They offered me a flight that it was not possible to take. I warned them, they refunded me 10€ out of 800€.
Their business model is to then be reimbursed much more by the airlines.
I booked my flight today through Kiwi.com and didn't realize the second connecting flight had baggage limitations. When I booked, I tried to edit the buggage section but nothing. I cancelled the flight so as to rebook it which I reached tour to them immediately after. In 2min.
Kiwi was not helpful. They told me because I canceled the airline has been informed they can't refund and reinstate the ticket. In 2min all that happened.
Cancellations need to be within 24hrs Kiwi. Now I cannot book any ticket and completely helpless. It was my first time using you and after this, I will definitely NEVER be able to.

I was overcharged for my trip and they purchased returned ticket and included in the price, saying that it was cheaper. This is horrible company, that takes advantage of costumers. They will not provide a proof of purchase of a second ticket saying it was free

There are so many problem caused by kiwi. Com that I can't tell everything, just that there are too many lies and to many problems I had because they give no service at all. I lost all my connections, they lied about alternatives offered because they don't even know the basics about fligh connections, i. E. that flights are closed at least 25 minutes before departing, they didn't answer the phone when I needed, didn't paid hotel because they said there was no need, despite I had to wait 24 hours and offered only reimburse 10 dollars! Only my telephone bill because of this, left waiting over the phone instead of calling me, was USD$500.00 (calling from India where I was left!). PLEASE NEVER USE KIWI.COM, IS A TOTAL SCAM, you save nothing. I only regret I didn't know this in advance!
They Took my $$$ confirmed my flight and then cancled it for no reason, now I'm fighting to get my money back. Basically THIEVES. Warning don't ever use these companies they suck. WTF is wrong with these companies they take your money and then can't refund it, they need to be investigated for unethical practices.
Worst customer experience I've ever experienced.
I had to change a flight to arrive a day earlier to catch an appointment. For "change" I paid almost the full price of a new ticket, but fine, that's what I expected. Then a few days later, my booking is changed from a direct flight (2h) to a layover flight (9h), which means I will again not be able to catch my appointment.
The UK and US phone numbers which are supposed to give 24h support according to the website are not available, so I wait for the german number to become available. Here I'm told that the change was not significant enough to be eligible for a refund, so all I could do is to cancel the booking and get 10€ back.
At this point, I'm handing over to Flightright, who estimate a reparation of 250€...
Learning: invest a bit more and book with the actual airline instead of flight discounter websites. And especially stay away from kiwi.com.
I have been trying to contact them for a query on a refund asked months ago and neither their website works or no one has been in touch. They gave no news on how things are moving forward and keep you in total darkness, and yet they are still booking flights - is a duty to ensure people know to NEVER USE them as they are not transparent or trustworthy
I strictly remember booking one flight and one flight only. However, when I checked my activity on my credit card I saw that I was charged twice for the same booking. When I asked them about the booking number for the old booking, they told me that my current booking number is my new booking number and vice versa, but nowhere do I see a booking number referencing for the amount that I am disputing.
When I called and asked they keep stating the same thing over and over and over again. POLICY POLICY POLICY. I am sick of dealing with these pathetic companies that are in place just to loot their customers of their money and that too when questioned, the term "Policy" comes into place.
If you're looking for a company that respects your business, keep moving because this company only cares for your wallet and not you as a valuable customer, much less a person even. I was treated with rudeness with which I had to respond in kind.

My first and last experience with kiwi.
Booked a travel from London to agadir (via Dublin) that was supposed to take around 9h.
An hour before my flight to Dublin I read an email from them that the flight from Dublin to agadir got canceled and they offered me an option for next day (24 h later) to fly to Paris beauvais Airport and transfer to Paris Orly Airport for another flight to agadir (around 4 h inbetween and no option for checking online). Missed by 10 minutes the airport check-in in Orly and when I called them they said its not they're fault.
My personal opinion better not book with them and avoid some stress.
KIWI IS RUBBISH! Customer service doesn't exist. Don't be deceived by the paid reviews. They'll sell you tickets from airlines that don't exist and blame you for it (that is if you can reach their customer service lines).
I booked a ticket through kiwi.com and my flight got cancelled due to coronavirus. I was informed that I may not get any refund for the cancelled flight, and I was not rebooked to another flight. I've never had this happen to me with any other booking site. I would definitely stay away from this site.
Was informed by Kiwi my flight was cancelled. Called to ask and check if there was better alternative travel than the 2k 21hr option. No, the lady sounded like a broken record. Called the airline and the flight was not cancelled. Called the Kiwi lady who was still adamant. She calls back and confirms that the flight is not cancelled. No apology. Completely unnecessary problem that took hours out of my day and was handled extremely poorly.
INFLATED BAGGAGE FEES (5X the real amount) AND SCAM REFUND POLICY! Kiwi claims on their app that you can save money by paying for baggage fees at the same time you buy your flight ticket. They charged us 140$ for baggage, for what turns out is normally a 30$ charge. We only found out because, upon arriving at the airport, the airline advised us they hadn't received payment from kiwi for our luggage. We then had to pay for baggage with the airline anyway. Total cost? 140$ (kiwi) + 30$ (airline). The kicker was that kiwi then refused to refund either the 140$ or the 30$ charge (even with the baggage charge receipt in hand), saying their systems indicated we had checked a bag (what?). Never again, I'd rather swim to my destination than book through kiwi
I don't get to travel a lot, so I was very excited for my trip to Austin Texas. That was until Kiwi told me to head to the airport three hours early because they couldn't check me in. Once I got to the airport, my tickets had been canceled by Kiwi. They lied to the airline and said they gave me a refund but they didn't. I had to buy tickets last minute at the airport and spent three times as much. I applied for a refund on Kiwi's website and they told me good luck I'll hear from them in three months. I didn't purchase their guarantee so basically I'm SOL. Do not risk booking with them! It's horrible to be at the airport and learn you aren't getting on the flight unless you can overpay for new tickets.
After requested refund of covid cancelled flight, they did not approach to the airline company at all. I called the airline company directly and they did not receive any request of refund. When called kiwi customer service, there is philipine guy keep yelling on the phone. Kiwi is just a scam company!
KIWI. COM Sold us two tickets but the airline didn't allow us to board the plane today due to brexit EU and UK issue and virus issue, they turned away lots of British passengers, but won't refund you by pushing you to the airline, saying airline didn't allow you board the plane, but kiwi sold the tickets, we lost £700 including two PCR test money and tickets money! Really unfair! Anyone who had the same experience, let's unite to seek the justice
When bad things happen, you really learn about the character of a company. Kiwi.com happens to be of the scummy variety. They will steal your money while delivering 0 value to the customer
Purchased multiple flights from them prior to the pandemic. After the pandemic hit, the airlines cancelled the flights, not me. Tried to get refunds for all my flights through Kiwi and they failed to get me a single dollar back from any of my flights that got cancelled. Tried to insult their customers by offering weak $12 refunds on their website and it worked
Waited around 3 months for them to get my refund, only to receive an email telling me sorry they failed to get me a refund, with no compensation from them. I ended up paying multiple hundreds of dollars and received nothing in return. What's interesting is that they took their cut but refused to give anything back, even though they delivered absolutely nothing. Terrible
All other companies I requested refunds from delivered, so they really have no excuses. If you have to steal money from your customers in order to stay in business, you're a criminal. Terrible businesses deserve to go out of business. Looking forward to this company going under in the near future
My flight was cancelled by the airline. An year and a half passed but I didn't get my refund. I contacted Kiwi's customer support many times and they just tell me to wait.
Booked flight by mistake on the wrong date. Called them within 5 min of clicking on the booking confirmation tab. They refused to help stating policies etc. I bought the saver fare. Insanity
After our flight was canceled and we tried to contact kiwi for help with rebooking or credit. Where told they had not been informed by airline so they couldn't help at all. 48 hours later still nothing but lies we had to rebook with another airline our selfs, zero customer support,, never again 0/10 for this company
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.

That doesn't prevent them from dismissing it will all sorts of unreasonable misdirection. They have no right to operate and be so big... at the expense of poor unfortunate customers who spend their hard earned money to travel. The give the aviation industry a really bad name.

Answer: Yes call them threat them that you will sue them and also tell your credit card company that they made a mistake and are not owning to it. Get screenshots of everything including your calls to kiwi. Ask them for a voucher and on other hand contact your credit card to file a dispute.
