I am so disappointed. I ordered a beautiful garnet sapphire and received a ugly brilliant pink stone. I wanted this ring so badly and now I am having to pay to return it to China. See attached pictures.

We'll see….Ring cane without a tag or invoice.it is too bulky, and caused dermatitis on my finger after 4 hours of wear, at home, on clean hands. Put back in box and emailed to return with order number, asking for a return label. Joy, from LaJerrio, asked for photos of the ring which i thought strange. I wasn't happy, but sent photos. She then informed me it needed the tag to be returned and sends me the 30 day return policy, which I was never sent nor was it on the order confirmation email. I emailed and told her there was no tag in the ring. This company feels like a scam, and I wish someone would help me to return this ring and get my refund.

Took Longer than I thought but after one update it was delivered and was so happy to see it was as beautiful in person as pictured. Can't wait to wear it out and show it off as my new wedding set. Thank you. A white sapphire was what I wanted because it not CZ.

The ordering process is very simple. I received my purchase early. My ring was more beautiful than in the pics. I have bought a few items from Lajerrio and have been completely satisfied every time. I will definitely buy more products in the future.

The ring looked exactly like I wanted it to. It was the size I anticipated it to be, but the only issue was that the black coating came off in a couple of days. When I didn't see anything about it being a polish finish. But other than that the product was outstanding.

Shipping took a whole month and few days for my product to arrive. I paid for the Expedited shipping which takes 3-5 business days to arrive but still took a month. Just get the free shipping it will be the same.

Ring presented well website easy to manage. Everything went quite smoothly as far as shopping site, display, large selection, support, etc. If the only issue I had was the shipping end I was unable to track the product is the product according to the shipping instructions.

The rings I ordered are beautiful. The shipping times are a little generous. I ordered on 4/23 and received on 5/18. That is not 10-12 business days. The ring I ordered is bigger than I expected and I am awaiting a message to return for two days

I requested a refund. I contacted my credit card company to report I didn't receive the rings I ordered. So they opened a claim. This company ignored my multiple request for a refund. They mailed out the item. I told them I don't want it as I bought it from a more reputable company. They still mailed it out. I want my money back. Not the item! I will return it if I receive it. Don't do business with them!

The shipping was relayed a few days because it went to a pick up location but the tracking did not say where to pick it up. The item arrived a few days later but i was sort of in the dark for that period of time.

I ordered the Northern lights necklace. When I did not receive it by Christmas I emailed the seller to inquire about it. They sent me an email detailing how to track the package. By that time the necklace had arrived. I informed them the necklace had arrived and they sent me an email thanking me for the information.

The color of the gem in the picture online is a lot different than what the stone really looks like. It was much bluer than we would have liked. The blue in the picture was much subtler. It honestly just looks way better in the picture than in real life. Also the shipping info was hard to follow and track. Making it hard to know when it was coming and how it was getting to me. It was for a birthday present so timing was important. Not too thrilled with the whole experience..

I was a little worried about ordering this set for my wife for our anniversary, but she had her heart set on it. I ordered the set and was pleased when it arrived. The packaging was of good quality and when I opened the box and saw the craftmanship of the ring, I knew I had made the right decision to order.

I took a chance and ordered a new ring from a company I had never ordered from, and it was a complete success! From the time I ordered, through the constant shipping updates, to arrival everything was seamless. Questions I had were promptly answered by customer service. The ring is beautiful, and I've already ordered another ring.

The ring is beautiful and dainty, I love it. It took 2 months from the time of ordering to the delivery, but it was worth it. The FedEx delivery went to my neighbor's house instead of mine, but other than that it was great.

I ordered product and it made it to Greenville NC but not to my address and sent back to send. Even though I put my correct address and phone number but no call before it was sent back. I want my product or my money back. Please call me at *******708.

My boyfriend got me a promise ring and I lost it. So I re-ordered it. Before I received the order though, I found the original ring my boyfriend gave me. Therefore, I would like to return the ring that I ordered.

They sent me the wrong item, and at least 20 emails have gone back and forth and they refuse to acknowledge that they made this mistake.
They keep asking me to take pictures of the Ring I got and send pictures of the packaging I received it in it just goes on and on and nothing is getting resolved. I will never order anything from them again! If this is what their customer service is like imagine what their products are like...

The ordering and confirmation was well with in expectations. We ordered the ring as a birthday gift for June 11th and the order and original receiving date. We never received a confirmation that it shipped or a new delivery date was to be expected. Only wish there had been more communication once the order confirmation was sent.
