The little girls dress that was supposed to be made of long flowy material showed up in stiff satin and tulle. Nothing about the dress was like the picture or description online. When I asked to return the dress, they insulted me and said it was "common sense" that not everything will be the same as the picture. They only allow two pictures with a max of 2 MB, which is difficult when trying to show what's wrong. They told me to "sell it to a friend". I am still going back and forth with them but have disputed the charge. I never write reviews and try to always find the good in whatever it is, but this is absolutely ridiculous. I wish I would have checked here prior to ordering.
I couldn't be more pleased with this dress. This is my fourth year of buying prom dresses for my daughters, and my first year of shopping for it online. I usually spend $400-$500 for the dress, and another $50-$100 for alterations. Because this dress was made-to-order - no alterations are needed! The quality exceeded my expectations! Tip: For custom measuring (well worth the extra wait time to avoid alterations later) - take measurements twice, on separate days. This way, if your measurements differ, you can figure out why and really be sure that you're sending correct measurements.
This company has some of the worst customer service and product I have ever come in contact with. I ordered 3 dresses as potential bridesmaids dresses. After measuring myself I used THEIR sizing guide to determine my size. These dresses still came far too big. In order to return them they required a legitimate reason, which I had seeing as their size chart guided me to order the wrong size. They also required pictures showing the issues, I provided them and they still refused my return as well as extremely poor, rude, customer service.
Aside from all of that, when I ordered these dresses I was required to send a photo of my driver license and credit card to verify it was me (Obviously blacking out most of the information). I have never been asked this from a company before. I should have known this was a scam from the beginning.
I received the dress which I had to get fitted again my way as the sizes are all wrong but then received a text message saying I owe £25 for tax charges. I have already payed £17 for shipment so taxes should have been payed but if this is a uk site then why should I get custom charges anyway as Im in the uk as well? Nearly 40 pound on top of the actual dress price and still no email back from them
This company is a total scam. First, they make it seem that they operate out of the United Kingdom when in fact they are operating out of China. Second, their return policy is fraudulent. LaLa Mira doesn't actually accept returns. I received a wedding dress that looked nothing like the one that I ordered and was so poorly stitched that there were large gaps where the lace hadn't actually made it through the sewing machine. When I wrote customer service to tell them that I had received a defective dress and request a return form, this is what I was told: There is nothing wrong with the dress itself. The difference is acceptable. It's unfair for us to take the responsibility. Just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally. The return is really not possible." Absolutely a scam!
Received a lot of compliments on my dress and I looked absolutely stunning with it on. I wish the material was a little more silky because it would have made the dress more sexy. I wore this dress as the maid of honor at my sisters wedding. The picture I will submit will have an added garment with it that does not come with the dress. I would recommend this dress to any type of formal event you will turn heads for sure. I ordered the color burgundy, however it turned out more reddish to me, nothing like the color the ladies are wearing in the promo shot. So I would be mindful of that when ordering from this site.
This company does not honor their return policy. And will suggest reselling to a friend or consignment shop. You cannot verbally speak to anyone & the only way to communicate is after 1am via email. If there is a chance you will not be satisfied with ordering from a picture online, do not use this company. Initiating a return within the same day of receiving your item will leave you disappointed!
Me and my mom ordered this dress, I was a bit apprehensive because usually the real thing doesn't always match with the picture online, and there were no reviews on this dress, none with pictures. But to my suprise, it came a month early, and was almost exactly like what was shown in the photo. But i had ordered it in pearl pink, i also ordered it a size larger than what i was expecting, because my mom has tailoring skills and we would opt to do it ourselves. I would recommend this dress! Its affordable and chic
I honesty loved this dress. I kept getting so many compliments and people kept telling me I look like an actual princess. I got the color the same as the picture and it came out to be rose gold which went perfect with the prom theme. I would definitely order from here again.
Do not buy from this site. We emailed them to get a return label and are told it's outside of the 7 day return policy. We didn't get it on time, it was nothing like what the picture looked like and we did try in the 7 days and got their automated reply... now they say that we are late. I am disputing with my credit card company instead. This is absurd that a person has to fight like this to get a return of crappy merchandise!

Lalamira.con mentions on their website that they provide high quality dresses, fast shipping, and great customer service which is not the case at all in any area. The dress that arrived at my house is hideous. It looks like something made by a toddler. It looks nothing like the picture advertised. Please see picture below. FALSE ADVERTISEMENT! They did not send the dress at the promised delivery date and I still have yet to receive my refund after a month of trying. DO NOT!, I repeat Do NOT buy anything from this website. It is a complete scam. I am so disappointed and I will let every website, review, and social media platform know about this scam of a website.
Absolutely disgusting service and a big scam! They don't follow their return policy guidelines lol you'll be lucky to get a response back. My dress was faulty and got advised to sell it or give it to a friend that's the response I got it's laughable. Very upsetting I hope this doesn't happen to anyone else Big fraud
This dress was our first ever order from LaLa Mira, We were a bit nervous but the dress arrived very quickly and it was absolutely perfect! We had ordered a custom size for my daughter and it fit her perfectly. She wore this dress to her First Holy Communion and it was, by far, the prettiest dress in the entire class! We had people stopping us, wanting to know where her gown came from. We were so very pleased with this whole process! We will definitely be returning customers at lalamira.com!
Non existent return policy. Don't bother. Dress came and was too small, they require pictures for returns and then said it was the size I ordered, so they won't take it back. Their suggestion: find a tailor. Not even taking into consideration the dress is not as good looking as pictures on their site. Disappointing.
Do not not not use this site its a rip off the dresses are badly made and crude looking. They won't let any negative reviews on their site they control that so all you will find is positive ones I will try and attach two photos to this review of what I was trying to buy and what I got I won't have to tell you which one I received
We ordered a dress for my daughters prom. We did custom sizing and corset back. She also asked for a lower start to the leg split. It was done Perfectly! She looked so beautiful. Thank You for quality craftsmanship and such reasonable pricing. Can't wait for her graduation dress to get here!
Great dress. Measurements were true to my custom request. Quality material and the lace is gorgeous. Great price for a beautiful dress. From placement of the order to delivery, the process was quick and efficient. I have never ordered a dress online before and this experience was extremely positive and encouraging.
The dress was absolutely stunning. Very good for occasions. Great price/quality. Looks more expensive than it is. Fits very well. I was so surprised that this fit the way I needed it to! Sometimes it's really hard to order things online that fit. But this worked!
I ordered this dress to have a sample for my bridesmaids to try on and in hopes that it would fit one of them. I chose the "picture" color and it is the exact color of the picture. The dress is great quality and is plenty long enough for 2 of my taller bridesmaids. I received it within the time frame the site gave me for delivery (10-14 days). I do recommend this site if you are looking for a dress not sold in stores.
