I was actually very scared after reading some reviews because I already purchased tickets and was afraid I would get scammed. But I didn't experience anything bad. It looks like most of the problems people are having are with refunds. So I would suggest if your going to buy from kissandfly be certain your plans will not change and you should have no issues.
My ask was simple. I need the corresponding booking number on my operating airlines, for my international flight, so that i can check-in. Called the customer service number, I was told to wait for an email within 2 hours. 4.5 hrs later, still no email. I called the customer service again. This time i get an operator, who clearly was in no mood to help. Asked me to wait another 2 hours. At this time, i will need to leave for the airport in 2.5 hrs.
I guess i learned my lesson. Should've gone with one of the established services, even if i had to pay a bit more. International travel is quite strenuous in general with all the various requirements out there. Not willing to take another level of stress from the booking site. No more Kiss and fly.

These guy are operating a scam website. They don't refund any tickets- specially when the flight is cancelled or out of your control. The airlines won't help since you used a third party. After a month of back and forth, they don't refund claiming the service fee is higher than the plane ticket. My ticket was $450. The service fee was $30. Lol. Avoid. They're not helpful. They keep sending the same boiler plate templated email. The phone lines are twice as long for English speaking countries. How are these scammers allowed to do business?

I booked a round trip ticket on Delta through KissandFly.com. We used the first part of the flight and then Delta canceled the return flight and told us we had to go through our travel agent kissandfly.com for a refund of the return leg.
Kissandfly sent the following response and is unwilling to offer even a portion of the ticket price. We were forced to buy new tickets at our expense:
"Your ticket has been used for this flight. Therefore, a refund is not possible".
Also, they are based in Austria so you cannot talk with an agent directly. They say they will call you back in one hour and never do. All correspondence had to happen via email which does not help when you are stranded and trying to get home!

Flights have been cancelled due to COVID and every time I ask for my money back they send me in big loop which goes nowhere. All staff are hopeless so far. I am starting to believe that they are making it as difficult as possible so that I will give up and they can pocket the cash.
First and foremost I DON NOT RECOMMEND this airline agency. They are scammers, liars and robbers. They took my $2000. 00 and put it in their pocket. I called and emailed the company numerous times but no hold of them, a day or two later they emailed me telling me that they will refund me and I just needed to confirm so I can get $200.00 out of $2000. 00 back. After I confirmed they later sent another email telling me that they wrongly calculated my refundable amount and the new refundable has moved from $200.00 to $100.00. I did confirm that amount, later on I received another email from them saying the same thing that They wrongly calculated and the refund has had moved from $100.00 to $203.00 and I confirmed it for the third time. They then sent another email saying that due to technical issues they wrongly calculated the refundable amount and it's changed to be $113.00. I never got a dime back from them. They kept dragging me back and forth for a while now.
I will keep it short. This company is a fraud. Please, stay away from them. Please use a legit website to buy an airplane ticket. You will be thankful to yourself later on.

I booked an international ticket from Cebu to Detroit last October 1,2022 but there was a delay with issuing the visa and so had to cancel the ticket. The refund was processed and in my kissandfly account, the status state that it is "being refunded" but the money did not come back to my account. I called customer service. At first, they said to wait for 14 working days. It has been a month already since that process. The agent said it has been escalated to the financial department so it will be quicker but until now, there was no evidence of any transaction. It's two years from the flight cancellation because of covid 19 that I am asking for a full refund! The American United confirmed the chance to get it but they go on refusing to give me back my money! Their CS informed that the flight was rescheduled, so they cannot give me the refund but noone informed me about it! How could I know? This company should not exist. They have scammed me out of $680. I booked a ticket for my mother to visit home (Europe). Sadly covid hit and border closed. Obviously no fault of hers. They wanted to refund me only 170$, I denied offer and have been trying to book a new ticket for over a year now. I follow their guidelines lines. It takes them weeks to reply just so they reject the request. Each time is new excuse. And finally now it has been over a year so they decided I no longer qualify for another flight or refund. Please be wiser than me and do not buy airline ticket from kiss and fly.

I've booked a ticket with these morons unknowingly on august and had to cancel becoz of boarders closure. I'm waiting for my money to refund this is month of November. They are still making me to believe that the money is with the airlines. What I've to with these $#*!ing morons. Please don't book any tickets with these agents and don't suffer. Booked tickets through them and then realized that not getting any flights and my credit card was charged by some french APG air company which doesn't even fly to my destination. Still fighting with my credit card to get a refund from Kiss&Fly. Horrible fraud travel agency.

I purchased a flight yesterday night (March 2nd 2020) for $410 ($419.10 charged) and after realizing there was a mistake in the booking I asked for a refund: they proposed me $149.44! This is absolutely incredible, for only 2 hours since the booking was done! Then they try to rush you to accept with another email, and then they never respond.
The website, also, has a lot of shady and misleading buttons, popups, and policies which makes it essentially a "fraud". Their call center is another joke: confusing, false statements, misleading just to confuse you and take away as much money as they can! Kissnfly is one very hard company to reach. Once you do reach someone and put them in the corner they'll hang up on you. I had to cancel our trip due to a surgery. It was an arduous task to say the least, but I finally accomplished it and was told my refund was being processed. Well, not only were we never refunded but we never were issued the flight tickets and Lufthansa who Kissnfly said they booked the flight with doesn't even have us in their system. Needless to say any tickets.
