Heard about the website through a friend. Easy to navigate, and place order. Delivered in well packaged prompt manner. For whatever reason I never received tracking info, but in the midst of trying to aquire it packages were delivered.

The pendant is bigger than it looks on the website, but it is even more beautiful in person! While it says it's for feminine-presenting people, it looks great on all genders. The only thing I didn't like is the lack of package tracking and less communication regarding status and shipping in general. With that said, I'm still very happy with the product I received!

Ordered a pink garnet and they sent a ugly ring with a brown stone with absolutely no sparkle. The company is run out of China and it cost me $28 to ship it back to China for the product I paid $99 for. The ring looked like it cost $5.99 at the Dollar General.

BUYER BEWARE! Ordered a ring for my mom. Took forever to come, then when it finally came, it was nothing like the picture. Looked cheap like something you ca grab fr Amazon... Smh Tried resolving return but the address on the item is not correct! Wants you to return to China! $40 plus dollars!

When i made my purchase, i paid $25 for three day shipping. It took more than 3 weeks to receive my order! I emailed the company about the problem as i needed the ring i ordered fort that weekend. They did not respond until three days later sending me a list of 12 days processing time and another 12 days to receive the order. I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping and have not to this day received one! Worst customer service I've ever seen. Literally. I will never be using this company again for anything. Please do not give this company patronage for your own well being.

Shipping (free) took longer than myself being the impatient person that I am. But as everything happened the sites were always updated. Very happy with my order! Love my ring and my mom got it to were both very happy!

The photos are not accurate they must use the stock photo with diamonds because the ring I got didn't match the photo of it at all not one bit want to return they still haven't gotten back to me on how to do that very disappointed will not reorder

Delivery was over a week slower than anticipated. The only delivery time I saw on the website was "7-12 business days," which is why I ordered when I did.

It is stated elsewhere about possible extended production/delivery times but it isn't clearly seen on the website. I had to postpone my original proposal date due to the slow delivery time.

I emailed Lajerrio with my concerns. A representative got back with me promptly and apologized. I am not angry, things happen in life, but I do think it should be more clear on the estimated production/delivery times.

Received this stunning set and am very happy I purchased this. Nice and sparkly and have gotten really good feedback and compliments. Like the wide band, which really suits my hand. Had some questions prior to buying and the company responded promptly and answered them with good information. This company is a great find!

It was delivered just as I was told. Beautiful ring and love the jewelry box. Also came with a polishing cloth. It is perfect for my finger... I definitely would recommend this site for any kind of jewelry and advice on care. Perfect!

The rings I purchased were not as nice as the first set. The gems look cloudy & scratched my ring each time I put them on. The shipping was terrible as I paid for 3 day shipping & it arrived snail mail in 8 days. I had to email the company several times for my refund. She have not gotten it back! I will never use them again. NEVER!

The website is easy enough to get around and I just absolutely LOVE your rings! The only issue I have is that Lajerrio is very lacking in updating customers on the status of their orders. I had to reach out to get the tracking number for the previous order. They had shipped it out but they never notified me. So that's the only thing that needs a bit of work. Their products are lovely over all and I will be (already placed another order) shopping here again.

If this company knows it will take some time to ship. Then the options for shipping and paying for quick shipping should not be an option. I paid an extra 20 for the product to be here in 4 to 6 business days. I did not receive my product until 16 days later. If I would have known it was going to be shipped regularly I would have just had regular shipping.

I waited about a month before giving this a review, and I'm very impressed. I barely take it off besides showering, washing lots of baby bottles, or cutting meat- so I wear it quite a lot! It has not tarnished and it looks just as good as the day I opened it! Very very happy with the way this purchase turned out

They makes them so beautifully and I couldn't ask for better! She's so sweet too and even if you don't pay for tracking she still lets you know when it leaves her country. This is my second time purchasing from this shop and I'm blown away every time.

My item doesn't fit and it is taking a long time to get a response so that I can return it. There should a packaging slip placed inside your order in case you can not wear or dislike the item in person. My item was not custom made.
