Just like others said I was hit with a surcharge several hours after I paid. My guess is they purposefully advertise with a lower fair, get your money then hit you up with the rest of the amount and however much more just for the heck of it. As the fool who didn't search for reviews before purchasing, my money has quickly parted.
I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.

Do not purchase from this website I haven't even traveled yet. I requested a refund 6 times on different occasions and each time I called representative said it was not in the system! I have screen shots of my requests!I called them to speak to a manager and you have to request through email which will probably never get answered. I am currently on hold waiting to speak to someone to see if they received my email! I wish I would have looked up these reviews before I would have never booked with them!

I had a great experience buying tickets to Jamaica recently. I was very afraid to be honest based on the reviews I read, but I took the chance because it seemed like it was mostly over seas and with cancellations. Bought the tickets, flew with United, both flights were non-stop which saved me maybe $200 from the other websites. It was great. I won't lie, when they charged me for the surcharge fee I was a bit confused cause I never heard of that before! But over all the process for my flight was very smooth! Tickets were cheap and I was able to fly with absolutely no issue, I didn't get scam and everything they told me they would do they did it! Not a bad company at all

I was actually very scared after reading some reviews because I already purchased tickets and was afraid I would get scammed. But I didn't experience anything bad. It looks like most of the problems people are having are with refunds. So I would suggest if your going to buy from kissandfly be certain your plans will not change and you should have no issues.

I ordered a ticket to date was incorrect when I tried to correct it they said that was not possible mind you this is a month before the flight was even boarding so I simply asked for a refund so I could re-order the ticket they denied me do not use this website All the other reviews read the same horrible experience. They told me they were going to send it to technical team. I asked if I could speak to somebody in technical team. Apparently there's no way to speak to anybody in technical team have to go to the website electronically ask for a request, and after reading the reviews reviews on this place stating they never give refunds and customer service is horrible. The reviews are absolutely correct. I will never use this website again. Stay far away go through conventional ticket website. Please read the explanation for why they couldn't refund me a simple ticket cause I'm still trying to figure it out. Again stay away.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!
I booked a trip through their website, and as soon as they received the payment, they canceled my trip with some explanations like "there was a change in the promotional fare with a limited validity period, etc."
I contacted them by email to inquire about the refund, and they told me it was issued and would take 1 to 24 hours to be completed. Almost 48 hours later, I still haven't received the money.
I explained that I needed the money to buy another ticket for a trip in 2 days. I risk not being present at my mother's funeral.
The agency continues to claim that I need to check with my bank, but my bank assured me that it should not take more than 24 hours after the refund is issued, and that deadline has already passed.
A piece of advice: AVOID THIS SITE AT ALL COSTS. This has undoubtedly been the WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!

This company is the worst! Bought insurance for my flight because I was probably going to have to change it. Even with the doctors notes they asked for would still not change or refund my flight. I have been back and forth with company through phone and email for days providing them with everything I need for the refund. This company is a scam beware. Customer service even hung up on me and refused to transfer to me any management.
Update. Provided them with purchase proof after the response to the review. Never heard anything back. They are just trying to seem like they are taking you seriously. Do not use this company!

So my friend and I have just booked and paid for (checked in our bank accounts and the money has been taken out) for tickets to Bali, using this site. A few hours after booking and thinking it was all good, my friend received an email saying we had to pay almost $100 more for the return flight?! I had never heard of this, having to pay more money after something has been paid for!
Now we are worried that they can keep doing this and that this is a scam flight booking website. We ended up paying otherwise we would have lost the almost $500 we had already paid.

These people take your money and then if you have an issue will not respond or answer your questions with anything but "sorry no refunds" "talk to the airline". Nobody answers the phone and you cannot get any customer service whatsoever.

Flights scheduled for March 22,2020 were cancelled due to Covid. It's now a year later, and our money has not been refunded. Kiss and fly claims that the airline denied the request. We were given directions to try again using the voluntary refund drop down box. Agents are foreign which makes the experience very frustrating!

Booked a flight to Europe. Aside from the booking method, which is prone to many errors. They engage in a very unethical and broader line illegal activity. Their staff also make statements contrary to the fact. This was my first and last time with them.

I bought return tickets for my daughter and partner from Australia to UK in July, 2022. A few days after paying for these we were shocked to be charged another £700+ surcharge. Having to choose to either lose the money already paid or stump up we had no choice but to pay the surcharge. While the passengers were here a close family member passed away and my daughter's partner had to stay in the UK to support family and help to arrange the funeral. I applied for a refund, having supplied a copy of the death certificate and proof of close familial relation and was told in October that my refund request had been passed to the airline, and that it would take 2-3 months to refund the cost. That was 4 months ago and I have heard nothing. Kiss and Fly have been uninterested and unhelpful at every step of the process. They may look cheap, but watch out for the crippling surcharges and appalling customer service.
