I have received my e-ticket from their side as the departure date of my flight is 06/july/2023,but when i checked on online airline's website, i found that the departure date is 10/july/ 2023 and not 06/july/2023 as i have requested.
I sent Email to them to solve this issue to enable me to departure on requested date, and no one responds to the email to solve the issue.
Edit(update):Today morning (04/July/2023)They changed the date to requested date,and booked a new ticket,so i came here to update my comment and experience. Thanks
Warning to new customers: Don't trust them. In my case, they booked a ticket for my family on Spirit Airways and confirmed the PNR after 2 days. When I check the PNR on Airline site, it's void and there's no such reservation booked.
There's no chat/phone support, they just said - send us an email. I went ahead sent an email to Kissandfly, but they responded after 7 calendar days. Meanwhile I booked directly on Airline, but they come with new PNR. When I state the situation and seeking refund due the delay in issuing the PNR confirmation in timely manner, zero response.
They're worst at listening to customer voice & not treating well.

Absolutely avoid this website. They except payment for your flight immediately but 2 months after a cancelled flight they have still not refunded us our money. The flight was cancelled due to COVID and out of our control. The customer service agents send out scripted replies to us without ever resolving the issue. I am reporting them to the US Department of transportation. I have over a dozen documented e mails with out any satisfaction. This website is a fraud/scam!
They are not answering anyone even with flights being canceled. They stole from all of us! I have a very expensive flight I bought for me and my daughter from the US to Brazil, and will never see that money again. I will definitely sue them.
I purchased tickets through kiss&fly to travel to WI about 1.5 weeks in advance. After I submitted all my information & payment went trough, I never received my itinerary via email. The following day, I called Frontier & gave them my information. They stated they had no record of me flying with them in the upcoming week. I tried to get a hold of kiss&fly to resolve, but the phone number on their website is bogus & there is no email contact. Because I needed to fly out so soon, I disputed the charge with my credit card company & repurchased the tickets directly through Frontier. The dispute came back in kiss&fly's favor because they wrote to my credit card company that they tried to get a hold of me via email & phone to resolve. This is untrue. I have phone records proving no phone calls from them & no voicemails ever asking for a call back. Kiss&fly is a scam.
I applied for a refund on a flight 10 minutes after making the order when I realized I could get it for half the price almost anywhere else (literally half the price, $256 vs $137). Contrary to the policy listed on their website, they are only offering a partial refund, and here's the kicker: they are charging me $39 to get the refund to process! With the reduction and charge, the savings are erased. So I guess they've conned me into paying double for flights and all that money goes to them. Their business model must be to rob the occasional person (like me) too careless to look into the website before buying.
Please don´t book with Kiss and Fly! I was never treated in a more disrespectful manner. They want you to give up by resending the same email over and over again, By promising answers and in the end they will never give you an answer, by promising to call you back but guess what never do. I got 20+ mails from kiss and fly and not one of the answered any of my questions. They also charge a highly doubtful service fee for cancellations. They are not cooperative and infringe with my customer protection laws. They refused to give me a statement of costs which is illegal! I had to go through this but I don´t want anybody else to go through it. I handed all information over to a national customer protection agency and hope that kiss and fly will be held accountable for their wrong doings.

Attention, non-reputable private provider! I understand that the low-cost tickets cannot be canceled. Now, I contacted the airline after the unused flight to request a tax refund. They advised me to contact Kiss&Fly. There, I was informed that the processing fee is €80. However, the tax refund amounts to approximately €40. So, the customer service representative at KISS&FLY said that I would still owe €40. What kind of scam is this? Furthermore, the tax was already refunded to KISS&FLY, but not to me. I find the entire business model of this third-party provider very untrustworthy and questionable!

I went online to check my ticket as departure got close, i found nothing, so i went direct to Delta on the phone to check they had me listed, nothing, my booking had not gone through, Delta had no record of me flying.

I purchased 2700 dollars worth of tickets for a mission trip to iceland. It has been 152 days since the cancelation of my trip. I have tried to get a refund since then. I have submitted 3 forms for the request been denied everytime. They tell me to contact the airline. The airline tells me since it was booked through third party to contact them. As soon as I booked my flight, I realized that there was a mistake so I decided to cancel my flight and book a new one. Within 1 hr after booking my flight, I started requesting cancellation and refund. But they said refund is impossible. Lost my $1000. It is really painful. I regret my decision. Hope you don't.

This airline company is not an airline company at all. They are scam artists that never book flights but instead take your money and then cancel the flight almost immediately and take as many days as possible to refund the full amount. Often asking for a surcharge fee to reserve your flight and asking you to pay in USD and then returning the money when the rate to your local currency is less.

Dated booked wrong. Fraudulent charges added. Simone called southwest claiming to be me via Skype. Southwest alerted me of fraud. I ended up canceling my card and tickets same day and contesting all charges. Hope to get a refund. A disaster from start to finish. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
I cancelled my tickets an hour after booking... They refused to pay my money back even after the airline paid them back. They said they will keep the money and teh agency fees.

Trust me pay little bit more from any other booking site but don't use them. Their site doesn't even provide option to book seat and if you try to contact their customer service to book it for you. They simply say we have initiated a request for you and you will get an email asking you to book a seat. Which will never happen.

Terrible experience dealing with Kissandfly customer service. We are trying to change the date of a flight to a later date. My request has been ongoing for about 1.5 months. We have made multiple requests through the system and many phone calls. The reply is always we are looking into it, it takes 3 days, please be patient, etc. It shouldn't take 1.5 months to move your flight to a later date. When you speak to customer service, they only refer to your latest request date and they repeatedly get the dates wrong when the request was opened. I also asked to speak to a manager which was ignored repeatedly. I've now sent a complaint via email channel and have not heard back. I am very frustrated and highly dissatisfied with Kissandfly. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Received no itinerary, contacted them, no reply. After 10 hours I get a no-reply email saying the ticket will be delayed. Checked the reviews! Absolutely atrocious. As my flight is tomorrow I needed to rebook.
