This dress was perfect for my prom! I got it in gold and it looked beautiful. I would recommend ordering more than a month before your event to guarantee it comes in time. Other than that though, the quality was amazing and it worked perfectly! No complaints with the dress itself at all! Lalamira
I ordered an ivory butterfly dress. I received a white flower address. They keep saying it's an acceptable difference which it is not since the bride is not wearing white. The dress I received next to the brides ivory dress is like white out. They won't do a return, they insist I give it away or send it to somebody else or resell it. I have all the screenshots of their emails and poor customer service. I also sent them their refund policy, which they keep on denying me. All of their stock photos and reviews are stolen off of somebody else's site. Some may have been lucky to have received a similar dress, but I was not one. I have included the pink dress that was on their website, the white dress is what I received, and they keep on insisting that it is what I ordered when it is two different dresses. I also included screenshots of the photos that they had on their reviews, and those photos are from other people. I have written a review and included photos as well, but those were deleted. Don't be fooled! Do not buy from them. Poor customer service all around.
This dress was absolutely gorgeous! The sizing was true to size. As long as you follow the measuring instructions the dress will fit perfectly. If you don't want the dress to touch the floor submit exact measurements. If there are only a couple I ache extra a petticoat will help lift the dress some. The dress was three inches longer than my daughter's measurements but the petticoat purchased here helped. By the way, she was stunning and received many compliments!
This dress was so beautiful.If you do buy it I suggest you customize and make the bust area a inch or two smaller than your actual size because it fit a little big in the chest and the little sparkles get everywhere.Other than that this dress was perfect. Also, i would buy the dress early so you can get it altered if you want because the train is a little long.
I didn't want the traditional mermaid dress but something elegant and timeless, like getting married in an Italian vineyard. Needless to say this dress was IT. The lace was beautifully crafted and I couldn't have been more happier. I received an abundance of complements. Thanks to the team who made this dress and door making my day extra special!
Horrible! I bought my here and gave them my exact measurements. The dress came in, everyone was a little socked because it did not look the same as the picture but I still tried it on and when I did... I just cried. You could fit 2 of me in this dress. I sent them pictures and confirmed my measurements and NOTHING! They refused to return or exchange. I would advise everyone to stay away from this company!
I ordered a bridesmaids dress from here and it was terribly cheap quality and had a really poor fit. Their "customer service" is a complete joke. They told me I should "just keep the dress or you can send it to your friends or resell it locally."

Quality of dresses was very poor. We tried initiating a return after 14 days and were denied. Terrible company, terrible product. Save yourself a few dollars and avoid this company. I recommend BHLDN as a better option for high quality items and great customer service.
The quality was synthetic and the measurements where incorrect. There return policy is a lie they won't accept the return or refund your money. Will never again buy from this website or recommend it to anyone. DONT BUY!
I received the wrong flower girl dress in the wrong color, late. I'm definitely in a bind now. I spent 97.68 on the dress and now an additional 37 dollars in alterations as it was more than 8 inches too long. Definitely expected moderate quality as well for a 100 dollar flower girl dress. Superbly disappointed.
If being accused of tearing a dress I was hoping to wear at my wedding wasn't already bad enough, after going back and forth with their "customer service" they offered 10% refund! How is this company still in business?! I was completely appalled by their treatment towards the customer. So disgusting!
Just sending in my review from my experience. The dress was absolutely perfect on my end. Last minute changed from custom-tailoring to a regular US SIZE4. The dress came perfectly on time 2 days before the event. Which I knew was gonna happen. Thank you so much for making me have the spotlight for the day!
Could not be happier that this dress for my sister almost perfectly right from the package. We knew we would need to have some alterations, but very few are needed. Lalamira kept me informed of the process the whole way through. Dress even arrived earlier than expected. If the need ever arrivistes, I would definitely order from here again. She is just beaming in this dress. Can't wait to see it on her Big day!
If you do not like the dress, doesn't look good on you etc, don't think for a second they will let you return it! What a joke. They argued that they sent the right size so basically SOL. They do not take returns so you better be ready to waste your money with these scam artists!
Perfect dress for my 4 year old! It's beautiful and she loves it! We used it as a flower girl dress in our wedding. The only thing was the top was a little big but the length was perfect. I just had a seamstress take in the sides and as she gets bigger if she wants to wear it she still can.
This company has crappy customer service and a horrible (non-existent) return policy. Buyer beware! If you do not know exactly how this dress will fit prior to your purchase, DO NOT BUY IT! They will not take a return and basically say that any problem with the dress is solely your fault! I truly wish we had read these reviews before purchasing because many people have commented on same. When a company gets more 1 star reviews than any other something is wrong! I am reporting them to the BBB.
The dress I received was not even close to the same dress pictured and the quality was terrible. I tried to return the dress and was told that it is common sense when ordering online that the product will be different. There is no contact information at all to call or return the items to an address so you have to message them only through their website. I finally had to file a dispute with my credit card and they are handling it now. DO NOT waste your time or money with this site.
They will not return dresses! I ordered a dress and had express shipping and still took over 2 weeks to come in. I went off the size chart they supply online and the dress doesn't match the size specified online! Please be aware as they told me to find somewhere to alter the dress. The dress is all lace on top you can't alter that and make it look good. They are no help and do not help with customer service. Terrible. And material was cheaply made and terrible product. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It looks good on the model but it's a scam!
Do not waste your time and money on this Company. This company is a sham and rip off! Shoddy workmanship. No customer service at all. I wish I had checked this company out before I purchased one of their dresses. Please be warned and stay away. I am doing you a service so you can avoid the stress.
This dress made my prom the best! It's definitely true to color and size. I have no complaints at all. I received it in a timely manner. I originally order the wrong color the customer service was amazing in fixing this problem. Thanks for making my prom the best!
