Terrible bedding and even worse customer service. Buyers beware of this company. You will be stuck paying for bedding that falls apart in one month.
They have pretty products... but looks are deceiving! I bought a chevron comforter and in 4 months, after 2 washings the colors are faded bad...
I ordered June 18th. Bought 2 extra pillows to qualify for free shipping. Got a message that it would ship June 19th. On July 3rd I hadn't received my bedspread so I researched. It was pending shipment. I emailed customer service. They sent this back to me: "We need a copy of the credit card and ID to match the billing information we have on file or we can only ship to the billing address. Our system is very sensitive and when the order has two different addresses we need the copies to verify you are the cardholder due to a lot of fraud. If you do not feel comfortable sending this information we will have to cancel the order. Please advise."
I canceled the order. Let's see if I get charged. I'll be contacting my credit card company to verify.
I order through Costco, Sephora, LTD Commodities, Amazon, etc. No one has ever had a problem or accused me of attempting to thieve or fraud. There are 2 areas to fill in (shipping & billing addresses) for a reason. I'm glad it worked out like this. I found a cute option on Amazon today.

THEY KEEP MAKING EXCUSES SAYING ITS ON HOLD IN CUSTOMS AND CUSTOMS DOES NOT THIS LONG TO CLEAR. I SPOKE TO THE MANAGER AND SHE WAS THE WORSE MANAGER I CAME ACROSS. I'VE BEEN IN CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR 10 YEARS AND I'VE NEVER SPOKE TO A CUSTOMER IN THE TONE SHE DID TO ME, AND ALSO HUNG UP THE PHONE WITHOUT ANY SOLUTION. THEY TAKE THEIR ANGER OUT ON YOU WHICH SHOULD BE THE OTHER WAY AROUND. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT HOW YOU FEEL THEY DON'T EVEN LET YOU SPEAK. King Linen has no integrity. They sent me the wrong comforter and I had to pay for return shipping for their mistake. Then a week after they had received my return they said it was washed or used and that they would not give me a refund because the product was in inacceptable condition. I didn't even open the comforter it wasn't what I ordered and they refused to give me a full refund because the comforter was used. Either they sent me a used comforter or they are just trying to steal my money. I only lost about $12 from that but its the principal of the situation and they did NOTHING to make it right. They said there was nothing they could do because the product had been disposed of. I then asked why they didn't contact me before they disposed the item. The lady just kept making excuses and couldn't give me a straight answer. I know for a fact she knew I was right and wouldn't do anything about it. I am soooo unhappy with the way I was treated by this company and that they stole my money. I lost almost $60 between shipping both ways and the money they took from them sending me a used item that I NEVER touched. All of which was THEIR mistake. I will do everything I can to keep spreading the word about this horrible dishonest company that steals from their customers.

Consumers need to be aware of ads that say 1000 thread...
1000 thread of what? Is it cotton, microfiber, poly? It makes a difference.
Also consider the weight of the threads used... so many variables can mask the actual product conception.
I prefer 100 percent cotton... nothing else. There are differences in the types of cottons available and educating yourself is very important. As a rule, Egyptian cotton and Pima cotton are good quality... the higher the count, the better. I enjoy 800 count Egyptian and up.
King Linen gave me excellent customer service. As in many cases, it's buyer beware... many places do require the original packaging and paperwork, and will have restocking fees for returns. Others offer free shipping but you must pay shipping return fees. Keep in mind that bedding is bulky and shipping fees can be quite high because shipping companies like fedex, ups and usps charge for the larger of actual weight or dimensional weight. Example: a pack may weigh 17 actual pounds but your package size is 18" x 14" x 20". You will pay for 31 pounds.
Formula to determine "dimensional weight" (Dim Wt). Is to multiply length (20 inch) times width (18 inches) times height (14 inches) then divide the total by 166.
18 x 14 x 20 = 5040 then 5040 divided by 166 = 30.36 pounds of Dim Wt.
You pay for 31 pounds because that is how much weight space it takes to ship the box. Think of it as the space needed to store a 5 lb bag of sugar as compared to comforter or bed pillows that weighs the same.
King linen.com has competitive prices, decent quality for the price, and good customer service. I purchased a look alike comforter set that looks compared to a Croscil set, about 20% of the cost. The filling and baking were different but the look was perfect for my room. I was very happy with my purchase.
I think we, as customers, must be aware of the sayings, "you get what you pay for" or "if it's too good to be true, it probably is not".
There quality is not what they describe thread count was low as I can experience it because it was not soft
I ordered 2 bed in a bag queen sets. Both were delivered in 2 days with free shipping (sale special). One was too small for my deep mattress. The size is right for a regular mattress, which my guest bedroom has. They emailed me a return receipt immediately and paid for return shipping. On day 3 from the order, I had shipped the ill fitting set back. The other looks elegant and I saw the same bold navy blue with bold white center border stripe on an HGTV show in a beachfront condo. Yes, the quality of the 2 European shams was less than optimal, but so was the price. The two rectangular shams, navy with white border stripe, were perfect and looked expensive. The 2 European shams, with solid white facing out, looked too thin to use. The poly bed-skirt ironed easily and though thin, looks elegant and sheds wrinkles. The biggest concern was the "paper-like" fabric in the center of the bed-skirt. I accidentally ran the iron into that fabric and it melted where it was touched. I realized the white center material is fragile and would also tear easily. I cut up the unneeded white top sheet and reinforced the bed-skirt center, stitching all 4 sides. Now it will last forever.and was a simple fix for a very elegant overall look. I bought an additional 3 European white pillows for the head of the bed and used the included 2 rectangle shams and two small pillows. The set looks like it cost $600 instead of the $140 deal I got for a comforter, bedskirt, 4 pillow shams, 2 full small pillows, a set of white sheets, and free shipping. I consider this bed set a great bargain! And I cannot say enough for the customer service.

I purchased an 11-piece queen bedding set for my bedroom. It was supposed to be a 500-TC cotton set. I received a "Shrek Green" clump of fabric with disgusting, wrinkly polyester sheets. On top of that, the sheets did not fit my bed, and they were about two times the size of the bedspread. I immediately neatly packed up the item (unwashed, unused, with tags attached) and contacted the seller.
"Message:
Hello, I purchased this item and I would like to return it. The colors of this item are not true to the image offered online. The comforter is far too small for my bed while the sheets are way too large. There may have been a mistake in the packaging process. Please send me a prepaid shipping label so I can return this item. Thank you."
After they received the item by mail, the seller responded:
"We have received your return package, however the tags have been removed, and we can not accept the item in that condition. As stated on our return policy the items must be unused, unwashed, in resalable condition to qualify for a full refund. We are only able to issue a refund of 50%, if we do not hear back within 5 business days; we will assume that you agree with the partial refund."
I responded
"The item has been returned with all the original tags attached, even the inserts on the sheet set have been put back. It is unwashed and unused. It was folded back neatly into its packaging after it was opened as it was not the size it stated on the website. Please refund me the entire purchase price, as per your guarantee. "
They responded
"Unfortunately we can not issue a full refund for the returned items, as the tags have been removed from the decorative cushions. The item must be in original condition to be accepted for a full refund. We can only issue a 50% refund for an item in this condition."
The item was in my possession for a grand total of 4 days, where 3.9 days accounted for me waiting on their shipping label. The item was packaged back into its container as soon as I took it out.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. THIS IS A SCAM WEBSITE. THEIR PRODUCTS ARE TERRIBLE QUALITY AND THEY DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

Answer: Don't buy from them. It's not soft at all. It is very poor quality. I returned mine because of the quality and they told me I used it so they wouldn't return it. So absurd! I took it out to feel it. I folded it back up and shipped it back. Beware! Beware!
