We have shopped with Kristyn & Eric Kilkullen for at least eight years and well before KrushKandy began. This family owned business works hard to bring customers amazing silver jewelry and clothes that we love, thru frequent live showings and online business. They offer many perks including loyalty cash back credit, free shipping over $38, and a generous veterans/military discount. Everybody in my family loves the beautiful contents of the packages we receive from KrushKandy.
I've been shopping with Krush Kandy Boutique since it first started and have always received the most beautiful, high quality items and truly great prices. Kristyn and her staff are always so kind and friendly. I don't even buy clothing at stores anymore. Love my KKB
I purchased 4 sweaters. 2 are very poor quality and the third one has a horrible chemical smell. I haven't received the 4th sweater yet and i ordered almost 3 weeks ago. Right now the status says it hasn't shipped yet.
I cant return the other 3 sweaters because they are considered holiday (Valentine's Day) and therefore are non refundable even for store credit. It does not state anywhere in description that its final sale and that its holiday. When I checked out it still didn't say anywhere that the sweaters were holiday and final sale. You have to really look for this in their return policy.
Do not purchase from this company.
I've shopped with Krush Kandy since the boutique first opened. Krystn is an amazing woman, owner, created, designer, and mother. She takes so much pride in everything she does, and that hard work and dedication shows. I know when I place my orders, they will come. Pre-orders take time to be made, but it is always worth it when you see your beautiful pieces. I will always be a Krushette and support this family.
Krush Kandy has some of the most unique and special jewelry I have ever seen - I've bought a few rings and when they are delivered they are even better in person than on the screen during a live!

I placed an order that never showed up. The post office lost my package 2 times. I contacted Krush Kandy customer service and explained the situation. They were very prompt. They reordered what they could for me and gave me a store credit for the rest. They also gave me an additional credit for all the trouble. Very impressed and much appreciated. You don't see good customer service very often nowadays. Thank you!

Krush Kandy has beautiful items and I only ran into one issue with them with an item not being shipped. They had been oversold and they immediately gave me a gift card for the amount of the item plus $20 could not ask for a better business.!
