After waiting 3 weeks, I was a bit disappointed to finally get the ring. It did not look as good as the photos on website.
The "sapphire " was much more blue and looks fake. I am hoping I can return this ring since I have seen similar quality rings for far less.

This is by far the worse experience ordering on line I have ever had. I ordered a ring a month ago. I still have not received it. They answer your email (because you cant call them) with the same answer to try to get more time. The pics are pretty but its not worth the hassle.

Misleading. Dont order!

This order took longer than I expected with no communication from the site. When the order was placed it stated eta would be 7-10 days instead it was just shy (1 day) of being 4 weeks. Totally unacceptable! Also, did not realize this ring would be so large.

I enjoy my rings, though it took nearly a month to receive them. Also, I did go by the sizing guidelines and they are just a tad too big. I am hesitant to do anything but risk wearing them because of the slow production and transit time.

Waited a month with no shipping update was told it was delayed then in production due to a holiday, then after 4 more days was told my item was out of stock and to pick a new one. Currently in the refund process which at this rate I should be cut a check for interest on the money I have had tied up in the mess.

I recently bought a ring and the stone immediately fell out. I've been trying to reach out and now I can't even get on the website, it says error. Really unprofessional.

I am not at all sure the main stone is the size stated, looks much smaller. It is a nice looking ring set and came in nice secure packaging but...there is just something about the look that isn't right.

I waited nearly a month to receive my package. I got it just today when I had originally ordered it February 1. If I had not gotten it today I would have demanded my money back. It is the sad truth but on a good note I do love the product it's beautiful it fits perfectly but in the future I don't think I'll be using this system ever again I'll be ordering my jewelry from someplace else.

Sent wrong ring! Giving me the run around! Not satisfied with this company! Email after Email, pics sent! Still arguing! Now they want to knock off 20% for their mistake! Don't order from Lajerrio!

Lots of beautiful jewelry affordable prices and easy navigation...very prompt with replying to emails about any questions or concerns. Everything ordered looks exactly like seen on the site.only problem is i was given the option for 3day delivery and paid $25 for that feature but it took 11 days.

My order ce in 2 separate shipments, the first, the women's set came 06/29/23 While the second just arrived in the USA yesterday and has yet to be tendered to the postal service. I ordered these rings a month ago for my wedding that takes place 07/15/23. Also, I requested and paid $30 additional for expedited 3 day shipping. It was strange that they only shipped the items the day after I made the complaint on their site, and when they didn't come together they didn't ship the males ring until after. I definitely will not do business with them again and plan on leaving bad reviews wherever I see their advertising.

My partner and I are very happy with the couples ring set we bought for our wedding. The only negative thing I have to say is that I paid for engraving and there was none on the rings when they showed up other than that the price and style were great for us.

I ordered 3 rings and all came over sized - I know my ring size - these were large. I tried to return for a smaller size and they wanted pictures of what I ordered. A week into wearing the wedding set a stone fell out. I just threw it away and gave up on the return. I will re-gift the ones that are too large. Over a hundred dollars down the drain.

So I just want to say how delighted I am with my engagement ring! And of course the service is amazing. Lajerrio have crafted this beautiful ring and engraved it beautifully. The white Safire shines like diamonds and the comments I've had are so lovely. A massive thank you to all at lajerrio I will absolutely be ordering more jewellery from here. I read some not very nice reviews, however I can only stress to anyone wanting to purchase this jewellery to look past them as i did. The ring is impeccable.
