress from abroad like this you have to budget for alterations by a decent seamstress at home.

All of our dresses are inspected carefully before shipped out so that there is no problem with it. The problem is caused by yourself. Our tailors are experienced and will never make such a mistake. Then, we do not accept return in this condition.
Take the dress to a local tailor to have it fixed.
These are frauds they have taken £167.88 from my bank account I did NOT receive the dress I ordered. I've emailed you few times it just comes back to me and just ignores me. This isn't a false review. I want my money back it was for my sons wedding. No confirmation email neither. It is also against the law to keep my money and the dress I ordered
I wore this dress to my prom and I absolutely astonished everyone when I told them I only spent $180 on it, they were all drooling on their less-pretty, $400 dresses. I put a petticoat under because I wanted more poof. There is a lot of layers and the dress is very heavy so if you're new to walking around in a huge dress I would suggest get a petticoat to lift the layers away from your legs. I absolutely loved this dress, I definitely recommended lalamira to about a 1000 people
I purchased a prom dress for my daughter. The dress came and unfortunately was too small. I packaged it up right away sent an email to the company for return information and ordered another one just like it in a larger size. After multiple emails and pictures proving the dress was too small, I was told; there is nothing wrong with the dress. It's not fair they have to take it back. Sell it to one of my friends. Mind you I already bought another dress, so the company did not loose anything from me. I am just sick and I hope no one else has to deal with this. Rest assured I will never use this company again and I hope who ever reads this thinks twice as well!
Warning to other brides, do not buy a dress from LALA MIRA! I ordered a beautiful WHITE wedding dress. When I received my dress it was in a small box all bunched up. It has lavender flowers on it, not white! They are now refusing to refund my money since they state they sent me what I ordered.
Worst customer service ever and all they do is lie. They just want to take your money.
