I ordered beautiful curtains & a comforter in a zebra pattern. The curtains arrived musty smelling. I sprayed them with Lysol but that did not help. I washed them but then my washer & dryer & apartment smelled musty. I returned the curtains & comforter even though the comforter was usable. Have had nothing but problems with this company who tries every way not to give me my money back. 3 pair of curtains cost close to $90.
One wash and comforter fell apart. I wish I would have checked reviews prior to purchase. Sent them a pic at 40 days because I didn't use the comforter right away. They said they have a 30 day guarantee. RIPOFF! Don't waste your money.
I ordered 7 piece comforter set and somehow did not like it the moment I opened it. The pillows had no tags on them. When I returned the item they said the tags from pillows had been removed which is nonsense. They told me to refund only 70% of the payment. Ridiculous!
I wish i would have read the reviews about the company before purchasing from them. I purchased a so called 13pieces from them: i only received 9 pieces and the pillow had pearls missing. I have made a serial of complaints and no response.
The fabric is bad quality and the customer service worse as they dont even reply to emails nor phone calls.
This company is obviously a scam.
If you buy from them you ll regret it.
My mother ordered a queen size comforter set from this company that did not fit a queen size bed. When we tried to return, they only would give us 70% because they claimed it had been washed. It had NOT been washed and only removed from package and re-packaged when did not fit. I believe they sold her a used set and tried to pass it off as new and now will not accept our return. I tried to speak to someone directly to explain the situation and it is the worst customer service I have ever experienced. STAY away from this company!
I have ordered 2 quilts and than ordered my daughter a comforter set. My first queen size quilt didn't make it over the bed so I decided I would order the king size quilt that one just covered the bed but was not even a king or queen size maybe a for a full size bed. I didn't send them back cause I didn't want to hassle with it. I thought I would order my daughter a comforter for Christmas as it was the colors she loved. She washed it as that's what most people do before putting bedding on their beds. Well this comforter was not at all what we expected as it all was crooked and the stuffing stuff was all bunched up. I called King Linen and since it was washed it can not be returned. I will never order from this place again!

I purchase a comforter set from this website. It is extremely poor quality. The picture showed on the website is not the one you are going to get. Don't be cheated by the picture. I can buy the same quality thing from other places with more than 60% off their prices. If you really care about quality, don't buy from them! Also, if you are not satisfied, you have to ship back and pay for the shipping fee, which is super expensive. Not worth to buy and I will never buy from the website again!
Well lets start off by saying how pathetic they are. The took my money and then tell me the product I want is being discontinued. That's bull$#*!! Give me my money back now! I was really looking forward to getting my order but now I'm disappointed that the first time I order something I get shafted.
Not at all what I expected for a full size leopard comforter set despite having read reviews attesting to it's quality. Fabric was mediocre at best, bedskirt way too short, throw pillows were hard & chintzy, shams were queen sized. I had to buy queen sized pillows to fit inside the shams properly which ended up looking silly anyway because they hung over the sides of the bed. I wound up returning everything. The comforter set definitely lent a cheap overall look to the bedroom which was newly remodeled. Company did offer a return shipping discount, but it still cost $16.95 via Fed Ex. Will not purchase from Kinglinen in the future.
Color looked different than on the web site and fabric was horrible! Not even sure how to describe it except the fabric was noisy when you touched it. Tried it 1 night on the bed and could not even last an hour. They would not take it back since they said it was used. Never order from this company.
We bought a comforter set from them. When it arrived the comforter had a funny smell. But we were happy with the design and color, so we washed the comforter. It basically came apart after one washing. When we contacted them they said nothing could be returned after it was washed. Bedding should be able to stand up to more than one washing.
I am a pretty picky person when it come to buying nice things for my house! I love to buy things reasonably priced that looks high quality! When I ordered this 11 piece comforter set I didn't read the reviews until after I ordered. After I read the reviews I have to admit I was very nervous that I made a mistake because the reviews were awful! To my pleasant surprise, I received a beautiful comforter that looks just like it does in the picture on the web site! It feels amazing, looks high quality, and I could not have asked for a better price! Not only that, but I received it the exact day that I was expected to receive it! Thank you King Linen! I will definitely be ordering from your company again in the future!
I bought a 7 piece Cal King Patchwork Micro Suede Comforter Set. It seemed to be thin after my old down one, but it is just as warm as the old heavy one and the most comfortable thing I have ever had to sleep under. Have not washed it yet, but if it does not wash well I am so pleased with it I will just buy another one.

Needed to return an item and the instructions that their 'customer service' representative gave me was completely wrong. I would grade their customer skills an F! I was sent on a wild goose chase to the address that they provided to return by Federal Express and they wanted to charge over $20.00! What a joke!
Ordered 3 bedding sets & about 5 sheets sets from here. All purchases were exactly as noted. If I ordered the cheaper quality fabric, I got that. The better fabric, I got that. No complaints! Do your research folks, you get what you order.
I ordered a king comforter and shams from kinglinen before reading the reviews. Once I started reading them I was a little worried. Well I received my package today, and its just as the pic and description said. It arrived really quick, the color is correct, it did not smell, and it did not fall apart after washing. I will definitely order from here again. I've determined the issue with the reviews are most people who are satisfied don't post it, but those who aren't are very egar to tell everyone. I was never so disappointed in this order! The comforter did not look like the advertised picture. It was a horrible shiny satin from the 1960's. I didn't take it out of the bag because the looks of it was unacceptable. Also, the shipping cost plus the cost to return the item & the trouble to return it was unbelievable! I will never ever order from kinglinen again & will make sure that none of my friends or relatives will either. Canadians stay away from this site!
I have ordered several comforter sets from this company, no problem at all. They arrived on time and they were in excellent condition and the savings were awesome! This is the only company that I will order any bedding from. The customer service is very professional.
