New fries

Purchased 16 peices metal it came with the new fries they were awful very greasy to salty, why did they discontinue potato wedges they were great why not give you a choice of fries or wedges they need to bring back potato wedges

Not bad overall..

We have visited the Somerset, MA KFC several times since they reopened after being closed in the beginning of the pandemic. The original recipe dinners were satisfactory, mashed potatos and coleslaw were ok. My friend said the new fries weren't as good as the wedges used to be. He liked the chicken sandwich. The only complaints, if you get a breast watch out for the broken wishbone which is still attached and in the meat. The breast was tasty, though. There was a slight communication problem in the drive through, she put white meat in after I requested dark. The rest of our orders were accurate and the food was a good value.

Horrendous!

1/2 of 12 piece chicken was bloody 1/2 was so dry and overcooked, it was uneatable, gravy lid not properly put on and ended up in the bottom of the bag covering all other containers, fries container 1/2 full and soggy, biscuits were like bricks. Called manager and was told to take the survey, no apology, offer of replacement or refund. Location: Richland, Ms. Receipt # 226@4:52pm, $32.69

If you purchase the buffalo nashville hot chicken tenders you are charged an extra 3.00 for the sauce to be on the tender this is ridiculous. Why would you order nashville hot chicken tendors for 7.49 and then an extra 3.00 cost for them to be nashville hot this is a rip off

This review is for the Bixby, OK store

We ordered the $20 fill up with an extra Mac and cheese. Got home, no biscuits. Instead of of the coleslaw we ordered, we got green beans. I HATE green beans. I called the store immediately and no one would pick up the phone. Literally let it ring until the phone disconnected automatically. After trying to call 3 times I finally called the Customer service number. Filed a complaint. Responded to survey on my receipt and also stated the problem. That was 06/14/20. As of today, I have heard nothing! I called the customer service number again who was able to find my complaint and they said they would resend it. Really?! KFC does not care about its customers. Two months and no response! I haven't spent a dime with them since this happened, they obviously don't want my business. My food was incomplete and wrong and no one cares to make it right. Not only has their quality diminished but their loyalty to their customers is non-existent. Spend your money with the competition, at least they will get your order correct. My family used to eat here once a week but haven't spent a dime since this happened. Run away!

I don't think $7.99 is a competitive price without a drink for a fastfood meal. To many other options around. Chicken pieces were really small too. 3pc, 2sides no drink.

Awesome service at kfc wanganui. Ok I needed to stand in line for half hour on the 30/5. But was so impressed with the woman serving. She was efficient and fast. A great find for KFC wanganui.

Im not a complainer but this time it takes the cake, I ordered 2 $20 fill up boxs to only get half my order. I went threw drive threw got pulled forword witch I completly understand with such a big order. I didnt get my biscuits that would be a total of 8 that I didfnt get. I didnt get all my chicken there was a total of 3 pieces missing, also one mashed potato and one gravy. Real disapointing I got all the way home to feed my family & guests to be shorted as much as I was. I tried calling the store no one answered the 3 times that I have tried. My husband told KFC several times of my allergy several times! The manager even gave us the food and said they were cautious. They smothered my potatoes with the very ingredient that My husband made them very aware that I was allergic to! The worst part is not having to go to the hospital because I almost died! But the spit in the face they gave me by sending me a damn $20 check basically telling me, "oh well!" TF why I don't eat at $#*! holes like this place! He wanted to go is the ONLY REASON why tf I gave them a chance! Not only did they really mess up and jeopardize my life's breath and well being but gave me a slap in the face! They will so apologize when I have a lawyer call the CEO! So if you have any allergy you should skip this place because they surely don't give a crap if they kill you!

Cheated again

I went to KFC and asked them what their largest popcorn chicken was and she held up a box and said this is $10 and would be full. Imagine my surprise when I get home and both boxes content fit inside of one box. Those boxes where really full I tell you!

During Corona Scare employee in Fort Lee KFC sneezes in paper towel and uses same
Snot laden towel to wipe his hands. Then picks up his gloves with his germ filled hands and touches most of the exterior of his gloves to pull them back on. I walked out immediately. Meanwhile, getting messages from KFC about how they are looking out for our safety with cleaner methods.

We visited the drive thru in kfc in McDonough the lady was very friendly talking. I like to post good comments when one deserves it. We where pulling into parking lot to eat because of the coronavirus I ask her before we pulled away could I get some hot sauce...( she said it was in the bag) so we park and there is no hot sauce in the bag. So I pull back around and ask her could I get some hot sauce it wasn't in the bag. She about threw it at me and didn't say a word. So I said thank you have a nice day. HOW rude. I work at the grocery store and hear everything all day. And never treat anyone like that. And then lie. Knowing you didn't put anything in the bag thinking I am going to drive off and not come back. Thanks have a nice day..

Lazy people

I normally go to KFC and they do ok but for some reason today was not the same I place an order at around about 12:30 and my order was incorrect the managers response was that I needed to bring my food back so they could replace it. Well being that I only get one lunch a day that was not an option. Then when I took the food back both the managers had an attitude like I messed over then. This company was so worried about their meal that they messed up on but never thought about the gas that we as customers spend to drive to their location. I will NO longer eat at this KFC and thinking about not going to another. As a customer I matter cause it's people like me that help keep youir business going.
