Horrible, horrible "company" that is a total scam. Would give zero stars if I could. They stole my money and never refunded it. I hope and pray that the pandemic forced these people out of business and on the streets. Avoid at all costs.

Can i give them -5?

We booked out flights together, a couple weeks before flying out i looked into our tickets and the itinerary had us both listed but when i went to the airline website, I had no ticket on that itinerary. I had to call customer service to be told we had two different tickets. I paid for baggage up front, yet now i am told that is unavailable.
I wish i had thought to look at the reviews before i bought. They don't deserve the 1 star they have currently.

Now after reading the reviews on this page I can find an explanation for all the problems with Kiss&Fly: guys, they are just busy elaborating their own sanctions against ordinary Russians instead of doing their work. They have been entrusted with such an important task apparently directly from God (cause I haven't herd of any on the governmental level) and have no time for such crap as providing the services the are supposed to do. I would give 0 stars if possible but in any case thanks to this situation I was able to buy the tickets much cheaper.

Total fraud site
June 22, 2023

I bought ticket online from kiss and fly from July 23 rd 2023 for Madrid from london. When I tried checking in online I could not get match of my confirmation number. When I called Iberia airlines they said my booking was not there. Kiss and fly.com is a fraud site beware. I had to buy my ticket again directly from the airlines

Bought two tickets for elderly parents to fly from Brazil to the United States. After we purchased the tickets we were told they are not allowed to bring a bag on the first leg of the flight. What the hell is that. I've never heard of such a thing how can two people fly across the world without a bag. No option was given either to add a bag. Tried to refund the tickets and was told the service fee was too high even though I paid for the refund insurance. Total scam. Wish I saw some of these reviews before I purchased. Out $3000

I have not read the reviews prior to booking with Kiss&Fly and unfortunately fell into the trap. Made two separate bookings but on both occasions could not a make payment. Despite having enough balance and high enough daily/transaction limits/etc on my credit card, the payments would not go through. After 12 hours the bookings were cancelled. Made the bookings through another agent/airline and payments went through without any issues. Something is seriously wrong with Kiss&Fly.

Usually I am not like to write any review even it's not good. But this Kissandfly is the worst ever!
Before booking the ticket is not showing NCNR, even booked still not showing any fare info. But requested to cancel and they said it's NCNR. It's terrible experience ever. I am so regret to book the ticket from them.
Also got notice that there is NO checked in baggage for international fly until they sent me the ticket confirmation. And checked with them for the information and they don't reply as well (On the phone, they said will reply within 2 hours but never come back to me)
Never seeing any travel agents like this unprofessional. Can't believe they tricked how many people.

Was approved to refund tickets over six months ago and still yet to see the money in the bank account. I have called the customer support multiple times and get the same answer every time 'that refund has been approved and awaiting release to transfer the funds from the finance department'. Absolutely disgusted with this, I am always assured that the money will appear in my bank account in the next 7-10 days however it has been greater than 6 months! Do not buy tickets from here!

Wouldn't give refund
September 6, 2021

Booked a trip with them. One of the connecting flights had a drastic time change so that the trip was literally impossible to do. I went through their support multiple times, they were unhelpful and refused to refund each time. I ended up going through my bank to complete a chargeback, and would recommend others to do the same. This company is scummy and I won't be doing business with them again.

They canceled my flight and won't issue a refund
December 21, 2022

Their refund policy is that it might take up to 3 months. They are liars, it goes on forever. I caught them in a lie. They repeatedly told me the refund was being processed by the airline. The airline confirmed and sent me documentation that they had approved the refund several weeks prior. After that they told me the refund is with the billing dept. That was 3 months ago. They're a total scam.

Kiss and Fly is a scam site. I find it bizarre that sky scanner would be affiliated with this site.
They processed my booking then requested additional funds based on a "surcharge" of $730
This is clearly stealing and a scam and they have been reported

Complete Scam
November 16, 2022

All potential buyers beware that this site is a total fraud. Through them, I bought five tickets with a complicated itinerary - they emailed me tickets with all legs confirmed. Fortunately, I checked with the airline and found that for four of the five tickets the airline had no record on two major legs of the trip. Then they began a process of procrastination. I am now working through my credit card to get my money back.
Spare yourself some headache and skip these guys!

I attempted to purchase airline tickets from this company and they canceled my payment twice. After reading all the other negative reviews, perhaps I should consider myself lucky. They claimed it was due to a problem with verifying my credit card. I happen to know this is not true because I'm an engineer who has been working with credit card security systems for 20+ years. I have not figured out what their scam is, but if I see any unauthorized future charges on my credit card I will be asking some of my high-level friends at MasterCard, Visa and American Express (where I used to work) to take a close look at kissandfly.com. Like Garth Brooks, I've also got friends in low places (computer hackers) who might be interested in kissandfly.com

DO NOT USE KISS&FLY!

Please trust me, any money that you think you're saving now by booking on Kiss & Fly -- it is *not* worth it! Save yourself the stress later.

Kiss & Fly customer service is mind-blowing bad. Like, I cannot believe it's real. Nobody that you talk to on the phone has any power to make changes to your booking. They just say over and over again "I will send to my colleague, and we will inform you by email." But the email confirmations never come! They take forever to process refund requests, and when they do -- you have to respond within a few hours time, otherwise they cancel the request and you have to start all over again.

They have caused me some of the most stressful days of my life over the past few days, and they made so many promises over and over to me that they never followed through on. Unbelievable. DO NOT USE.

Kiss and fly issued tickets with improper time buffers. We missed our connection by 1.5hrs. Not the fault of silver air tho they contributed. I'm going to talk to FAA and FTC about possible misrepresentation and illegal price fixing.

SCAM! BEWARE!

Purchased a ticket. The ticket was never issued. Customer service numbers are all disconnected. Finally found some foreign phone number and they wouldn't help. Had to dispute the charges with my credit card and have been filing fraud reports all morning on this company. STAY AWAY!

This whole site is an Eastern European Scam. Large scale. They first promise you cheap flights. Than Cancels it saying your card is suspected. Bla. Bla. Ask your cards details. Than charge a small fee of 5 euro for every transection. Just think if they play 100K people / Month. How much they get. Half a Million. After that they might sell your info to hackers.
Stay away from them people..

My ask was simple. I need the corresponding booking number on my operating airlines, for my international flight, so that i can check-in. Called the customer service number, I was told to wait for an email within 2 hours. 4.5 hrs later, still no email. I called the customer service again. This time i get an operator, who clearly was in no mood to help. Asked me to wait another 2 hours. At this time, i will need to leave for the airport in 2.5 hrs.
I guess i learned my lesson. Should've gone with one of the established services, even if i had to pay a bit more. International travel is quite strenuous in general with all the various requirements out there. Not willing to take another level of stress from the booking site. No more Kiss and fly.
