I'm sorry but the way you dealt with me led me to believe you are scammers. After a reasonable amount of time (1month), I emailed you several times asking where my order was as my credit card was charged immediately. I never got a response. I finally filed a claim to my credit card company. I searched the internet and your email address was listed as fraudulent. I will never do business with an Instagram or Facebook vendor again. ALL SCAMS!

It's wad missed leading that it would be shipped early and you pay more for quick processing and delivery then you will wait even longer for product. I wasn't happy because product was overwhelming too mmm

Please don't waste your time buying from this website. The pictures online look fantastic, but the jewelry is trash and unusable. Return DHL shipping to them from the U.S. is extremely expensive. They offer free shipping to the U.S. because they know it will be too expensive to return to them. I donated the ring I purchased to charity - with the tag still on it and box included. What a scam LaJerrio is. Stay away!

Presentation is GORGEOUS. The quality is beautiful, but I had not realized how high the setting is! I'll need to watch closely so it doesn't snag on clothes. The ring sizing is accurate, and it is a big--some might say gaudy--statement piece. Not my favorite style, tbh, but my fault for underestimating its size. Ring was present for wife and she left this review.

Where do I start? I order my ring, express shipping, next thing you know nearly 2 weeks go buy, I reach out and get told that my order is stuck in processing. I ask for a refund, no communication back. No refund. I dispute it with cash app since I used my cash app card to order. Next thing you know I'm trying to use my cash app card and it's constantly getting denied. I call cash app, I was told that they said I filed a false dispute and that cash app shut down my card. (Keep in mind I am a single mom, I had no cash on me and was stuck 60 minutes away from home with no cash, low fuel, etc) my friend had to drive from an hour away to bring me gas money so I didn't run out of gas. I've never had this problem before and had money, but it was embarrassing to have to call for help because of them lying. Fast forward to now, when going to their website it says the server is down. I try and email again. I respond to the email they once sent me before (because it would obviously be a valid email, and I've talked to them before on it) they never responded. Finally I try and reach out again today, it says the email is non-deliverable. I still have not got my refund or the ring. Save your money.

The ring i bought was high quality and fit well, however shipping details were unclear and intentionally vague. I chose standard shipping, which said 4-6 business days. After placing my order, i see that the actual shipping doesn't start until after they make the ring itself. The real shipping time was about 1-1.5 months.

OMG, I'm so in love with my ring. It's big, beautiful and definitely flashy. It's everything that I want in a ring. I will be wearing it everyday except being at work due to my job and what I do for work. I had questions about the process and they answered all my questions.

I requested to return an item that did not fit my need as it was very large. Since there were no pictures to determine the size of the ring on my hand. When I went to return it from the US, it was 200$. More than the ring. So, you have to keep the product or try to sell it on your own. I won't reorder from them.

I placed my order on October 5,2023, and it is now November 2,2023, and I still have not received nor gotten an update on my order. I also paid for expedited shipping, and they refused to give me a refund on that at least.

The site is great and I am happy with the product I received. A word of advice. The full time for the order to be processed and shipped should be more readily available, rather than it being shown in one FAQ article accessed through the chatbot menu. Other than that, I was satisfied with my products and services.

I have always been the one looking for a good deal given the economic times and I found one when I ordered these rings but to my surprise when i opened them not only did i get a great deal i got great quality product as well. I tell everyone about this company and you have a lifetime customer here.

I received my ring, very beautiful, very happy except for I believe I miss sized. It actually came bigger than what I anticipated but when I received the ring it was too big. Tried to return, but shipping cost just as much is a ring because it's back to China. So now I will have to try to sell it.

I ordered a ring and when I received it, the diamond part was so big, the ring look like it came from a bubble gum machine. I emailed the company and told them, I'm mot wearing that. They suggested me to send the item to China which I refused because it will cost more to ship then the item. I complained to paypal and to the BBB. Long story short, they're refunding 90% of my money. Next time, I'll ask are they located in the US.

Just finding a ring and being able to customize it by putting my last name on it was amazing. I had the opportunity to help pick a ring with our son. This is the first time I've ever done this and I'll I'm happy that with Lajerrio, it has been made possible.

I was very surprised by the quality of my purchase. On a scale of 1 - 10 I would honestly have to give my ring at least a 13! It came in it's own ring box which is contained in a 2 drawer jewelry box. Also being it's sterling silver, it comes with a polishing cloth, well done! It's just as beautiful and sparkly as it is in the picture, well made and worth the price.
