Made an account on this website to write that Kissandfly is a scam. I have called them numerous times in an attempt to get a refund due to the fact that my flight was canceled and it has been hopeless. I even went as far as calling every airline and making sure that the money was refunded back to the card in which the flight was purchased with and they are still reluctant to give me a refund...
Filed a DOT report and filing a credit card dispute on Monday. This is beyond the worst customer service experience to date.
