I stumbled across Kizoa while searching for a system to create a slide show for my daughters graduation party. I'm not new to creating a slide show. I did one a year ago for my son's high school graduation party and it was a big hit. I wanted to try a new system because the previous one was not user friendly. What I liked about Kizoa is the many features and most of all the quick response time from customer service. Your rep Alesa has been a major help to the point of even walking me through on things that are just way over my head to understand. I'm stilling figuring out the features with Kizoa however, I feel comfortable knowing that I can count on your customer service to assist.
I love Kizoa, and I prefer it over other popular online video editors. I have tried many, and this is imho the best one so far.
It's much better than Magisto and others. It has more controls, it's very easy to use, and you can really get what you wanted.
I bought the lifetime subscription, and I don't regret it. Highly recommended
I bought kizoa to put together a tribute for my fathers funeral. I didn't want the funeral home doing it, I wanted to add our own heartfelt personal touches. 2 weeks later I used it again for my mum's funeral. I found it very easy to navigate at the most stressful time in my life. Truly, if I can use it, anyone can.

I enjoyed using the program. There a few upgrades that could be made, like the ability to turn the assistant off as well as being able to create your own template and copy it to a new slide as far as font/font size are concerned, but the program did what I needed it to do.
Hi Debra, I believe we may have spoken on the phone last week! I have shared your suggestions with the rest of the team and they are taking them into consideration. Also, it is possible to turn off the Kizoa assistant. The next time it pops up just uncheck the box "Keep using the Kizoa Assistant". Hope that helps!
I LOVE Kizoa! I found it when I had to do the memorial video for my brother back in 2012 and since then I've used it for other memorials along with other celebrations and gifts. I love the collage usage as well as being able to add my own music. I always look forward to when they add different transitions and effects - keep up the good work Kizoa, I'm in for life!

I was considering purchasing a membership to this site but had questions. Evan listened carefully and answered them all, despite being relatively new to the software site. He was enthusiastic and polite and in all likelihood has convinced me to purchase this product.
My experience with customer service has been phenomenal. Whenever I call (which is alot) I receive very friendly service and my issues are resolved very promptly. When I was considering purchasing this program I was very hesitant at first but now I am so glad I did, there are so many features that I forget about alot of them. Keep up the good work
I have used this on-line software or over 5 years it continually gets better. Haven't used it as much lately but I am sure it will have great suprises new functions when I do. Customer Service is always responsive and very nice.

ZERO STARS. POINTLESS. Download stops at 99%... nothing else ever happens after that. The entire purpose of this is to create a video and it cannot complete one 39 second video with 8 slides. WHAT A JOKE. Also I find it bizarre that and archaic that Kizoa doesn't seem to recognize png images with transparent backgrounds-instead it inserts a blacked out background. Everything is super generic, but I thought with the option of uploading your own images and gifs that'd give more freedom of use but the gifs don't upload and Kizoa can't recognize transparent backgrounds. What is the point really.

We have checked your account and there were some problems with your film, one of the problems was one of the gifs that you have uploaded into your account was "broken" and also a png file, this prevented the correct downloading of your movie.
You can upload gifs into Kizoa, but you have to make sure that the gif is in the correct format and with transparency, and also choose the option "save as gif" when downloaded.
When these cases happen, an email is usually sent to inform you of the problem and is asked to contact the support team, have you received any of that email? Because we didn't receive any email from you to inform us about that.

The tool is not intuitive and as missing features that would make the experience much more helpful. Such as:
1) when making a movie, enable a feature that shows which photo has already been selected, so that you don't have to guess or search to confirm
2) enable a feature to "randomize" photo place assignment in a movie so it doesn't have to be done one by one.
I had a very pleasant time creating my movie. It's so important to my company to have a quality product that I can sell. The software really made my project stand out and hold up to the competition. Thank you.
On several occasions the program would only allow me to add one photo at a time and then it would return to the beginning, very frustrating. Customer service was helpful but often I was told it was a programming problem.

Purchased the advanced program and have not been able to edit my videos for over 6 months. They acknowledge the issue was on their end and committed to refund my money. 6 emails and 2 months later I still have no refund. I have not been able to process my videos and it appears they are not going to do what they said they would. Stay away from this company. Very unhappy! Lamar H
I have been using Kizoa for years. Now when I try to log in, I get the spinning wheel of death that only loads to 80%. I can even get to the login screen.
With pending deadlines, I will need to look for other options. Really frustrating and disappointing Kizoa!
I bought the pro product i also used a coupon it was about $90.00 us dollars. I had several questions on using the slide show and they answered me the same day or the followng day. Simple to use and lots of features. Very satisfied!
I owned a film and video production company in the U.S. for 30 years. I produced and directed videos and commercials for U.S. Fortune 500 companies. Now I am retired and am making video / slide shows for family and friends using Kizoa. I am completely blown away by the capabilities, ease of use and production tools available. The music is first rate, the platform is very stable and user-friendly and the customer service is a live-voice phone call away. Kudos Kizoa!
KIZOA was recently purchased by INVIDEO.ai. To its credit, KIZOA was a great site BEFORE it was sold. Now it is (allegedly) in transition. That means that a lot of times you cannot upload ANY images or fix anything in your work. But worst of all, you CANNOT DOWNLOAD your work -- as of this writing, I've been waiting for more than 5 days for a download. When I reached out to customer service (via the very difficult-to-find link: https://direct.lc.chat/*******/), they were not helpful AT ALL.
My advice? Find a better site for your video creation because neither KIZOA, nor INVIDEO (the company that bought them) is safe or reliable at this time.
I truly love this program and have used it for the past 3-4 years now for sports team videos at the end of each season. The ability to drag and drop pictures and music is super easy, and I love the various options available for slide transitions, text, and backgrounds! I will absolutely continue to use this program!
I am an Art teacher at a middle school. I recently made a "movie" to showcase my school's social/emotional learning project. Although I was very short on time, by combining my photos, a few captions, online music, and colorful transitions and effects, I had a presentations that looked great.
Kizoa was easy to use and enhanced my ability to be creative.

I have had the best experience with Kizoa! I especially love all the new features! It is easy to use, and I think the end results are excellent quality. I have had a few issues at times, but I have called and emailed and have had very pleasant, helpful individuals to assist me and resolve the problems. The only negative is that recently I have had some issues with downloading videos. The last time it took three times to get my movie to completely download, and when I went back to the site to download it on a different computer, I was unable to do so. Overall, I am very pleased with Kizoa and will continue to use it. Thanks! Kizoa is awesome!
