Worst airline ever. Servicehotline doesnt work, website doesn't work. Reimbursements are a joke. Awful organization
Better invest $200 more in a good company like Expedia or Tripadvisor but avoid kissandfly. Unbelievable terrible.
I booked a flight through kissandfly. After a while the company did an involuntary change request to my flight claiming the reason for this was the cancellation of my previously booked flight. After checking online and finding out the flight was not canceled and weeks of calling them back and forth to help me get booked again to that flight they still didn't help me. On top of that my husband is flying on that flight, too. They kept referring me to call both of the airline companies involved in the booking and the airline companies told me to call kissandfly.
I also tried changing my return flight date and they kept declining my request every time for a different reason although I am willing to pay the flight change fee.
The customer service representatives say something else every time. It's very confusing, frustrating and not helpful at all.

Have been waiting for weeks and weeks for our refund for flights we were unable to take in early July due to Coronavirus. Calling and emailing Customer Service has gotten us nowhere! Do the right thing- and refund us our money!
More than two months after I had my flights canceled due to Covid, I have received no refund or credit back. I have received no more than two emails from their customer service and they are impossible to call. Avoid using at all costs!
We reserved a ticket, and after 20 minites we got an E-Mail saying that we must pay an additional 170€ because the price had changed in the meanwhile. We googled the same flight after and they had the same price. Who knows how many times they are doing this. Disgusting.

We booked a return flight to San Francisco and had to fly back on the 14th for business reasons. Went through the whole booking process, always with the 14th as date for the return flight, and suddenly got the confirmation mail saying that the return flight was the 12th! That is simply impossible behaviour, but even after contacting nothing happened, no apology, only the option of paying 200 more for changing the flight even though it was their fault!

Good luck getting your money back if you have a problem with the flight. They charge their own fees after the fact and you have no recourse. You would be lucky to get anything back. They will make excuses as to how they cannot refund your money and blame the airlines even when the airlines are fully refunding money currently due to COVID. You cannot claim the refund via the airlines since the actual refund will then go back to the credit card used which is THEIR credit card not yours. When I tried to file an online refund via the airline's website, I also discovered that the tix were bought in Rubles. Sketchy company. Stick with reputable American companies or buy directly from the airlines.
I am sorry to write this but this KissandFly website is B. S. I entered all information for 4 passengers 5 times with all our information when I clicked to make the payment I got a note saying there are no seats available. I wonder why the system took me to payment section if there was no seats available. NOW i am worried that I entered My credit card Information with our passport detailed information.;( this is very upsetting and waist of time... was my 1st and last time using this website. NOT EVEN WORTH ONE STAR

I have provided all the supportive documents to change the flight or cancel the tickets all together and these scumbags had to charge me twice for the tickets, even tho it stated on their website that kiss and fly will reimburse your tickets if you supply them with the requested documents. They should be called "kiss your money goodbye".

They sent an email saying that the payment had been processed and a ticket would be on its way. Three days later when I was due to fly I realised that I hadn't been sent a ticket and when I called they said that they'd made a mistake and the payment hadn't been processed and I had no ticket - there was nothing that they could do.

Kissandfly canceled my flights one month after reservation. They said they emailed me, they said the refunded... but after investigating, I found nothing. No email of cancelation. No refund to my account. I emailed them to inform them of thier actions, I have not heard back and it's been a month. Unhappy with this company.

I went to purchase a ticket from Sky Scanner and I really thing the name should by Sky Scammer! I was sent to Kiss and Fly and this is where everything went wrong! They gladly took my money and charged my credit card. Then they changed my name on the reservation and never issued a boarding pass. I called the night before my flight and there's no record of my flight. I checked my credit cars account and sure enough, they charged my card.
I called and the couldn't help me. I'm so pissed!
Don't EVER use this scamming company!
This company is fraudulent - they overcharged 38% over the price shown on their website when providing credit card details!

First leg of travel was involuntarily cancelled. No reasonable replacement options offered. Requested full refund. Travel booked November, full refund requested in February when opening leg of trip was cancelled (likely due to COVID). Was told in March, April, and May (48 hours before trip was supposed to start) that refund had been approved, we could expect it within 3-5 weeks. Checked in beginning of July, and was told that the amount of fees exceeded the amount of our refund, and we would receive nothing back. This was for $1400 worth of tickets. They told us that since we missed the first leg of our trip, they cannot even provide flight credit to us for the amount. Being that the first leg was cancelled, not sure how that adds up.
I bought a ticket to Vancouver on the 16th of January 2024 to learn that my flight hot canceled! I then asked for a refund on the 19th of January but I haven't received any refund! Instead, my transaction were very odd: I was charged for $147.00 on the 16th. Then as soon as my flight was canceled, the transaction disappeared. Now it showed again on my transaction time-line I got a charge instead of a refund! The flight was canceled because of the airline did so( from what I was told!)
I already reported the case to my bank and an explanation from KissandFly is very much demanded! Your customer service contacts were fake so as the refund pdf!

Do not book with Kiss&Fly, they are not an honest agent. My connecting flights from Boston to Los Angeles were rescheduled which meant I could not connect to my United Airlines flight from Los Angeles back to Brisbane. United Airlines provided a refund for the cancelled flights in July 2022 that went straight back to kiss&fly and this transaction was confirmed to me by email from the airline. As other reviewers I keep getting the generic email that they are waiting on the airline which is ridiculous and a lie - 8 months later I still do not have my refund (for 2 tickets) worth close to US$3,000. DO NOT TRUST THIS AGENT they are crooks and very dishonest. If I had read these reviews prior to booking I would never have booked with them.
