Delivery took a little longer than I expected but it was certainly worth the wait. The ring is gorgeous, fits perfectly and the packaging is beautiful too (great for a gift too).

I will certainly be ordering something else.

This Company is the example of what a Company should Be! The customer service was above and beyond! This is truly a blessing to see. Thank you so much for restoring what was lost through other companies that just Don't care about the customer!

At first I wasn't sure… decided to order a few things. Everything came as describe. The gift boxes was bent due to the carriers. Bit the product was in good shape. Now to see how the quality is over time. This will determine if I order again

I love the ring but a size 6 is there true size 7. I have been a size 7 all my life and even went to a jewelry store to be sized again. This will be the second ring purchased that has not fit. I took the advice of others and went a half size lower and ordered a 6.5 and it was still to big.

The rings were beautiful the couple rings with the hearts were smaller then expected and can't really see the diamonds on the female one but good for the price the shipping took way longer then it should have considering I paid $25 for the fastest shipping and my friend who got the free shipping received hers before me. The company is refunding most of the money for the shipping because of the time it took and I think the customer service has been amazing with everything. Overall I would probably go through them again as long as the rings hold up so far no issues but it's only been a couple days.

The item purchased was described as a dark blue sapphire ring. The item received was teal/aquamarine with two blemishes in the stone. I have contacted customer service to return the item for refund and have not received instructions to date. I'm very disappointed

I would give them 0 stars, if it would let me. I ordered my rings on October 17th, 2022. Here we are, January 6th, 2023 and still no rings. They said 1st shipment was lost. They said they sent again. Tracking # they gave me claimed it made it to LAX and was stuck in transit, but info never updated. They will NOT refund my money. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The ring thatvI bought for my wife had the band of stones stop right in the middle of her finger on both sides and the edges are sharp so it hurts her fingers. The edges almost cut into her skin. It's a very bad design the stones should have went further down the ring or all the way around.

Because the stone is so large, it looks very cheap up close. The video is misleading (must have a lot of lights shining on the ring), but the price of the product is very reasonable.

Overall, no complaints and my fiancé LOVES it! I just wish it looked higher quality. In photos & videos it looks very nice too.

When I received order, I thought the ring was very pretty and it fit well. In less than a week of wearing the ring, I noticed that the rhodium plating was already coming off. I am very displeased by this. The quality of the ring was not as advertised or expected. I could have gotten better quality and paid much less elsewhere. I honestly think you should replace the ring or refund my money if your quality cannot be better than the one I received.

My girlfriend picked out a ring she wanted and I chose express 3 day shipping. Two weeks later I had to send an email to find out where is my ring. It took two days for a response and another week to receive the ring.

The ring came in a little earlier than expected, which was perfect, because my husbands came in only 2 days prior to mine. It came wonderfully packaged and was very safe, going all the way from a huge box, down to the small ring box. I've been wearing it for about a week now, and I do have a small complaint. The paint is already starting to chip off in a couple small areas. As this is the ring I wear on a daily basis that is very saddening to me, because the chipping paint makes me feel as though it's just not goin to last as long as I'd hoped.

Very nice ring, nice free gift box, nice having a free cleaning cloth delivered with product...just thought the ring would be a little more shiny...I will see if I can shine it up myself for giving as a gift. But, all in all, very nice.

Comment: I Love the purchase however my ring is uneven on both sides one side is higher than the other side. & The center piece of the ring was set slightly crooked. & Not centered. Other than that it is a beautiful ring. Because it takes so long in delivery [a month] retuning it & going through the process of preparing, processing & reshipping again will take several months.Im not preparing to wait for it to return back to me that long. So yes I will be keeping the ring. Its really a beautiful ring. Its beautiful even with the faults and all.I Didn't want to send a picture of the ring & write a negative review on the website reviews page so Im reviewing it here.in a email & Voicing my concerns. I had my late brothers name put onto a necklace for my mom and it turned out PERFECTLY! My mom cried, she loved it so much! It got here super quick after it was shipped out. And the customer service is top tier!

No problems at all. No issues from placing order to receive order. Colleen (wife) really likes the ring. She using it to ware to work so don't take risk on 4500. 00 ringset. Wife and myself is impressed by looks, quality and customer care. Thank you

At first was worried that my order was not processing but after learning the procedure for Lajerrio and received my tracking, I package arrived quick and the results were far better in person than the any of the pictures shown

The picture of the item I purchased was beautiful. The product I received looked nothing like what I ordered. It looked like something an 8 year old would produce at summer camp craft time.

Bizarrely it came in a beautiful gift box. The box was nicer than the pendant.
