Reading all these very bad reviews. What is your regurn policy if items don't fit from Canada

Don't buy from them. It's not soft at all. It is very poor quality. I returned mine because of the quality and they told me I used it so they wouldn't return it. So absurd! I took it out to feel it. I folded it back up and shipped it back. Beware! Beware!
