Why are they still in business. They steal money from customers. They send out horrible merchandise and when you attempt to return they will not refund your money

Answer:
Well there are still honest people out there that dont know about their shady business and place the order. When they receive the merchandise its already too late for them to do anything about it and king linen has already pocketed the $

I am looking for the curtains that go with the Marianne Ivory bed set. I can't find them.

I am from Canada and this is my problem... I purchased a comforter set, which doesn't fit on my bed. Mattress is too high. I have an RMA Number, and have tried to return it via Fed Ex. The won't take the box as they say the zip code I have is not valid. Have called customer service and was assured this is the correct zip code. How do I return this to you? It was shipped out to me from Burnaby B. C. Can I return it there for full credit on the items?

Answer:
Don't buy from them. It's not soft at all. It is very poor quality. I returned mine because of the quality and they told me I used it so they wouldn't return it. So absurd! I took it out to feel it. I folded it back up and shipped it back. Beware! Beware!
