KFC is one of the best food producers in the world. I have been enjoying their services for 5 years. They are excellent.
I ordered online yesterday at the Obetz, OH location. I had a holiday party for my employees scheduled for today. Thankfully I called early today to check on it and they told me they had no record of my order (even though I had a receipt and an order number from that location). Customer service canceled the order and refunded it so I called the restaurant back so I could order over the phone and the employee said "Getcha chicken from somewhere else $#*!!" and hung up on me. I was so shocked I couldn't even respond. I guess we will be having pizza for our holiday party today. I did call the customer service line and report this but I will never give KFC my business again.
We went to the KFC on 11th St. In Rockford, IL and the service was terrible. We were given Half servings of mashed potato the gravy was maybe 3 tablespoons in the in the cup we were supposed to get free Cinnabon's we got biscuits with frosting on them. I will never recommend this place I am never going back they are horrible. If I could give them less than one star I would!

KFC was my choice for take out chicken for a lot of years until I was introduced to Popeye's. Especially their mash potatoes. KFC potatoes are instant and Popeye's are real. Their chicken is much much more flavorful and good. So basically I don't do KFC at all any more. But a side from that KFC is not bad, just ok and not my choice any more. One thing that I have issues with them is that when going through the drive thru quite often I do not get napkins, fork or butter/honey for my roll. This is something that I have commented on with the surveys that I took from the receipt and nothing ever changed. Which to me said that they either were never told of the issue or they did not care. And it was not just once of twice that I filled out the surveys.
So KFC is just ok in my book but they are not bad, I just have found a place that I feel it better.
The food is good, but constantly annoying when the staff cannot get an order right, always have missing items from my meals. They are either to lazy to cook more food to make up the order what it should be or just dumb people who can't count how many items should be in the meal.
We pulled up to the speaker that you talk to and we said hello for about 6 times and they just said "hold up" We waited another 2 minutes and they just said "pull up to the window" no one was there to greet and let us order so we just left.
I like kfc, giving my family smile and joy. Good food tastes great.it is easy to find anywhere in anyplace in the world. Hope to have this kind of business in the future ahead.
I've been ordering from KFC for once a month over the past years and my orders have always been 100% accurate. What makes KFC special is the quality of food and fast and courteous service. The chicken and chips are always crispy and hot. Out of all the fast food chains here, i love eating at KFC.
I eat in the on of the KFC restaurant... The taste is not good like old time... KFC need to more control all the franchise restaurant for the food quality.
Recently I purchased some chicken from KFC in Oak Park and it was absolute garbage the chicken was old, mashed potatoes were cold the gravy was burnt tasting, the biscuits were hard as rocks and the service was despicable. There were customers who came in after me and received freshly cooked items and I spent almost $35 for a bunch of rejected garbage that they were about to throw out. I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN!
Typical fast food place. I like their wings, bucket and burgers. It quality is very nice. Very hygenic and healthy enviornment at store. Fair price and fair quality of the food.The side dishes such as fries macaroni salad cole slaw are ok.
While I do like the taste of KFC chicken, I warn people to check their entire order before leaving the KFC store. The last 2 times I ordered dinner from them (2 different locations in NY, West Seneca and Geneva) I was shorted on the amount of chicken I received, one piece less each time. The end of the world? No, but it looks like a pattern of dishonesty, that could save KFC ALOT of money if compounded over thousands of orders.
KFC did send me a voucher for the first "mistake" but they have strung me along for over a month for the second "mistake". So DO count your chicken... and other items.
I ordered the 5.00 Fillup Pot Pie on Main Street and Lindsey in Mesa, Az. It actually costs 5.75 plus tax and was the worst pot pie I ever ate. All crust with little inside. 3 pieces of chicken, two carrot pieces and 1 pea. Could not believe my eyes. Like their tiny dwarf chicken pieces with 7 layers of batter. I'm done with KFC.
Order a $5.00 fill up box all white meat. Got a wing and thigh. Nasty call the manager was nasty. Never will we go back
This store on harmont needs to close if they can not do the job right
