The dress I bought looks completely different than the picture. It's like an antique tan with white lace, there's no shine or shimmer to it whatsoever and it looks poor quality. There are 2 huge bulky pads permanently sewn into the breast area of the dress and they look ridiculous and deform the front of it! The customer service for the site is pathetic. I was insulted multiple times by a very rude representative telling me they will not honor my return, I need to be "patient" and use "common sense" and that I should give the dress to a friend or sell it locally in lieu of refund. Do not deal with this Lala Mira! I am in an active dispute with PayPal.

They told me that they inspected the dress and it was my mistake for it not fitting. That I should take it to be tailored, sell it or give it to a friend. No exchange or refund. Horrible customer service!

I was told the same thing the other individuals were told about getting a return. It is a scam and the dresses are not even their own. I learned that they are taking pictures of designer dresses and posting them as their own illegally saying they can make them but the dress you will get will be utter trash! Do not do business with them because they will scam you.

ADVANCE WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I ordered 3 flower girl dresses, the photos on the website look beautiful however the dresses in reality are cheap and naff. According to their returns policy you can request a return within 7 days. I have sent a ticket (as per their instructions on the website) and they requested to see photos. There is nothing faulty about the dress, the quality is just awful and not a true representation of what I ordered. I have further more submitted two more 'tickets' of correspondence and not received a reply.

100% they are a scam. I believe it speaks volumes about the quality of a company if this is listed as one of the questions regarding the "business".
I was refused a return on 4 dresses that were unopened. Once they were shipped from China, I had found other dresses for my girls. I have never had a company deny a product that was unopened.

This company is a scam. DON'T BUY ANYTHING. The USA should ban them from ability to ship to our country.

Same as others - dress was not as described. Paid for expedited shipping and it arrived 14 days late. I sent them photos of what I ordered vs what was received and was met with rude disrespectful remarks and told to "give it to a friend or sell it locally" - seems like their MO, and they should be shut down.

I am so disappointed to hear this, but glad at the same time. I had found a dress on her for my wedding that I had fell in love with. But I am not willing to risk my perfect day for some craziness. Thank you ladies for your reviews and honesty...

They are a scam in that you don't get what is advertised and they will not refund your money even if you follow their rules.

There an absolute scam! After paying they asked for a picture of my id and my card and the last four digits of my social for what? No reason just to scam me and then said I won't get my dress unless I send that stuff even though I paid for it already

I ordered a wedding dress from Lala mira. After seeing some real reviews to I realized that I would not be happy with the dress. I canceled my order for the dress the same day I made the purchase. Within 24 hours I received a confirmation that the order was canceled. A couple weeks later I received a dress in the mail. I explained to the company that there was a mistake and sent them their confirmation of the order being canceled. I asked them for the return a dress to send the dress back for a full refund since it was sent by their error. I Offered to pay my own money to send the dress back. The box is still unopened. They responded by saying it was not their fault and they will not accept the dress back for a return. They are a scam. BEWARE!

I ordered a dress and they lied about when they would ship it.
When it finally arrived it was horrible. The material was soooo cheap and the few sequins it had were barely sewn on There were two circles stuck to the inside (for bra) that could be seen from outside.
