I booked business class flights for my parents to NYC from Dublin. I noticed there was a slight error on my mothers details in the itinerary and I paid the $40 fee to amend these. When they reissued the itinerary I noticed that the flights had been changed to economy. These b@$/@/&s have stolen my money by changing the class of fare for no other reason than to rob me. My original booking reference was YA9HDGTI. I am having no support in getting this resolved.

I have not read the reviews prior to booking with Kiss&Fly and unfortunately fell into the trap. Made two separate bookings but on both occasions could not a make payment. Despite having enough balance and high enough daily/transaction limits/etc on my credit card, the payments would not go through. After 12 hours the bookings were cancelled. Made the bookings through another agent/airline and payments went through without any issues. Something is seriously wrong with Kiss&Fly.

I purchassed a ticket from them i there was a leg in my flights that i could not use ticket so i informed them that i cannot make this leg and i avoid this but i want to uase the remainng flihts. They have not come back to me and canceled my ticket without noticing me so i did not realise that, until i was checking in, so i had to buy a new ticket. I emailed them about this issue and requested refund for my return flight and followed up couple of times but they are ignoring me so now i am taking legal action to get my money back. I shared this info to give you this warning to avoid them they are not responding you when you need them.

Reason: They didn't inform us that there is no Contract between Delta and Air India at SVO airport to transfer our luggage, we came to know about this detail at Boston Airpot while checking IN for the flight. Because of that we were unable to board this flight and had to book another flight.
We are requesting a refund for the past 1 year but the only thing we heard back is that they are waiting for Airline authorization.
We called Air India and they told us that Kissn fly never approached us for a refund and they can't issue us a refund because it was booked via a travel agency, Kissnfly told us that Air India doesn't issue any refund (Please see attached screenshot)

Ich habe über Kissandfly einen Flug von Antalya nach Ibiza, der über Amsterdam gehen sollte, gebucht. Ich erhielt 6 Tage vorher eine Nachricht, dass der Ibiza Flug gecancelt sei und mir wurde ein Flug mit unrealistischen Zeiten (da Überschneidung mit dem anderen Flug) angeboten. Ich schrieb der Agentur, dass ich den Flug nicht wahrnehmen könnte, dass sie sich bitte um eine andere Alternative kümmern sollen. Nach drei Tagen kam weder Antwort noch Alternative. Die Erreichbarkeit war katastrophal und ich mit den Nerven blank. Zwei Tage vor Abreise habe ich dann einen komplett anderen Flug organisiert und würde nicht noch einmal über Kissandfly eine Reise buchen. Ich verreise sehr oft und habe mit vielen Agenturen wirklich gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber dieses Mal mit kissandfly war es ein Desaster. Die geforderte Rückerstattung habe ich bislang nicht erhalten und es setzt sich auch keiner in Verbindung. Der Kontakt zu der Firma ist nahezu unmöglich.

Ive been contacting the company for the past week and while they accepted my request of changing the dates they have still to respond with the new information for a new ticket and they wont answer any of my emails. I have sent many emails but no proper response except the automatic messages saying we will contact you in 48-72hrs that will never happen in their lives.
They have cancelled my flight ticket just two days before my travel date that was on July 13th 2022. I am still struggling to get my refund from then. Wrote multiple emails with all the possible words but shameless people of no courtesy towards a customer. What kind of moronic company you guys are running. It's been 67days I am waiting for my refund. Nobody is even replying to my emails. Such a world's most stupid and cheapest online services I have ever seen in my 30yrs of life.
Another big thing is that I booked my ticket for 916$ but refund amount I may receive is 850& or close to that. Why will I be punished for your mistake. Which planet you guys are from?

I promised myself I would write a good review if it worked. I needed a flight ticket for my sister to travel in 24 hours. I only could find absurdly expensive rates but the Kiss and Fly's. I thought it could be a scam, once the price was almost a third of the other websites, and decided to search for reviews and only found bad ones. But I needed that ticket, so I decided to risk, and it worked just fine! So, my advice, if you think there's a chance to need a cancellation or change something, probably you're not gonna like the procedure (although everything about their fee policy and time for refund is right there). I'm really glad for kiss and fly and their fair price.
