This was the worst ever experience. I wrote several E-Mail back and forth with the customer service and they just never answered my question. They wanted to charge me 50 EUR for a change of a letter in my name of my ticket, but did get my written request wrong. I requested a change of my first name not my last name. After I draw their attention in THEIR mistake, they charged me 89 Euro extra. Worst experience ever.
I fly often and never had such bad service.
I have never even used this website, but some how there was a charge on my credit card from them. I still don't know how they got my credit card number. Now i can not have my money back even flight ticket which i had not booked
Bought a ticket and few hours later, I receive a note that the same flight that I purchased has increased and that they've put my ticket pending. This is totally wrong and the US department of transportation must hear it.
I bought a ticket in January. There was a bad weather at the day flight, it was snowing and the flight was cancelled. I could't have my money back after months. I tried a lot of times complain at the website and never got any answer, they just say to wait for the order to be processed and the operator to respond to the email specified in the Buyer details.

I bought tickets for my brother and his family (booking number 33P3LT4P.) but instead of them getting their tickets to fly, they got an email saying the card declined, but that the reservation was booked. Also when I pressed the button to review the booking, I got this message saying it was booked but that I need to confirm payment. I guess I just need to understand if I should call the card and ask for a fraud investigation or if the first payment did go through?why do I need to confirm payment twice?
How does a booking get created, but it declined?
I should've known this website was shady when they didn't ask for billing information.

Due to the death of a family member I had to change my return flight. In the end, I paid for 2 tickets de facto.
According to the mail instruction of Kiss&Fly, all changes should be made online in My Account, and the changes surcharge would be calculated:
"As soon as you receive the changes surcharge calculation to your email and personal account, you may either confirm that sum or decline it. The ticket will be changed only after your confirmation and payment."
However, I never received any calculation for me to confirm or decline. Besides, I couldn't send any request online without proceeding to the confirmation of payment, but just had to do it. It's a mistake. I know now.
I e-mailed Kiss&Fly again for the details of the payment and got the exact sum of a round trip ticket, although the date of the outbound flight has been expired.

Worst travel agency ever! Cancelled flight days after we had paid and didn't even notify us come to airport to check in just to find out that they cancelled our flight we call customer service and they tell they can't do anything about it and click 3x we will definitely sue!
I bought a ticket from KISS AND FLY and they printed it with the wrong name and didn't want to refund me. They're a scam. My mums is suffering from cancer and needed to travel for treatment but since they printed her ticket with error now she has about 2 months to live if she dies I will try my absolute best and take them to court and sue the company and hopefully have their licence revoked

I have booked a KLM flight to the US through this website, and from the moment I booked it it stated 'pending issuance'. So, I was told to wait max 48 hours. Then the tickets would have been confirmed. After 48 hours the tickets were still not confirmed. Contacted them about 5 times through chat. Every time I was told to wait because they had a high workload at the moment. So, I waited another two days and asked where my confirmation is. They again told me that the tickets were 'in the process' of issuance. But they again, could tell me how long that was going to take. I suspect, -as I spoke to a friend working at KLM-, that they probably advertised with a price that is not available anymore and they are just waiting for me to cancel the booking. Anyway, so that is what I did. Instead of sending me the cancellation, they told me again to wait for that. Also, support could not say when I will get that cancellation. I would like to have it as I will need to buy another flight, so that I can finally start booking the connecting flights in the US. This is so frustrating and it will be hard to trust this website kissandlfly.com. Travelfrom.nl is the Dutch part of it. Before I booked here too, but I will think twice now.

I get an email requesting $300 surcharge and hour after I book my tickets saying the prices have changed. I check back online and they haven't. Total scam. Avoid booking with…. And after paying the surcharge they cancelled my entire booking. I'm reporting the scam to my CC now

I asked for refund after realize a mistake (I booked the wrong date). They said they could not help me and asked me to contact the airlines representative. This is absolutely bonker because the airlines only allow local IP to access (I was abroad at the time). They refused to act. After using VPN to get access to the site, I managed to get some refund back but the airlines only agree to send back to the original payment (which is Kiss&Fly). I asked them through their customer email to confirm my refund and they asked to send a refund request/ticket or something. I once again open a god damn refund request and they just simply good day and reject me, this is so annoying. I asked again, they asked for proof, and good day once again, we won't refund back.

I write this review because when I bought a ticket from Kissandfly I only saw bad reviews. I bought 3 different tickets from kissandfly for internal flights inside Brazil. In my experience buying tickets from outside Brazil for internal flights have been impossible but Kissandfly made it possible. I could very good fares for all my tickets.

We bought tickets, everything was fine. After we got a message that tickets increased in price and we need to pay difference. I didn't see this email and they canceled our booking. Is it there always extra charge if tickets change price? I thought if you book for one price is not going to change!
This is by far the worst experience of my life. Bought a round trip. Cancelled my return flight almost 3 months now. Nobody's answering the phone. Nobody wants to help. They even clearly stated on the phone that is not their responsibility to get my return flight and I need to talk to the airline directly. Contacted the airline (KLM) and they said this is something you need to figure out with kissandfly.com. I've never seen something like this.

It's quite a traumatic experience to buy a round trip, not get your return flight, and be stuck in another country. While Covid lockdowns are over and air traffic is open and KISSANDFLY say it's not their responsibility to find a new flight or to issue a refund. On the other hand it's nice of them to take my money.
I have been dealing with this travel company for over a month! Asking them to do a name change, which was an system error and it is still not done! We fly next week!... All I get is it is with the Airline!,, then they ask for money for the change!
Then our flight has been changed or cancelled 3-4 times, they ask for you to accept the new flights, then after sending off,,, try and blame YOU that the change is not accepted! WHAT?!. They were the ones who advised me to request to change them!?. Now telling me to cancel! OBVIOUSLY want me to cancel to make cancellations fees from me!... WHAT a joke of a company! :(

My parents booked their tickets here and they needed to change their departure date. They contacted the customer service and they told them to select same airlines. After they sent the request, it was denied. Their reason was the flights should be on the same airlines, and it was the same airline. They are not clear with their customers, and every time would come with a different excuse.
