My experience was a tad frustrating. Payment went though right away but I kept being notified that I needed to make the payment. I had to inquire about my purchase and send them all the information to get the product. It was a gift or I would of just got a refund from my card.

I don't know if I can find the words to express how much I love this ring! I knew I liked it from the website but the photos do not do it justice. I like it even more in person. The sizing is perfect. I also want to compliment you on the display boxes. I have never seen something so elegant. The light over the ring is an impressive touch. You absolutely have a repeat customer with me. Thank you so much

Ordering was super easy. Delivery was prompt as when I opened the package I was blown away! The ring was absolutely STUNNING! That is the only word I can use to describe it! I am so impressed with the quality and craftsmanship. I will order from them again.

Not what I was expecting stone on top way too big Diamond on side not as large as expected plus ring size is too big. But the quality is excellent would like to return and choose a different ring. Thanks

Great selection and overall price! I would give this review 5 stars however it took longer than expected to receive my order. I ordered this set for a vacation and it did not arrive in time. I paid for expedited shipping too.
For the price and fit, this is a great alternative to my original diamond wedding set. It is beautiful and looks expensive.

Shipping too a lil min received my order in the amount of days it says. I was a little scared after reading the reviews butt the rings are nice and we received so many compliments about the rings. Buy it

Couldn't access 20% off coupon because they didn't provide a space to put the code and shipping is $18. So scam? Yeah probably. The ring is what I wanted, but it's not sterling silver, so yeah- rip off

I ordered two of the Aurora necklaces and they were just pictures not resin as they described. Emailed for return and refund. Had to pay for return over 18 dollars to send thru mail. Waiting for a response for the over 75 dollars I spent on the two necklaces. Four weeks has gone by so far. Will dispute thru PayPal.

My fiance and I ordered me a ring and they emailed us saying thank you for you order. Then NEVER sent the ring, so we emailed them back asking for the tracking number and they say that they can't find the order anywhere and we have to reorder...? So I we emailed them a screen shot of their email thanking us for our order. Then they email us back today saying they cancelled the order... and that we need to reorder but they already took the money from my fiance' s account. We already talked to the bank. Is this website even legitimate because I've been emailing and they are NOT responding.

It took about 2 weeks for my ring to ship which I was aware about because it was in the FAQ but shipping was fast! This ring surpassed my expectations! It fits perfectly and is beautiful. It's my new favorite piece of jewelry and I just bought another ring from this shop!

Placed an order for an opal nearly a month in advance of a birthday. Nearly two weeks later I received an email saying a problem with shipping address. Paid extra to have it re-sent to same address. Ten days later, I had to reach out again. Several emails later and a belated birthday gift, it arrived and it is beautiful.

I ordered 2 rings for our renewal of vows. One ring was missing and when I followed up, that was the only time they informed me that they were out of stock. We had to run to buy a ring at the mall because we were going out of the country the day after. Poor communication.

This is the 3rd or 4th ring I've ordered from Lajerrio, they have all been stunning. They are well made, they hold up for a long time and don't tarnish or turn your finger green. I get tons of compliments on the rings. Its so nice to be able to have something that looks like it costs thousands of dollars but yet is incredibly affordable.

I love all of the options Lajerrio offers. There was a heart setting I wish they offered with other styles since hearts are my husbands signature choice for all of my jewelry, but overall they have a good selection of products to choose from. On some of there pieces I wish they would list a caret size as online shopping can be hard especially when you cant see the ring on someone's hand or in person. So you can't always tell the true scale.

My only real complaint is the shipping. Regardless if I pay express shipping or get regular shipping my rings both took about the exact amount of time to arrive. It just depended on how long it sat in the "production/preparation" phase.

This was an extremely unpleasant experience. I ordered on January 10.2020 you would think by also paying an extra $20 that you would have your ring in a timely matter. I was wrong. The status has said ready to ship for 2 weeks. When I mentioned this Joy said it was an error in the system and that my ring was still being made. I was told 9-11 business days until I had my ring. When that time passed I asked for shipping date. Joy said they were on holiday and my ring wouldn't come until February. If my ring would have been "made from the moment I ordered " I would have it by now. There is no number to call only email and they reply once every couple of days to you. I was told if I did not want to wait I could cancel. Are you f****** serious? I waited all this time and now you say I can cancel? I want what I paid for! I will never order from this company again. I am still waiting on the ring 2/2/20.

My husband and I have been ordering from this site for 3 years now and I have never been disappointed thank you for giving us beautiful jewelry that doesn't lose it's Luster. It's inexpensive but look very expensive thank you so much.

It took almost a month or more for my order to arrive. I paid extra for three day shipping. Well that didn't happen. Still took another week and a half for my order to arrive. Will not purchase from this company again.

The ring I ordered and received is beautiful as is the gift box it came in.

My ONLY issue is with the time it took to get from Lajerrio to me.

That said, with personnel shortages plaguing every industry, I'm not surprised there was a delay (Ordered 2. 1. 22, received 3. 4. 22).

Overall, great experience and a beautiful ring the GF just loves.

The piece itself was beautiful. Worth every penny. Customer support did their best but the wait time from order to completion of product was terrible. I understand Covid played a part but it still took almost two months. Would still recommend with encouragement to be patient because I'm sure the quality of the piece will be worth it.
