I wrote incorrectly that I didn't receive a follow-up email and notification of my product being shipped, but that isn't true (my mistake for another vendor). I did receive emails notifying me and the customer service was good. Please delete my older review and accept this one as correct.

The shopping and ordering process was easy. It took about three weeks for me to get my delivery but it was worth the wait. The ring is beautiful and does not look or feel cheap. It arrived in a beautiful box with instructions on care and a cleaning cloth. I wanted a ring with a WOW factor that I could afford. And this was it! It's not diamonds but nobody can tell! I've already gotten so many compliments on it! Love it!

So far so good... I hope it's half as pretty in person as in the video on line. Holy damn... it's huge! Like not really big, it's huge! Beautiful don't misunderstand, but wow. I wish I had sized it for my middle finger rather than my ring finger. It would be more proportionate. But all that being said it is super beautiful and sparkly.

These days you have to be leery about stuff you buy on line. Since it took weeks to get it, I was thinking that when it came it may be bad quality. Wow, was I surprised. Beautiful product in a very nice little jewelry type box with two drawers. HOW NICE!

I purchased this ring just to see what the quality would be like. It was an advertisement on Facebook and to my surprise the ring is absolutely stunning. The workmanship put into the ring is beautiful very detailed the weight of the ring is great. I will be purchasing more jewelry from this company. Highly recommend

I paid to have faster shipping and it took forever to get to me. I was not sent updated shipping information until I reached out asking about my order and even then did not hear back for a while. I am happy with my purchase and really liked the packaging it came in. I ordered a size smaller than my ring size because I have been losing weight and It still feels really big. Overall happy with purchase

I reordered my ring because I lost my other one. This ring didn't look like the first one my husband ordered and I have had it for a week or so and there is already diamonds missing. I hate that I lost my first one. I fell in love with that ring. This one is definitely not the same.

I made the mistake of ordering a ring from LaJerrio. I wasn't happy with the product and tried to return it - at my cost ($60) to the address in China they gave me, and it was returned to be as undeliverable. When I reached out to "Joy", she gave me the run-around. When I tried to get PayPal to try to get to the bottom of it, they ended up saying that I needed to take it up with the seller.
The jewelry in person looks cheap, nothing at all like the photos.
I'm taking the time to write this because I don't want anyone to have to go through what I did.

Dissatisfied with color if stones... very unnatural looking but kept the items at a great expense due to nearly impossible return policy. It should be a simple process. Will never purchase again. You lost a great customer as I buy tremendous amounts of jewelry.

You gave me the option to expedite by charging $25 for shipping. I did not get my package as indicated, and received it 32 days later. Very disappointed because I contacted customer service and was not offered any resolve to this matter.

I'm beyond disappointed with this so called company. My purchase took forever to arrive. It was too large, uncomfortable and poor quality. I contacted customer service, sent them photo of item and followed their return instructions to the letter, including sending a photo of the USPS tracking number as per their very specific instructions! The return shipping cost me an additional $28.00 above and beyond my purchase price. Several months later, I receive the item back with no refund or explanation! WTF?!?! Don't waste your time or money! This is criminal!

Ordered this ring almost a month ago and still haven't received. I was so excited and have been completely let down! I'm very upset as they said it shipped 10 days ago, and Fedex says today only the label has been made, they haven't even received it! They have no phone number to call them to speak to somebody, and when you message them on Facebook, it says EVERY TIME, they are not there. So all you have is email, and you're lucky if you get a response. I've emailed 3 times and still no reply. Very upset and I've asked for a refund twice! Still nothing. Guess I will have to go through my bank to try to get my money back. This company sucks!

Placed an order on 7/7/23 for a ring and a necklace. No special instructions, and I paid extra money for expedited shipping. Nearly a month passed before hearing from anyone. Was told delay was due to production shortages and was reminded of the refund policy. Packaged shipped out on 8/9. Today is 8/13 with an estimated delivery date of 8/20. So much for paying almost half the price of my entire order in addition to my order to get expedited shipping. Assuming it ever actually gets delivered.

I don't care how beautiful the jewelry looks online. Terrible customer service, and I am STILL waiting for my item. It's been months (yes, MONTHS) of excuses. Fake shipping labels, no tracking info., no address, busy due to the holidays - the excuses have been endless. It's just not worth it to me. Good luck getting a refund too.

This company is the worst. I even paid $20 for fast delivery and it has been more than 2 months now, I still haven't received the ring I ordered. I am asking for my money back end they won't refund me. I am very disappointed and have contacted a lawyer because this is absolutely ridiculous. Don't buy anything from them, it's a horrible experience.
