Premium Top Most Membership Client
Subject: Screenshot of Error
Sure, here it is.
I have, on your request, attached the Screen shot of where your Portal is blocking the entry of all my own and that of my relatives into their Kizoa account.
They all have, like me:
Windows 10 Pro(Licensed Version)
RAM: 4.00GB
System Type: 64 bit OS
There were no problems reported until we paid for the highest membership. All of us
Are now facing the same problem, as per the screen shot.
It says, please allow Flash.
But our permission for permitting Flash is already given.
It was also asking us to permit Java when we had not paid for the final and Top Most membership.
At that time there was no problem for any of us.
Why are we being blocked now?
Having gone online, I notice that a lot many clients are facing the very same problem and that they have written to you in November 2019
Here is my suggestion:
If your server is not permitting globally spread out clients to login to their work space on your server then it may mean that:
(1) Your technical team is in trouble while trying to solve the problem
(2) Your technical team is unable to solve the problem. Or you have enlisted the services of expensive external technically qualified professionals but they too have been unable to solve the problem.
(3) The company is facing a temporary financial crunch and hence cannot solve the problem now
(4) The company has folded up for whatever reason
(5) All of above
(6) Some of above
(7) None of above
If you have not closed down and in the event that you are unable to solve the technical problem due to financial constraints then, I can organise Software Programmers or Software Coders in India for you.
You can if you so desire, talk to them over Skype and you can, if you so desire, trust them with your remote access of your server. They shall help you retrieve as much of your past records as possible from your server, then, they can help you get your server back on its feet.
You must of course guarantee them a five year maintenance contract so that your server backup is always maintained to protect it from being hacked, or sabotaged
By virus attacks.
Talk to me on my mobile number and lets me help you solve your technical problem at the earliest.
Helping you, I help myself and I help my relatives and friends who are terribly embarrassed.
Here is hoping that you accept my offer and try to solve your problem at the earliest.
With best wishes,
ANIRUDDHA ROY CHOUDHURY
I create a Kizoa slideshow of my son every holiday season for the family, all of whom live far away. I was so excited this year to see that there were new sound options of volume control, fade in/out, and crossfade. The slideshow looked and sounded great from the kizoa site itself. However, once I downloaded the MP4 as well as the ISO files, I noticed that there were audio glitches in 3 places at transitions between songs. I haven't heard back yet about that but did hear back on the issue with the Youtube upload not working, which was acknowledged as a current issue with Kizoa that they're working on vs. an issue on my end. We're now down to the wire, and fortunately, the link to the site itself is fine, and recipients of an MP4 or Youtube link that they can cast or the DVD that I'll be burning for the grandparents will have to be viewed with the FYI that there are 3 hiccups in the audio.
The two instances of sudden increase in volume during a fade out and the sudden decrease-then-abrupt increase in volume at another spot aren't incredibly awful (well, the 2nd one kinda is), but the end result was very disappointing in that respect.
Another downside is that it does seem to take a small forever to download your file from the website, which first converts it, then indicates it's ready to be downloaded. It seems to take a longer-than-expected time, and my intenet is fast. If my son wasn't turning 18 next year, and I only had one more slideshow that I plan to create for the holidays, I would probably be looking at alternatives to Kizoa at this point. It's frustrating that I've upgraded twice in the past few years to use more features, only to have the functionality and quality go downhill.
The title says it all. This is the direction that many companies are moving to -- Online versions of Microsoft Office, Adobe Photoshop, audio editors, desktop publishing, file conversion,...
The advantages:
* You are always using the latest version of the program, without having to update it on your computer (& probably pay for the update too).
* Typically, your files are saved in "the Cloud", & automatically backed up for you, so you don't have to do that.
* Processing is done on their web-servers, not your local computer, so you don't need as powerful (or new) a computer as you would otherwise have to buy.
* The application is OS-agnostic, meaning you can run it on any computer, with any Operating System, anywhere in the world, as long as you have Internet access. So, your desktop, laptop, tablet, or smartphone, or anyone else's computer (with your login username & password supplied) can access all your information, & edit it, anywhere you happen to be. This is a HUGE convenience!
As for Kizoa, I have been editing video for decades, first using 2 VCR's & patch-cords, then using files from digital-based video cameras & various video editing software on my computer.
A couple of years ago I tried Kizoa Basic (free) to evaluate whether it would do what I needed -- it passed with flying colors, so I bought the Creator version ($50) to get the 20 minute length videos, along with quite adequate 720P video & 100 GB storage space.
If you only make short, personal home videos, you might be satisfied with the Starter version ($30), which gives you 720P video, 10 GB storage space, & 10 minute videos (make 2 or 3 separate chapters of one video if you need longer).
I upgraded soon after to Professional version ($100, with $50 credit for my Creator version) -- mostly to reward Kizoa for producing such an excellent product -- as a bonus, the Professional level gives me 1080P video, unlimited storage space, & unlimited length videos. I like not being limited at all in the length of video that I can make, or how much storage space I can use, but I seldom make 1080P videos, so 720P would have been enough for me, & I don't burn DVD's, since "the Cloud" made them obsolete.
Commercial users will appreciate the Business version ($300), which adds 4K 2160P video, 1/2 hour of training, & a licence to use Kizoa Commercially.
Quite simply put, this will do it all for you in the area of video editing.
Try the free version to see what I mean (it contains a "watermark", so you won't be sharing the results of your test, but it will let you see what the App can do).
Then buy Starter, Creator, Professional, or Business version, as your needs indicate.
You can also upgrade at any time to a higher version, & get credit for the cost of your lower version.
Kizoa.com is by far the best website that I have ever used, not only is it very user friendly, but I have been using it for over 8 years, and have barely scratched the surface of what I can do with it. It is that good, my best work is a video called Into Your Presence, which I will not link to but a video that is good is worth a thousand words, so I will link to the Video Atari Emulator... http://www.kizoa.com/Movie-Video-Slideshow-Maker/d*******k*******o2l1/atari-emulator-video
