Searching the website was effortless, especially having the search engine.
Additionally, I needed some help with confirming my size. The chat window was not available, but I was able to send an email. I did receive a response about 20 hours later. Unfortunately, they were unable to assist me with my question specifically. I emailed them back and still waiting for a response. I measured my finger to get ring size, but I saw a discrepancy and needed confirmation with which ring size I should get, as my usual ring size and Lejerrio ring size guide did not match up. I received a more default answer then an answer specific to my question.

Easy and simple. I had been looking for a ring with a crown design and detail. Then I saw the ad for these rings and KNEW this it what I TRULY had been wanting. I placed an order and with the option for engraving. I had ordered the perfect rings!

It was such a challenge to pick out just one, lol. So many gorgeous rings to choose from. This site was pretty easy to navigate. I'm pretty happy and so so excited to receive my new ring. I just hope it's as pretty, if not prettier than the picture!
UPDATE: My engagement ring is perfectly gorgeous! I couldn't be happier with it. My fiance's ring is awesome too. It fits him perfect. Thé only thing I am a little disappointed about is that I had a special message put inside the band for him but it's so small that we can't even read it With reading glasses and a magnifying glass under a bright direct light, we can read what it says. That makes me pretty sad cause I was so excited for him to see it but then he couldn't even read it. Other than that, we are happy with them and so excited to show them off to our friends and family!

Was unable to select PayPal pay in 4 despite having used that option many times on other sites, company was listed as US based but was in China and the products were chipped from there. Both were sized wrong, and one broke in 5 minutes. Contacted the company multiple ways for over a week and got no service. Had to eventually file a chargeback and filed a complaint with the BBB. AVOID

The ring was not what I expected. The ring looked like a big fake ring. However I understand the ring was fake but I just didn't realize the ring was so bulky. I didn't receive tracking info until I reached out.

My choice of ring is far more beautiful than the pictures. I'm very happy with the service and the discount I was given due to the mishap of my first order. The representative, Joy, promtely answered all my questions and work diligently to appease me.

I was skeptical with ordering a ring online. I mean it looked pretty, but my luck items received are hardly ever as they appear. I received my ring on time and I must say that it is sooo beautiful! Definitely way more beautiful than I expected. So happy I selected this ring as my engagement ring.

Horrific. Ordered mid Jan. Express shipping weeks later got refund told to rebuy. Re-ordered and yhats when they annul the discount and send you on a 2 month wild goose chase with dhl tracking numbers that dont work and FedEx numbers for delivery. Numerous "im sorry" reply emails containing nonsense. Then the excuse of our system is broken. Only given them a 1 star as theres no other option. 8weeks later still sitting waiting for the item. If they were honest i would be more forgiving but to keep advertising when they cant cope with what they have now is a joke

The processing and shipping emails I received were a bit confusing. It was difficult to search for my tracking. The company answered all emails and were very nice. Took awhile to get the item. Beautiful ring and box. Just that my fiancé did not care for the style. The email I received on my request to return it, did not sound very nice. I am currently trying to return it.

Ring was nothing like i thought it would look. Showed up late I had to call the post office to see where it was and it shpwed up two days later. Very unsatisfied the ring is just ugly. Thats what I get for ordering online i guess.

I placed an order for a silver ring and earrings on 4/23/2020. It's now 10/20/2020. I've been told that their computer system was down, so they couldn't send me a confirmation of shipment. I was given a tracking number, and it showed the package was in transit since 5/18/20, and that was the middle of June. I demanded a refund and was told they couldn't give me the refund because the package had already shipped. This goes on and on and finally I'm told they can only refund my money through PayPal. I sent them the information, and still no refund. AVOID THEM!

I was very pleased and satisfied with my Lajerrio order! I was nervous at first as it seemed to take forever to leave it's original destination. I emailed customer service and they promptly got back to me with additional information and sent me tracking information! I watched it as it flew overseas and to my front door! Very good service and products! Would definitely recommend and buy again!

I absolutely LOVE my rings. They're gorgeous, and almost exactly what I expected. My only issue is that I was lead to believe this is genuine 925 Sterling Silver. The ring is actually S925, Chinese Sterling Silver. The s925 is known for being softer than regular 925, so we will see how the ring holds up. Love the fit, and I believe its 100% true to size.

Ordered this ring on August 30th, and got it September 28th. My only complaint is how long the shipping took when I paid for 3 day shipping. It was another 12 days after I got email confirmation saying it had shipped. Overall the ring I got is gorgeous, and seems to be good quality. I'm happy with it.

I order a ring set, it took over a month to come in. I ordered an 8.5 and then looked at their sizing chart and it recommended I order a 10.5. I emailed them and tell them I needed a 10.5 according to their sizing chart and now it's considered a "speciality ring". They won't return it for a full refund until I pay shipping back to Hong-Kong. Shipping costs are almost as much as I paid for the ring. I will never recommend them to anybody. No where on their website does it say they are out of Hong-Kong. Had I known that, I wouldn't have ordered from the beginning.

I ordered on Dec 9 and paid extra for 3-day shipping. I questioned its arrival time on Dec 16, as it was a Christmas gift I would in turn have to ship to my partner. A day later, I received a reply that it was ready to ship. Yesterday, 12/18, I had still not heard or seen anything and demanded they cancel the order and refund my money. TODAY, 10 days after paying extra for 3 day shipping and after still not receiving a reply from Lajerrio, DHS sent a tracking number via text that it would be delivered 12/24. WHAT A JOKE. I am contacting my credit card company to chargeback. This company is a disaster. DO NOT order from them. "F" their return and cancellation policy. They've lied to me so far, their return/cancel policy must be a lie, too.

Ordered a ring mid april paid the extra 25 to get it in 3 days a week later got email saying my ring was in production but will receive my ring on time. Well 2 weeks later had to email them asking where it is received email back saying sorry system was down but ring was send giving a tracking number for FedEx just to find out that FedEx has shipped label but no ring!. Emailed them again to get a response of sorry it's not us its FedEx now FedEx is saying my delivery date is pending because they dont have the package!
Horrible company will never order from them again!

I ordered a custom ring with my kids birthstones. They messed up on the birthstone color. They gave me yellow instead of peridot for august. Then I had to pay almost $30 for shipping to return it to China in order to get my money back. Will not buy from again.

Covid and weather pushed delivery out a little, but that was out of their hands. I absolutely apologize for any frustration I showed. The quality and beauty of the rings I ordered are well beyond what I expected. Seriously taken back by the quality of work. Well done!
