What is the issue.

The issue stands from the point that no one bothers to leave a review only if it's a bad one.
A lot of the reviews basically are complaints. Those are not reviews by the way, and this isn't either.
I bought a LOT of games and only got fooled once, but it was already sketchy so i didn't complain.
Victor Vran was incredibly cheap, and so i got burned, but other than that, they were always 100%.
Always buy from trusted users inside the website. Always.

I purchased an Office key from Pinguin. When I attempted to activate, it said it has already been used. I asked for a refund but they keep telling me they need screenshots of the issue. I have sent them repeatedly and they claim it is not the right format, continuousl; y asking for even more screenshots each time. I sense a scam. The screenshots clearly show the Microsoft page saying the ticket I bought has already been used.

Bought a Windows 11 key with online activation as site claimed it was legit and legal. Would not activate and gave a number to call. I called and went through the automated steps until a person got on the phone and advised me that the OEM license had been revoked and I was sold a stolen copy. I emailed Kingwin this info and said I wanted a refund. ZERO REPLIES. They are thieves masquerading under a thin veil of lies.

I continue to maintain that the site, the ever expanding, changing, and the buyer or seller, both strive to meet and meet the demands.

I send him screenshot from steam and he say this code i used but steam support say its used on another region and steam account... be really care full Global Games seller on Kinguin its poor scamer

Dear Roman,
We would kindly like to notice that both we and the merchant have checked the key and it was activated 6 minutes after you purchased it. Steam always gives their activation dates in PST time zone, hence the seeming difference. However, we are sure that the key was not used when we sent it to you, and therefore, your report had to be rejected. Please check your ticket for further information.

No problems so far

Everything OK with my transactions. My only problems with the site, for now, are the lack of some titles which can only be choosed if you ask the site to include them. No movement of the staff before this to make things easier. Also, the limit of keys you can sell is very low, even after various transactions.

It is a bit tedious when you have to confirm your e-mail and identity, but it is for our own safety, so it is worth the extra wait. I think the prices are great, sometimes you find great deals and sometimes you find bad deals. Always a great option.

It wasnt a Bot-Support, it was a Live-Support.
No usual Questions, Text, like that.
The support, that i got, the waiting time, totaly normal, faster then other live-support sides.
But the supporter helps me a lot, he was nice, fast, no usual questions, answers, all that. He give me tips and also hints to look on the side where i can find them. One of the best Supports.

I have used them for over 4 years, only twice I had issues with my keys on Windows and Office. The chat support agent was able to verify the situation and fixed the problem by refunding me the money, which I used again to get another key. You have to let them help you, and do what they say. I do not have many keys but they are willing to help. If you are legit, they are legit with you too!.

Got the key for Windows 10, then tried it on my machine and it was being used on a different computer. Had to go through a huge process of reinstalling windows on the new machine I built just to find out I never needed to do that they could have just called Microsoft and got it working. My personal opinion is that it wasn't worth the effort and getting transferred to an automated system multiple times before they finally helped me.

So I bought 2 codes of them for the steam wallet and they were used already before I could even use it and then when contacted support, even more, worse told me to contact steam support told I cannot and guess what they told that they did and this was their response: "Dear Stephen,

Thank you for your patience.

We would like to inform you that we contacted the Steam Support for the activation date of the keys and they confirmed that the keys were used after dispatch, therefore we can't accept your report.

And when I asked for proof over the chat they could not give me any told me that I can go and ask them myself the steam support so yeah better stay away from these idiots

Couldn't change the language so asked for a refund to the card I paid with, They then refunded the money to my kinguin account in an attempt with a shady email to make me spend the money back there. So back to live chat I went to ask for it back which was way to easy, Didn't ask for any confirmation of who I am or anything its just fine enough that I logged into my account.

Edit. In response to kinguin's reply I asked multiple times for the money to go to the card because I wasn't going to be using your site again for another purchase after originally buying a key that wasnt categorized properly and having to jump hoops to sort it out.

We would like to inform you that it's our procedure to refund customers with in-store currency so you are able to purchase the game again, from a different vendor or even a different edition of the game should you choose to do so.
Furthermore, a refund back to the credit card or PayPal account is, of course, available when the customer requests such action.

Amazing support

Due to a misunderstanding on my part, it wasn't clear that a special way of activation was required.

I contacted their live chat support, got told what to do and was ready to close the matter - but the support agent actually suggested to make the necessary activation himself since I was obviously new to it.

TL; DR: Support agent actually did the activation for me - in a competent, friendly and helpful manner.

Bought a Windows 10 OEM key and windows had a huge issue that didn't allow me to use the phone method to apply the key... The online support walked me through step by step to fix the issues that were windows 10 issues... took a while and I am sure they made no money off of me because of that. This is the second OEM I with them and the first has been working for months with no issues. I have no expatiation that any issue will happen with this one. Totally recommending these folks! - Not including a photo... because it was just a key...

Scammed on purpose

This site is engaged in targeted harassment to me and scamming me off a 100 had with no shame or remorse. Only thing i did was using a racial slur in twitch chat, this is not an excuse to promote hate, sexual harassment and robing me, of my hard earned money.

I was worried when I activated a product key on my computer that it was a scam, because Windows said it was an invalid key and was activated too many times. So I immediately contacted the Kinguin Chat to see if they would be able to resolve my problem. I got a hold of Pat. Pat was able to walk me through a whole process of tests and installations and uninstalls etc. Well, long story short he was able to get the product key activated for me. It was almost unreal how quick it happened. Also, to mention, the fact that he/she was able to respond to each statement so quickly and with an actual human response was super helpful.

I had an absolute nightmare of an experience with this company. I purchased a NVIDIA GEFORCE NOW code, and when I tried to redeem it, the code had already been used. I've had to talk to 5 different customer representatives and none of them have done a single thing to help. At this point I'm at the final option of disputing the payments through my bank since Kinguin has been utterly insufferable in trying to help me. Pathetic company with terrible practices, wont be using them again. So much for their added "buyer protection" that doesn't do a goddamn thing.

I had a problem (or bug) and i received 2 keys of a game paying just for 1 key.
I exposed the case on the LiveChat to Patty, and she resolved it easy and fast.
They gave me a 10% discount code, so it was a pleasure for me to return the second key without using it.
