Save yourself from this awful company! I booked a flight with them, and the carrier changed the flight the flight time to 8 hours later than the original time. Putting me and my family at our destination at 1:00am Traveling with children. I reached out to the company many, many times about options each phone call was passed along to a different person in United Kingdom. My Calls were constantly dropped, and no one ever called me back I emailed with no response. After speaking with the carrier whom which were more than accommodating and so very nice refunded me fully since the time change was so far from our original time. When I was finally able to reach Kiwi and ask for remaining part of my refund of $240 they responded with we will refund you €10 so that's $10.72 US dollars a far stretch from $240 US dollars. NEVER BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a ticket from them about two months ago. I paid about $1200. One legs of the flight got cancelled. They offered me two ridiculous^options^:
1. Lose all my money but $10. And re-book another flight with them and pay the full amount! This^option^ is called "alternatives"
2. I cancel the ticket myself! Yes, the ask me to cancel a cancelled flight! This way I won't be eligible for a full refund! They refuse to give me an estimate of how much I'll be refunded if I cancel the cancelled flights!
Now, communicating with them is another story! I fly quiet often and never seen a flight agent as bad as them. They won't answer your call if the booking number you enter is not for a flight within the next two weeks. The have this messaging channel where they provided wrong and conflicting information and each time a new staff will reply and apologies for misinformation of the previous staff!
I would say kiwi.com is a SCAM! Don't purchase from them or you can end up what happened to me!
I purchased $2,500 of tickets to Europe for my family in January 2020. The airline canceled due to Covid-19,6/2020. I was told to wait for 3 months and Kiwi would get me a refund. It has been 8 months and they have not and apparently will not refund my money. I believe that Kiwi knew that if a person waits 3 months, their credit card company will no longer aid in the dispute as this is past the time limit. I trusted that Kiwi would return my money, now I am out $2,500. NEVER, NEVER, NEVER EVER book with this company. Spend more somewhere else for a better service. I have filed a complaint with the Department of Transporation. I hope that someday they will have time to read this and help me. Shame on Kiwi.com, they stole my money and they will certainly steal yours.
I paid for non stop round trip tickets to Florida from Indiana (2hr 20 min, one way). Flights weren't booked correctly and return trip was from Florida to Tennessee, then Tennessee back to another Florida airport, then to Indiana. Total time with layovers was 28hrs on return trip. They would not adjust the price, no refunds unless you pay them more, and they tell you to contact the airlines to settle any dispute. Complete sham. It was my first time booking a flight and I will never use this non service again.
Our flights were cancelled in 2020 due to the covid situation. Kiwi.com offered a refund that we agreed to. Ever since, despite many inquiries, we have not recieved any refund. We used the service before and it was ok. However, when there is a problem, it is a terrible experience! Avoid it!
That's the scam. You buy ticket, they take payment then send you email that they need to confirm your identity and you have to call them. I sent the email and they told me that I have to call. Their line is always busy and they put you on hold. Waiting time was 15 min. After 15 min waiting time was 10 min and in 30 min waiting time was 5 min. Then line disconnects and you have to call them again. If you do not call them they cancel your reservation and keep your money for 10 days. Will see what happens in 10 days. I hope i do not need to call them to get my money back as there is on 1-800 phone number. I had to call UK from the US and paid $15. DO NOT BOOK ANYTHING WITH THIS COMPANY
The worst travel agency ever. PLEASE DO NOT TRUST THEM. They deserve -100 stars for their service. Kiwi steals money from their customers, as well as lying to them. They would cancel your flight on your behalf, and then offer you to book another flight full of charge. Do not spend a single penny to this company. AVOID KIWI IN ANY WAY
My flights were booked with KIWI.com but the airline cancelled my booking that was booked thru KIWI.COM but there was NO REFUND or WHATSOEVER. We had to pay extra money to buy new tickets to the same destination!

It all looks wonderful! And then when you want to ask a question you cannot find customer service anywhere on their website. So you join their newsletter in the hopes of finding a person, Mistake No 1.
It tells you it cannot find your booking so you make Mistake No 2. You BELEIVE that they are the the best as they advertise and you lock into the price - payment and all
Mistake No 3. You search their website to find a person to confirm or make a change - they simply do not have a customer service page. It just does not exist! I have screenshots of the pages to prove it.
Buyer beware - the price advertised is NOT the price you are going to pay - there are many additional charges that they do not tell you about:
1) Additional charge for your CARRY ON
2) Additional charge for your regular seat - ON EACH and every airplane - coming and going
So, in conclusion - this is a scam! A very real and devious scam!

I booked a trip on skipladge and they direct me to kiwi. My flight started being pusheb back several times (delay) finally Spirit cancel my flight. I reached out to Spirit they said they would give me a full refund. Did my part. The kiwi said it had to be done thru them. Did my claim with kiwi and they told me I had to wait nine weeks for a answer. Finally got my answer I got $ 43 dollars. I paid them $506 dollars and got back $43... INSANE right. Thieves do not use them to bokok if you encounter any issues they will steal your money. Lesson learn.
I have my flight traveling from Bangkok to dimapur round trip, on 26th March at 23:30 pm and return on 2nd May 2020. I came to know that all the international flights to India are canceled to prevent the spread of Covid19, hence my flight to India had been effected which I booked from kiwi.com, which is standard ticket. Now I am unable to make a call to the customer service to reschedule my flight, also they are not replying to the messages sent in their website, and there is no option to change the itinerary in manage booking.

I booked with kiwi.com for flights between bristol and Berlin. My travel dates were 14 -17 May.
Before i travelled return journey flights were cancelled bt essyjet.
Also the connecting flight that kiwi sold us from bristol to berlin had very little trsnsfer time in Milan and we missed the connecting flight.
Kiwi refused to process the cancelled flight refund and will only do it aahet we have used the of bound sector of the travel.
And even now, 3 months later, I haven't received the money.
The airline staff told me that there was no chance that I was going to make the connection in Milan and kiwi.com shouldn't have sold us those tickets.

I am very surprised about so many hate comments. I fly over 40 times per year, mostly in EU, and I often book at Kiwi, especially when I have to combine several lowcosts in one route - like Wizzair & Ryanair. Even if I end up not buying at Kiwi, I always go there to search for the best connections.
Kiwi never notified me that my connecting flight was cancelled 10hrs before my take off flight. Hence been left stranded. I have been informed that they are not affiliated with the airline. None of the Kiwi promises or guarantees will be honored. Dont book with kiwi. Repeat dont book with kiwi. Your safer booking direct with the airlines yourself.
My flight was cancelled and Kiwi.com only have me two options: instantly receive $12 "Kiwi.com Credits" or pay extra $22 handling fee to get more refund in the next 6 months. I tried to contact them through email, but NO, I can't because I gotta pay to do so. I was in the "Basic Service" package. Can you call them? NO, because your flight is not in the next 2 days. IT WAS A FREAKING STUPID MISTAKE TO BOOK MY FLIGHT FROM KIWI.COM. DON'T LET THEM FOOL YOU.

TERRIBLE UNETHICAL COMPANY. First they changed my flight SEVERAL times, then when I finally decided to cancel my $1500 trip, they said they would "work with the airlines to get a refund within the next 3 months" only to NEVER refund me. I contacted them and they said nevermind, they WON'T be refunding me after all. All I got was 10 Euros on my account that will expire in 2 years.

I booked a flight through Kiwi.com to Panama City from San Jose, Costa Rica (via Copa Airlines). Upon checkin at the Copa counter, the agent informs me my final destination Kiwi booked for me is Cartegena, Colombia. I showed him my Kiwi confirmation email which explicitly states Panama City as my final destination, but they denied me boarding until I either 1) bought a direct flight to Panama through them or 2) booked a return flight from Cartegena.
I ended up having to buy a new one-way ticket at the desk to make my flight ($350). I was very fortunate there were seats left. I called Kiwi and they refused to refund me saying I knew there might be an issue. I now have to call my credit card company and dispute the charge. TOTAL FRAUD.
The absolute worst Booking engine. 1st time i used it they left off the luggages off my ticket and when i went to the airport the airline said the tivekt i booked has no luaggages. I tried contacting them and was about to miss my flight i had to pay for the luggage, i reported it to kiwi afterwards. They gave me a hard time about it, took about 3 months to get any sort of compensation, they would not give me all the money i paid for luggage they wanted to only give me half and its their fault. The second incident happened because i forgot after a few years how $#*!ty they are and i booked a flight, i cancelled before the 24hr period. I actually cancelled 16 hours later because there was a change of plans. They told me they wont refund the money i paid because they are not responisible for cancellation. Worse search and booking engine... do not i repeat do not ever use this company. They have so many bad reviews on the internet.
Answer: I have reserved 7 flight through Kiwi with Spirit Airlines. Within 24 h I realised that I made a mistake on the flight date. I made a change and saw that Kiwi wanted to charge for both flights. When I told them I thought I could be reimbursed, they told me to go through the refund process on their website. I did. Just to make sure, I called Spirit and explained the issue. They said that they would fully reimburse Kiwi because the change was make within 24 h and it was an american law. Today, I received the answer for my refund request and Kiwi said they could not get reimbursement from the airline and I would have to pay double. When I tried to reach them to tell them there had to be another way, all of their contact information on their website was 'temporarily unavailable'. I feel like they have stolen from me.
