Be careful and do not order from this vendor. Canvas Champ appears to be either a very poorly run company or a complete scam. They lose orders (I'm not talking in the mail, but at their facility). Customer service is unhelpful, and they refuse to give refunds. I had to go the hard route to get a $74 order refunded for something they never even shipped. I didn't even start contacting the company until after the order was supposed to have been delivered, only to have both reps that I talked to not even know where the order was.

Horrible experiance, and there are too many other custom printing sites out there to worry about using this one.

Also, after some research, it appears most of their testimonals and reviews that they have on their website are fake or paid for (not sure about here.)

I enjoyed using the program. There a few upgrades that could be made, like the ability to turn the assistant off as well as being able to create your own template and copy it to a new slide as far as font/font size are concerned, but the program did what I needed it to do.

Hi Debra, I believe we may have spoken on the phone last week! I have shared your suggestions with the rest of the team and they are taking them into consideration. Also, it is possible to turn off the Kizoa assistant. The next time it pops up just uncheck the box "Keep using the Kizoa Assistant". Hope that helps!
