I have been a longtime customer of Kiwi and have never been disappointed. They are very professional, courteous, and most importantly, trustworthy to the bone.
Occasionally items go missing and Kiwi makes every effort to make sure your item will arrive. High quality health items including skincare and vitamins which cannot be found in the states.
I've done business with other online pharmacies in the past. One seems to have gone out of business, and the other was okay until they raised their prices and lowered the quantities. I placed an order with them and they sent me the wrong stuff. To date (over a year later) they never replaced the drug, and lied to me numerous times about having refunded my money which they never did (nearly $300 USD). That's a very low blow! I found Kiwi Drug, and they are simply amazing! They are very professional, but also very friendly. I placed an order two months ago and it was confiscated when it entered the country. They replaced it very quickly and I received the package intact last week. I can't say enough about this wonderful pharmacy, and I'm glad I found them. For me, it's been a love affair that I hope never ends.

Placed my order two weeks ago, prescription was verified and label printed within a day. Since then no status updates. I've sent three emails during the course of 14 days, but no one answers. Only automatic responses congratulating me because my ticket has been escalated to the management (which doesn't exist). I even called their toll-free number and no one answers. PROBABLY A SCAM. STAY AWAY. IT'S A SHADY BUSINESS.

I don't understand this company nor the good reviews as my experience has been terrible. I ordered and was charged the same day on my credit card. 7 days later when checking on my orders daily, it continued to say "physician review". I would email and Never got a clear answer from anyone at their company as to why or what was taking so long.
Meantime they charged my card and their answer to that, is they have to charge you BEFORE the physician reviews your order? But in a week No one reviewed my order, they knew I was temporarily in the address that I had ordered the items to be delivered. I was leaving the country and needing to get them prior to departure. Totally Wasted an entire week when I could have been buying them elsewhere and had them delivered prior to leaving. Now its too late. Never got a person to answer WHY or what the issues were. Had to demand 3x to get my credit card refunded and finally had to threaten to call my card company and say they were a Fraudulent company and fraud charges. Then ASAP I got my refund and Never did they try to fill my order. Bizarre company go elsewhere!
