Kiwi Drug

I have to say, I was terrified about ordering from an on-line pharmacy, but the three times I have ordered from KiwiDrug, it worked out perfectly all three times. I even got gutsy enough to pay using a direct draft from my bank account, and it went off without a hitch. The beauty of using a bank draft is that you can save 15% off your order. When I had a question, the staff at Kiwi responded promptly, and they were extremely nice as well. I could not have had a nicer experience. They have remained a stable website, their stock remain consistent, and I have continued to use them for almost a year. They have been wonderful, and I have to admit that they have won a permanent customer. I recommend them without hesitation. What a fabulous surprise! Margaret M.

Update: I have now ordered several more time from Kiwi Drugs, and one time thought I actually had a minor problem with my order. Kiwi Drugs responded promptly to my "problem email" issue and resolved it immediately. It turned out to be a very minor problem and mostly one of my own making! Kiwi Drugs obviously strives to provide excellent customer service, and it continues to do so. I am still very, very happy with their service and order from them without hesitation. I use direct bank drafts all the time without worry, and I receive my orders quickly and hassle-free. I just wanted to provide an update that Kiwi Drugs is still dang good and worry free! Second Update: It's October 2015, and I have ordered several more times from Kiwi Drug since I wrote the above update about a year ago. Just wanted to add that I continue to get excellent service and products from Kiwi. I remain a loyal customer.

When I recently received my latest order from Kiwidrug.com, the packing slip had my name & order number on it and the medicine was exactly what I ordered (as usual), but the prescription label on the medicine container had another person's name. That was a first! The next day, I received another order that matched my order number & name and had my name on the prescription label. I did not want to send the "extra" medicine back because I was going to place another order soon anyway, and I was concerned that the other person did not receive his medicine. I emailed the Kiwi staff, telling them that I would be glad to pay for the extra order, just tell me how to do that. I received a prompt reply from the staff who apologized for the mistake made by their supplier, and told me to keep the extra order without paying them for it! Wow – what a pleasant surprise! The Kiwi customer service has always been fabulous, but this was way beyond just good customer service – it is spectacular in my opinion! I have been a Kiwi customer for over 5 years and have always experienced excellent customer service from Kiwi, but I am truly amazed at this generous resolution to this error. Of course, I shall continue to purchase my medicine from Kiwidrug.com. Kiwidrug.com is fantastic!
