Kizoa has not changed much since I last used it three years ago. You need more special effects and transitions to bring it up to date. And I'm not at all happy with you posting your name all over the slide shows including on the title of the shows when I post them to YouTube. It's one thing to have your logo on each one but quite another to put your name before the title of each one... that's too much.
There are certainly some things that would improve this program (here not all, but some):
- possibility to change the music in the middle of a film
- the "contours" of all of the photos is visible in the next frame
- looks cheap, but when working with it you have to upgrade and in the end it's expensive...

You can change the music in the middle of a movie with Kizoa. We'd also like to help you resolve the issue with the "contours" you mentioned. Love Kizoa! Very easy to use. Lots of choices. The only thing I would change (and maybe it's already available and I don't know how to do it) is to make it easier to see all the pictures in my video when editing so I can change the order.
Hi Barbara, I think what you may be looking for is actually in the SETTINGS tab located within the VIDEO MAKER space when you're working on your creation. It'll give you a global view of your slides and you can drag them around to reorder them.
Working with this program was such a pleasure. I was working on something for my son's graduation party and could not have been happier. The program was easy to use and the options were great. Will be using for future projects.

I found Kizoa while researching how to do a slideshow for the school I work at. I immediately liked ease of use of the program, and the ability to share the finished slideshow with our families via an email. I fell in love with Kizoa so much, that I showed my boss and she immediately purchased the lifetime membership for the full product. This is a great way to do a slideshow, and I'm looking forward to using all the new advances they have made.
As like one of your previous users, I have used kizoa to make a slide show for my sons partner. My son was killed in Afghanistan in 2012, as you can imagine this was a heart wrenching piece that I put together for her with her own choice music. I had no problems using your fantastic piece of software, but I was astonished that there was a charge to download or save to a disc. I was under the impression this was a free software.

I have breen playing around with making my photos into movies more recently than ever and now can create much more easily as a non-techy... I only wish there was more music to choose from and I wish the music menu would tell you the length without having to play as sometimes I would rather look at the length to match the movie I'm creating. I also wish it would tell me what music I picked so I can modify more easily. But it's very fun.
It's user NOT friendly. I have 20 years of graphic design experience and I have a hard time figuring out what to do, how to make modifications, and downloading my final product. Also, it's even more dificult to make changes if you used templates. Very unhappy & looking for another app to do my videos.

Pay to get one video on "your site" and another on you tube with a watermark. Then told we have to pay more to get the actual video. Scam bait and switch. How about a business model where I pay 14. 99. 9. 99 for one video and 4.99 for a membership? The only positive is the software makes good videos. However not worth the price point for you to get site hits or your marketing logo. Fire your marketing team and get more realistic with the pricing model and be up front about what you are paying for. Disgusting way to do business.
Sorry for the confusion in our memberships, actually with one membership and only one payment you're able to embed your slideshow on your website without any logos, download it to your computer, or pretty much do as you want with your video without any Kizoa branding. These features are including in our Premium DVD membership which you can use for a Lifetime and as many videos as you want. I tried several other slide show softwares, all of which, like Kizoa, offer a free version that works in a limited way. Of the free versions, Kizoa was clearly the best for my use and I did purchase the $100 version. I am very satisfied with it, now that I am pretty far up on the learning curve. I'm retired so was not "born with an electronic gadget in my hand" and did not have any previous experience with graphics software or slide maker software or video editting software, so I really was a raw novice. I watched several YouTube videos about how to use the software and found them quite helpful. Now I get raves on my slide shows and am confident I made the right choice.
I have made over 40 videos and have no complaints so far, apart from:
Log in is a bit long winded, having to enter details every time can be a bit annoying. All my other programs are one click log in.
The only other problem I find is that there is a lot of buffering waiting for the program to catch up even though i have a good internet connection.
Another minor problem is that when you download a video it is not downloaded with the file name that you gave the video.
Other than that it is a great program and I would recommend it to anyone. I will continue to use it, I haven't found anything better.

I have used Kizoa since 2012. It is my "go to" for any video clip I make. I have a basic and a premium account. Never any glitches when working in the program. I have had great reviews on anything produced in this program. The ability to edit individual photos/videos and variety of options to add bells and whistles or just enhance what you have it great. The variety of options make it the best I have come across. You can use their templates or create from scratch. Nice music selection, with ability to upload your own. Tech support is awesome. User error, and they were patient and respectful with my mistake. Can't say enough about this program and tech support. Only program I recommend!
I spent days putting together a slideshow for my sons first birthday tomorrow believing, as the website advertised, that this would be FREE. This is not in fact the case and I am now being asked to pay money to download the video. I am absolutely devastated as I could have spent this time using an alternate software that is in fact free. False advertising.
In addition, I am now reading reviews of others who have experienced similar things and equally as shocked to see that Kizoa has not updated their website to reflect the fact that it is not in fact free, even after receiving this feedback!

It would be nice to disclose that i will have to pay to use your service before i put effort into making a video.
Since i did enjoy the website i was thinking of purchasing a membership in the future but now after this i do not want to use your service again.
I apologize for the confusion! While the majority of Kizoa is free, including making and sharing movies of unlimited duration online, or downloading to your computer if under 1 minute in length, we do also offer Premium lifetime memberships to unlock more features. While we would like to offer a completely free site, this is difficult as we also have to maintain the Kizoa company, servers, employees, etc so as we can continue to improve Kizoa as much as possible ;)
I had to make a slideshow with music, still photos and video for an organization. Very little time to do it. Tried different sites and was very frustrated. Found Kizoa and began to put it together. Very easy to learn. Was able to pick up the process very quickly. Great customer service. Definitely recommend. Worth paying the price for HD. Slideshow came out great and was viewed by 200 + people.
I just spent a couple hours making a video for my Dad's wedding only to find out afterward that I need to pay $30 bucks to be able to share it with him. Probably would have paid it if I knew before hand but since it was a surprise I think I'll take my business elsewhere.

I had this application for awhile, but noticed, lately when I try to forward the link or email to my friends they are unable to view the movie. My membership is limited and in the past we had no problems and I enjoy using this application. Presently, I am unable to send my movies via email or link, it comes out blank to my friends. Not sure what is going on. Would love to continue using, but it is not useful if my friends cannot see my movies. Thank you and hope others are not having this issue?
I've used Kizoa for years. Love it! Can you please fix the music upload as soon as possible? I have a project that needs to be completed this week and your app will not allow me to upload any music.
Update... emailed the company and music upload feature was fixed by the time I woke up in the morning. Thank you Kizoa!
I have been using Kizoa for 4 years now. I make a DVD set to music for my parents and my husbands parents each Christmas that has pictures of our year. They love it. It is easy to use and has been a good resource for other events that have come up - a retirement celebration a work, a friends funeral etc. My family will continue to use Kizoa for years to come.
