The rings I ordered were great but shipping was terrible. They encourage customers to pay for expedited shipping (3 days), but they don't mention that it takes up to 18 business days to process/produce before shipping. After paying for 3 day shipping it still took 12 days once shipped for me to receive. Keep in mind the wait time if ordering for a special occasion.

This has been a waste of my hard earned money! I never got my rings! Customer service is horrible they never responded with what happened! This has been a horrible experience! I don't have money to just give anyone! I don't think this is a legit jewelry site!

I ordered the "Princess Diana" style oval stone with diamond halo, only in MY birthstone, a peridot, a yellow-green stone for August.
It came and is stunning.I get compliments all the time and will be ordering from Lajerrio again.

I love the rings that I received, they are absolutely beautiful! The reason I did not give 5 stars is due to the delivery. I paid the extra fee to have the rings delivered within a specific timeframe. That did not happen. I searched for a telephone number to reach out to the company. I was unable to find one. I had to reach out via email because the chat option provided on the website was not available. Emailed the company to inquire where my rings were and I was told it would be a later than expected, but a rush would be put on it. I did not receive them until 3 weeks later. The rings are so beautiful and worth the wait, but I still wasn't satisfied with the delivery. I requested my $25 back since it was not delivered anywhere within the timeframe. I refunded $17 …….

First off, for anyone complaining about items taking too long to come... if you read closely about the company, they make the items "by order" it's not "stocked". With that being said, I waited almost 4 weeks for my ring to come. Let me just say, I'm Stunned at just hor Gorgeous my ring is! The quality of the metal and the stones. Exquisite! Plus my ring came in a beautiful jewelry drawer type packaging. Top drawer had the ring box neatly placed in foam. The bottom box had a little polishing cloth inside and an envelope with care instructions. Perfection indeed. I bought the coffee colored stone ring with like 4 rows of smaller coffee stones set in Rose Gold setting. Extremely pleased! Be patient, this company IS legit and goodness comes by being patient.

Order this item for the second time 5/8 received tracking number 5/18. Started tracking item from usps site said it was received by united global development inc(shipper) as of 5/20 as of today item it still in transit with same shipper in the same place chino, ca today is 5/29. Called USPS was told anyone can make a label doesn't mean they physically have the package. Guess it's a waiting game. Gave them a second chance never again.

I ordered a few rings on 4/1/2020 and I never received an email stating any shipping/processing information. It is now 6/5/2020 and I have yet to receive my rings or an estimated date when I will get them. Singapore never went on quarantine during this time, so I'm not taking the pandemic as an excuse to fraud people. At this point, I reached out to paypal to get my money back! Beware of buying from this company.

I made the mistake of ordering a ring from LaJerrio. I wasn't happy with the product and tried to return it - at my cost ($60) to the address in China they gave me, and it was returned to be as undeliverable. When I reached out to "Joy", she gave me the run-around. When I tried to get PayPal to try to get to the bottom of it, they ended up saying that I needed to take it up with the seller.
The jewelry in person looks cheap, nothing at all like the photos.
I'm taking the time to write this because I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did.

Dissatisfied with color if stones... very unnatural looking but kept the items at a great expense due to nearly impossible return policy. It should be a simple process. Will never purchase again. You lost a great customer as I buy tremendous amounts of jewelry.

Unfortunately it takes too long to get the merchandise. We you pay for 7 to 10 days it should be delivered in that time frame. There was no contact information or did they contact me when I asked them too. Very sad since your jewelry is beautiful.

Do not buy anything from this site. Product was terrible and you'll never get the right order or your money back. Customer service is horrible at best. Very incompetent. 3 weeks of emails that could have been in one. Tried escalating and zero response.

Love the ring but it took a long time to receive when website stated 18 in stock. Packaging is luxurious and displays the jewelry well. Lower drawer in box gives product detail (sterling silver) but did not confirm type of stone which was suppose to be white sapphire.

Horrible customer service I have reached out several times about my order and nothing! The tracking # is bs doesn't even work I haven't received my order its been well over a month now but they sure were quick to charge. Never ordering here again don't waste your money

My engagement ring was from here too and I wanted something to match the specific oval shape perfectly. Did not disappoint! Arrived quickly even over the Christmas period, which is a miracle tbh. Can't wait to wear it.

Ordered 1/12/20, paid the express shipping.
2.5 weeks ago the status changed to "ready to ship". When I emailed a week later I got a "we're on holiday" email. I'm not sure why they don't say this on the website to warn potential customers of lengthy shipping dates. After 2 more emails (delayed in response of course) I've requested a refund. I sent them an email stating they have till Monday to send me confirmation of refund or I'm going to my bank. This is ridiculous.

I don't care how beautiful the jewelry looks online. Terrible customer service, and I am STILL waiting for my item. It's been months (yes, MONTHS) of excuses. Fake shipping labels, no tracking info., no address, busy due to the holidays - the excuses have been endless. It's just not worth it to me. Good luck getting a refund too.

I love the quality and appearance of my ring! I know that everyone is scrambling during this time of production delays but I could have used a few more updates (even auto generated ones) to let me know that everything was on track. I don't mind waiting but I also want to know that things are in progress and not just shelved somewhere. Otherwise, this was a great overall experience!
