I had a great experience buying tickets to Jamaica recently. I was very afraid to be honest based on the reviews I read, but I took the chance because it seemed like it was mostly over seas and with cancellations. Bought the tickets, flew with United, both flights were non-stop which saved me maybe $200 from the other websites. It was great. I wanted to come back and leave a good review, just to let people know that it is possible to get great tickets through Kiss&Fly.

Our review is just like all the rest. My wife and I booked flights from Los Angeles to Reykjavik with Kiss & Fly, and when our flight home got canceled, Kiss & Fly initially acted like they were going to refund us. But as the weeks turned to months, we were met with increasing silence. They kept telling us they were waiting to hear back from the airline--for five months! When we asked to be connected with whomever it was they were supposedly speaking with at the airline, we got no response. Just now I called their customer service number and was hung up on when I asked to speak with a supervisor. 0 out of 5 would be a more accurate rating. The only reason I'm even writing this review is because I can see Kiss & Fly is occasionally active on this page. I'm hoping they will see this and give us our refund. If not, I'll have to keep posting reviews like this to warn others. EDIT: Kiss & Fly eventually commented on this review and issued a refund for the canceled flight. I commend them for this. However, after how long this refund took (and the fact I had to post publicly to get it), I am not changing my rating.

My son and I got COVID and could not fly home. As per their rules and regulations we should have gotten a refund. However, they denied our refund because there would be too many costs associated with it. Basically they would lose money. Crappy service. Crappy customer service. DO NOT USE! They are a SCAM!

This all happened within 24hrs.

I cancelled the booking because of very bad review on the internet. And considering I called via phone 2x to cancel before tickets were issued. I got email saying no refund.
Your booking said 3hrs when in fact it took more than 12hrs to get booking confirmation. This proves that you mislead your customers.

No thanks. No service/ product exchanged for payment given by customer.

As numerous previous reviews state, please avoid Kissandfly at all costs! I booked flights to Helsinki-Manchester-Helsinki and then the schedule of the outbound flight changed by SAS without any reason and the new flight schedule did not suit my travel plan. Then, I wanted to cancel my flights as that is the customer's right in these kind of involuntary flight cancellations. I checked personally from both SAS and Finnair that I can get full refund from them. So from their side no problem getting refund.
As I have used 3rd party travel agency Kissandfly I can not get refund directly from the airline company.

Now 3 weeks later, I have provided all the needed documents to Kissandfly but still no refunds. All the responses by email are ambiguous. I will not stop until I get my money back.

UPDATE 21st of March 2024:

I have contacted SAS (see attachments) and they have sent refund to Kissandfly already on 24th of February, a month ago, and you still dare to claim that I have received the money. That is simply not true!

Just give my money back.

Do not recommend in any situation, avoid.

We contacted Scandinavian Airlines and received a response that the refund should be or has already been made to the passenger's bank account. Also, we recommend that you contact the airline directly to make sure that the airline employees have all your necessary bank details for the transfer of funds.
Regarding the return of Finnair tickets - we are still waiting for the return authorization. As soon as we receive an answer, we will immediately inform you via the buyer's email. Please wait.

Search engine have shown cheapest price just to bring customer on their page and ripped off in currency conversion.
Did a mistake by not checking reviews before. Almost paid $500 extra.

I bought my ticket and I couldn't travel, I lost everything I had to do at my destination!
They give special prices that the airline classifies as scammers and they give you a red flag by canceling your trip because it is a scam

When I called them to resolve, they told me that I can do whatever I want but that they will not return my money.

I bought a ticket to Vancouver on the 16th of January 2024 to learn that my flight hot canceled! I then asked for a refund on the 19th of January but I haven't received any refund! Instead, my transaction were very odd: I was charged for $147.00 on the 16th. Then as soon as my flight was canceled, the transaction disappeared. Now it showed again on my transaction time-line I got a charge instead of a refund! The flight was canceled because of the airline did so( from what I was told!)
I already reported the case to my bank and an explanation from KissandFly is very much demanded! Your customer service contacts were fake so as the refund pdf!

Booked a ticket KL to Manila, cheapest option on skyscanner was K&F. After booking and paying I was informed that the ticket issuance procedure was in progress. My itinerary arrived 6 hours before my flight is due to depart, taking much longer than the 48 hours they assured me in their email. There was also no option to add luggage so I'm having to organise this at the airport and I'm guessing it will incur additional fees.

The only saving grace was the customer service who did reply to my emails but could only really tell me to be patient and that they'd keep me in the loop. If you want a smooth flight booking service, in my opinion, I'd suggest you pay a little higher and avoid Kiss & Fly.

I ordered a ticket to date was incorrect when I tried to correct it they said that was not possible mind you this is a month before the flight was even boarding so I simply asked for a refund so I could re-order the ticket they denied me do not use this website All the other reviews read the same horrible experience. They told me they were going to send it to technical team. I asked if I could speak to somebody in technical team. Apparently there's no way to speak to anybody in technical team have to go to the website electronically ask for a request, and after reading the reviews reviews on this place stating they never give refunds and customer service is horrible. The reviews are absolutely correct. I will never use this website again. Stay far away go through conventional ticket website. Please read the explanation for why they couldn't refund me a simple ticket cause I'm still trying to figure it out. Again stay away.

I have booked a KLM flight to the US through this website, and from the moment I booked it it stated 'pending issuance'. So, I was told to wait max 48 hours. Then the tickets would have been confirmed. After 48 hours the tickets were still not confirmed. Contacted them about 5 times through chat. Every time I was told to wait because they had a high workload at the moment. So, I waited another two days and asked where my confirmation is. They again told me that the tickets were 'in the process' of issuance. But they again, could tell me how long that was going to take. I suspect, -as I spoke to a friend working at KLM-, that they probably advertised with a price that is not available anymore and they are just waiting for me to cancel the booking. Anyway, so that is what I did. Instead of sending me the cancellation, they told me again to wait for that. Also, support could not say when I will get that cancellation. I would like to have it as I will need to buy another flight, so that I can finally start booking the connecting flights in the US. This is so frustrating and it will be hard to trust this website kissandlfly.com. Travelfrom.nl is the Dutch part of it. Before I booked here too, but I will think twice now.

Booked 3 tickets and was charged for 6. There's no response from any emails. They r based outside my country and its difficult to call them
They also charge much higher prices than shown initially. Don't use this service. I am trying get a refund through a dispute with my credit card company.
There's no social media pages or even a chat service. Please BEWARE

The funds were first blocked on your bank card (to check the solvency of your card), after which the funds were debited by the airline. This procedure of paying tickets directly to the airline is usual.

Same as everyone else's story. Kiss & Fly cancel the flight & then won't give me the refund of their agency fee. The airline refunded me immediately but I'm still waiting, over 6 weeks, for Kiss & Fly. My credit card also got hacked after using this site. Not a coincidence. No one will give you a straight answer and they keep running you around in circles. Avoid at all costs.

Do not even think about using Kiss and Fly. You will regret every moment.

This organization operates in a deceptive and fraudulent manner, luring customers with initially low-priced tickets. However, their practices quickly devolve into frequent cancellations and inconvenient substitutions, leaving customers dissatisfied and frustrated. Moreover, what they promise or advertise often does not align with the product or service received, resulting in a significant discrepancy between what was initially offered and what is reflected on the account or receipt.
So, report them to the authorities in Austria (where they claim their office is located).

Like other reviewers, I purchased my tickets with kissandfly.com because they have the best advertised price - for my case, a $300+ discount. But when I was trying to purchase the tickets, even the flight selection came thru without problems, when it comes time to put in payment info, it will all of a sudden say - flight full, please make another selection. I did that 3 times, and on the 4th time, I was so happy that it went thru and didn't look closely on what I was paying. I ended up paying $300+ more than the advertised price. When I try to call their number, I can't get thru (probably a fake number since the agency is located in Austria but the phone number is a NY 202 area code number). I emailed them inquiring why the price I charged was different, and they mentioned that only Mastercard payment will get that discount. If that is the case, it wasn't advertise clearly on their website, and whatever "clue" they give you to get that discount is not clear at all. Buyers beware! But they do respond to emails timely to your questions.

They are complete scam artists, due to the coronavirus all flights were canceled and yet they are fighting a refund. Disgusting company please dont use them

Scam me for over 500 $

Such dishonest practices raise serious concerns about the integrity and professionalism of this organization.

Requested a change of dates due to a mistake in booking. They offered to change the dates with a fee of 350€, when the original ticket was 300€ and a totally new ticket for the right dates was 200€. Make it make sense. Also very unfriendly customer service who hung up on me. A very disappointing experience for my first and last booking with this trash airline.

Save yourself the absolute misery and book elsewhere. Booked tickets for a trip to Italy, and then COVID changed everything. Requested a refund, only to be given a complete run around. Nowhere while booking disclosed that the flights being offered were non refundable tickets. Nowhere were they noted that they were not continuous flights (I. E. we would have to check our bags at each piece of the trip along multiple legs of flights). Then, after being told that the tickets could be refunded, but their "service fees" exceeded the cost of the purchase price, we disputed the charge with our credit card company. Only to be told that KissandFly provided "documentation" and the charges are valid. Except the flights booked are no longer appearing. There is no working phone number for KissandFly, the email communication has been unreliable, and they flat out lie to keep your money. If the tickets were advertised as non refundable, I would never have purchased them to begin with. False advertising and even worse customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

I book a flight Its paid sucessfully but ticket was not issued. I tried to get in touch with customer support they are saying to wait for 36 hrs but my flight is befour. Its totally worst I wasted about more than 2-3 hrs only with cutmr supprt for my tickets.
I am frustated compleately

A search for my destination on Bing brought Kiss & Fly on top of the list. Without checking anything else, I clicked on it, made the reservation and paid. The first troubling sign was when my bank sent me a fraud alert for the charge - I thought nothing of it and approved the payment, as this sort of thing had happened before.

Received booking number LSU7KFW6, and was notified that it would take up to 3 hours for the ticket to be issued. After three hours, no ticket. I checked with my bank and the card had not been charged - I relaxed. Another three hours went by and still no ticket. Next day still no ticket and the card had been charged. Getting somewhat worried. This was the first time that I checked Kiss & Fly's reputation and at that time, I was really worried.

Two days gone by, still no ticket and I called the customer help line. Reached a very courteous lady whose voice kept breaking up due to an atrocious line. But the gist of it was that I should get my ticket within a few hours. A day went by, no ticket, and I received an email from the same lady informing that the airline still had not issued the ticket. At this point, given their reputation and all that had happened, I was sure I was dealing with an Internet scam.

Two days later, low and behold, I actually received my ticket. I still couldn't believe it until I went to the airport and got my boarding pass. From then on, everything went as planned.

I deducted one star for the bad phone lines and another for inaccurate information on how long it would take for the ticked to be issued. Three stars is not great but given their reputation and the price I paid for the ticket... it was definitely much better than expected.
