Kissnfly is one very hard company to reach. Once you do reach someone and put them in the corner they'll hang up on you. I had to cancel our trip due to a surgery. It was an arduous task to say the least, but I finally accomplished it and was told my refund was being processed. Well, not only were we never refunded but we never were issued the flight tickets and Lufthansa who Kissnfly said they booked the flight with doesn't even have us in their system. Needless to say any tickets.
After booking a flight for a friend today on Kiss&Fly, I received an email that they were going to increase the price after I had already purchased it. I wouldn't mind asking for a refund but the flight is within a couple of days which made it no choice for me but to stick with this flight. I would urge all of you to refrain from using this site to purchase your ticket because they will hold you hostage and I am quite sure this is illegal. I will be taking legal action if they do not stick to the original price that we both agreed on. This is price gouging! Please see this as a reference. I have called them numerous times in an attempt to get a refund due to the fact that my flight was canceled and it has been hopeless. Filed a DOT report and filing a credit card dispute on Monday. This is beyond the worst customer service experience to date.
I made a booking. Money was deducted from my credit card. I received some informative emails from them but never a flight ticket. I sent an email to receive the ticket. No answer. SO I booked a ticket from another webpage.
AFTER the departure time, Kissandfly replies and they claim I gave them a wrong email address! And the Ticket was issued successfully. Anyone who understands how flight bookings work, a person can never book a flight twice.
These guys are fraudulent, scammers and cheaters!

I was trying to fly back to Brisbane from Cancun a month the COVID-19 outbreak. I had found a flight and tried to pay for it however the status kept coming back as seats are fully booked or card not accepted. The company charged me $1400 anyway. I try email them on *******@kissandfly.com but email is invalid. I try call them and no answer. Now my bank and I are disputing to get a full refund. Do not use this company, stay well clear
This was a horrible experience, I found kissandfly through Skyscanner, and booked flights over Christmas. I booked my husbands flight separately because he is very ill. They confirmed the flight, then my husbands. My husbands was ticketed and 2 days later they said it would be an extra $75 surcharge (by phone) I said I would only pay online, then I had to do the full charge (it did not get processed the first time) my tickets were issued I had another "foreign transaction fee on my credit card) and just received another $125 surcharge. They have a US based number but are based out of Eastern Europe. I do not recommend booking through them, if the look like the prices are lower, it is just they will charge more later.

Paid for a flight. Just before delivering the ticket, they told me price was changed and asked for additional 20% of the cost to deliver the ticket. Tried to cancel the reservation and having money back; still waiting. This is nothing else than a pure fraud.

I found this site through Skyscanner (an app I've used in the past). I ended up booking three separate reservations that all got cancelled due to their anti-fraud system flagging my card as "high risk". I made a handful of calls both to my bank and to the Kiss&Fly customer service line. When I spoke with my bank, they told me my card was free of fraud holds and ready to use. When I spoke with the customer service line for Kiss&Fly, I was connected both times to people with noticeable European accents who gave me quite the run-around. I was told information that I already knew, told to follow steps I had already followed, and when I asked why my payment was not getting accepted ultimately I was told to "just create a new booking". When I asked how to ensure that this new booking would not have the same issues, I was told to contact customer service if it does. Redundant and of no service to any customer. Please, save yourself the hassle and do what I did promptly after: use Expedia.

Requested a change of dates due to a mistake in booking. They offered to change the dates with a fee of 350€, when the original ticket was 300€ and a totally new ticket for the right dates was 200€. Make it make sense. Also very unfriendly customer service who hung up on me. A very disappointing experience for my first and last booking with this trash airline.

I have booked a flight last night with this company. I even paid through their 3D merchant. Then they asked me for card and passport photo. After i sent, they asked for better quality, i took a better photo and sent, then they asked to put card on the passport and take another photo.

Well I learned my lesson! Please do not use this company. We purchased airline tickets - 7 of them for a family vacation, then Covid-19 hit. Flights from American Airline cancelled and American Airline sent me email saying that credit for the full price was put back on my Amex Card however I used a mastercard but Kiss & Fly used their Amex Card Account so they received the $2600 credit. It has been over 3 months and I still can't get my refund to my Credit Card company! Email weekly and get the same response saying it takes time. They have had my money for the last 3 months and I can't get it back. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few dollars and purchase your tickets directly with the airline. I could really use that money right now!
This is a very bad experience for buying ticket from them. The price is not what showing online, it actually higher on your card, and also, using credit card will get a foreign transaction fee for most of the card. By adding all that, the price is higher anyway than what they promise. Go get ticket somewhere else!

Bought the ticket yesterday but no tickets so far. I have contacted them multiple times but every time it is a generic answer that they are working on it and no timeline can be given. I was scared of really bad reviews on this page, which I notice only after purchasing the ticket. Said to myself if everything pass good had to leave positive review. So everything was in order. It was really a cheap ticket, just be careful with luggage options. They dont say anywhere is the luggge included or not in the price, only after you buy the ticket you get that information.
