This "company" doesn't even deserve 1/4 of a star, this is the worst of the worst I have ever come across. They will sell you a $75 UDS refund guarantee that only applies if you die. So if you die, who are they refunding too? They are scammers at every level! They shouldn't be operating and providing any service. I am filing several complaints against them!
I tried to buy tickets from this website and they put the money on hold on my credit card. And never sent me the tickets so I had to get different tickets. After a day or so they took my money and when I asked for a refund they said they had to get a hold of the airlines and took a couple days at that time the departure day was past and they wouldn't give me a refund.
We bought a ticket from KissAndFly and we had problems so we decided to ask for refund. It has been 2months calling almost everyday and we have no idea when we are going to receive the refund.
Definitely taking further action.

I bought a ticket for New York on kiss&flight.
When I received the ticket they printed the wrong first name of the passenger.
The surname, date of birth, and passport information are correct.
I immediately wrote to their customer service to ask them to correct the first name after AmericanAirlines told me it was only doable by Kiss&Flight
Since then I have written 11 emails, explaining that American Airlines allowed kiss&flight to retify the ticket, and if Kiss&Flight would have had any problem American Airlines was available to help them.
After 17 days of emails and calls, I have not yet received the correct ticket.
Kiss&Flight is not even responding to my last emails requesting more information.
If they don't solve this problem I won't be able to fly

And got shafted into taking a twenty-one hour flight instead of six hours, from Los Angeles to Alabama, in an family emergency, now this is dealing with lay overs and two or three different states before I get to my destination, and for me being in a lot of pain, that would devastating on my body to be cramped on those flights with no leg room. Tried to cancel and get my money back, instead of refunding my full fair of seven hundred and nineteen dollars for the roundtrip ticket the same night I booked, they offered me out of my own money four hundred and ninetie seven dollars back. Talking about the was fees and such. With holding money that doesn't belong to them two hundred and twenty -two dollars. All I know is that I wants my seven hundred and nineteen dollars back, just like anyone in there right mind would. Am I wrong?!

I live in NY and had booked my flight to Phoenix February 20,2020 well within the guidelines being laid out by airline companies. My flight was tonight March 14 and decided I would comply with CDC recommendations since I am a registered nurse in the healthcare field and while I doubt I am infected, I pose a huge risk coming and going back. I am severely disappointed in this company. DO NOT USE! Tried calling several times only to be told I need to request refund online and then denied with all the travel bans going on. First and last time user. I guess this company would rather risk the safety of people and rip people off rather than pull through in a time of responsibility and need of the public.

I wait until the next day the ticket still not been issued so I try to contact them to cancel my booking, the agent said will refund my money back until today it still no refund my money and try to contact this agent also can't been contact. I cancelled the booking because of very bad review on the internet. And considering I called via phone 2x to cancel before tickets were issued. I got email saying no refund.
Your booking said 3hrs when in fact it took more than 12hrs to get booking confirmation. This proves that you mislead your customers.

I called kiss&fly for a refund ( order #: OL6BJ8KV), but every time they just say it is in the process and they will email me back in 12 hours which they never did. They said they submitted the refund request to the airline, but the airline has not yet authorized the application yet. However, when I called the United Airlines, they said kiss&fly has not even initiated the request. What the hell?

Used skyscanner to book my flight and they were the first option. I have never had problem with Skyscanner before, so I did not look at the review. However, after booking the ticket, I did not receive the ticket in 2 days and they asked for more money since they did not book my flight right away. I had no choice at that time, so I paid. (I had never in my life paid for surcharge after book the flight). It was very hard to call them as they were always busy dealing with their own mistakes. My flight just got canceled due to weather and I am trying to get the refund now. However, seeing all the reviews about refund, I am speechless.
I had to cancel a flight just 10min after my booking. I called the customer service, which walked me through the cancellation process. After going through a thoughtful identification process I thought that my cancellation was made. The customer service didn't mention that I had to confirm any Email. To my surprise, two weeks later I received a reminder about the check-in of the flight I though was canceled. I lost 750$.
Won't book here ever again. Try other sites like travelgenio, opodo or kayak. They offer much better services than this.

I had booked a flight having reference nO. DP7TPKDG ON 16May 2023, 12:29 and till now I haven't received ay confirmation. Status is showing "Pending Issuance". I need to travel on May 23,2023. As the pending issuance means within 3hrs of booking I should get confirmation but its been more than 12 hours. Customer care numbers are not working, neither getting response by email. Do not do any business with these guys. They are scum of the earth. I bought a ticket with them from DTW to TLV for $1,400 and due to Covid it was cancelled and 10 months later, I have not seen any money. They just sent me an email asking me to pay additonal $39 so I can get a refund of $113 back.

I have booked through kissandfly flight ticket, but doe to covid 19 all flights were canceled. So, they don't want to refund my booking for 3 mounths, and trying to fool me. Please, be careful with the agency trying to avoid them.

Worst company I ever came across it's a shame they are taking advantage of people especially during covid. Our flight was canceled due to covid in June and the airline gave the money back to kiss and fly. In multiple attempt to get the money back from kiss and fly it has lead to nowhere and as I'm writing the review its October! Everytime I contact them they tell me you should get it soon and they straight up lie to you. Even my bank is unable to get the money back from them because they say it was rightfully charged which makes.no sense even after sending them the emails and proof. This company should be closed and banned. This is a pathetic way to make money off of people. It's just sad. So please do yourselves a favor and stay away from this company.
It should be explained to the user at the beginning how to check the card using a fictitious email address. I bought the cheapest tickets through Kissandfly. When I made the booking I thought I was cheated because this agency bought the plane tickets in their name and address and not mine. I called the airline (Rayanair) and concluded that the email address registered in the check-in system was "same as mine@ different". I was in shock. I asked Kissandfly to send me that address and they did. Using that address, I checked the tickets through Rayanair app. I don't know why they do that! It turned out in the end that everything was fine! Finally I give praise for the quick answers, but also a complaint for confusing with a non-existent email address (invokes a sense of deception).

I booked a flight through kissandfly. After a while the company did an involuntary change request to my flight claiming the reason for this was the cancellation of my previously booked flight. After checking online and finding out the flight was not canceled and weeks of calling them back and forth to help me get booked again to that flight they still didn't help me. On top of that my husband is flying on that flight, too. They kept referring me to call both of the airline companies involved in the booking and the airline companies told me to call kissandfly.
I also tried changing my return flight date and they kept declining my request every time for a different reason although I am willing to pay the flight change fee.
The customer service representatives say something else every time. It's very confusing, frustrating and not helpful at all.
