Beautiful rings. My only disappointment is that one of them is pretty tight even though it is the same size as the others. It may be because it covers more of the finger than the other two. They are all 3 pretty.

I ordered this necklace to wear to my bridal shower and all wedding events to follow. It is perfect! Better than I ever imagined! The necklace is perfect! Overall, just buy everything is my suggestion! I know I'll be back for more!

My first order I placed after about 3 weeks I was emailed that the ring was out of stock. My second order I paid for faster shipping, and it still took 19 days to get! I do have to say the ring was beautiful.

The rings were perfect but, the extra I paid for a engraved date on the inside of the rings is not even the size of the end of a sharpened pencil. It was tiny. Wish they would've told me how big it would've been. You have to look hard to see what I had y'all engrave

Good quality jewellery at a great price. I love the 5 piece set. I was looking at stackable rings at a jewellery store and they were hundreds of dollars each and not nearly as nice. I would recommend. Delivery took a while, but considering they paid shipping I really can't complain.

I would give them 0 stars if I could... I order me and my husband some rings off so we could have a new set but he surprised me with some so I emailed them trying to send the rings back they emailed back asking me questions and I answered them all then I was asked to send pictures remind you I NEVERRRR put the rings on and I really liked the one I picked out for myself so I told them I was ok with keeping that one but would like to send the other 2 back. After I send the pictures I waiting 3 days for a response no one replied back to me I went to email them again they blocked me... I have never felt so low because how can they just treat me like that!

Hassle free loved it. But I received it with a stone missing. Sadly. How do I return it or exchange it? I sent a message with no response yet. Having to wait for or contact via email is the only hassle.

The necklaces I choose the chains were the wrong time. And I ordered a bracelet that I customized and they waited 2 weeks to tell me that they don't have it in stock and that was a day before the rest of my stuff was getting ready to ship.

I love my ring sooo much, it's beautiful. This is my first time ever shopping from Lajerrio. I love how you can get the ring customized to your size and even engraved. I decided to buy myself a nice ring for myself for Valentine's Day and I'm surprised it got here earlier than expected, I'll be back here again <3

I ordered a ring set and paid approximately $140. It took so long to receive it, that I requested to send it back and get a refund. Lajerrio's response was very slow and did not address my issue. I asked for return/refund procedures. I purchased the ring set for a particular event, but it did not come in time. I purchased a replacement from another company. I just want to return it and be reimbursed. Still no response from Lajerrio.

I ordered a ring and was not what I was expecting it's not silver, looks super fake. I advised them that I was not satisfied with my order and wanted to return the item with a full refund I received 1 email from them this was 2 days ago. I also sent them pictures that they wanted and resent it again yesterday and today again and with no response once again. I am currently waiting still to hear back from them to get a return label. This is a fraud and I paid a lot of money for a fake non realistic looking ring. Very unsatisfied.

The ring was as expected. It did take a month but it was coming from overseas so that's understandable. The ring was nice for the cost. I did request a return because the ring was too big and they wouldn't allow it because the paper/plastic tag was removed. So beware if you think may need to return it, they don't allow much wiggle room in their policy. However I would order from them again. They offer products that don't aggravate my nickel allergy.

There was nothing on the site that told me it would take almost a month to receive my order. I paid an extra $25 for expedited shipping but would not have if I had been told it would take almost a month for the order to be processed

I paid an extra $25 to have my ring shipped in 3 days and still did not receive it until a month after ordering it. I asked for a refund of the $25 dollars and was told it takes time to customize the ring. I then went on Temu and saw the exact ring with the same models had for $3.48.

Website was very misleading. It said I didn't place an order but the money had come out of my account. So I panicked and thought it was a fake website. I did get my order and I was happy about that but the website needs some work!

My 4-6 day delivery ended up being around a month. I didn't receive a tracking number until after I emailed to ask about the product. After I inquired about it however I received my tracking number and it arrived very quickly.

Limited communication from Lajerrio. They informed me of status changes to my order but never with any details such as expected date of shipment or date of delivery. They did not respond to my requests for more information. I honestly didn't know if I was going to receive the merchandise or if I was going to lose my money. It took a month from day of order to day of delivery for two small items of jewelry. The most disappointing thing is product quality. The items I received hardly resemble the pictures in the advertisement. Because of that, these items will not suffice as the gifts they were intended to be.

I cannot thank you all enough! My order was very perfect and it worked out very well! My wife loved it and it was very prompt on the shipping and fast! I will definitely be ordering more from you all in the near future and recommending you to other friends and family!
