It's very hard to imagine we would ever see, any point in time, that Corporate America, cares NOT, the way their customers are made to feel. What happened to the customer being of value to the company of which they chose to do business? What happened to any minimum standard? At what point did Corporate America lose sight of the fact, their employees conduct is a reflection of the company they work for? Why are loyal customers now looked at as disposable? Is the horrible customer service that's now across the board, in most every large Corporate owned fast food operation, in this country... sustainable? Many, many people I talk too, are concerned and ask the very same questions. I hope somehow, business in America can get back to normal. If it doesn't... we are all in deep trouble. The attitude and accepted level of service standard that is tolerated by large Corporations today, will change this country for ever. A customer will no longer feel like a customer, they will feel as most today... just a FOOL, that made the wrong choice. Corporate America, the ball is your court. Customers do not deserve to feel this way.

It was as bad as it sounds and I eat here a lot. My favorite chicken but deserve a bad rating on this Idea. Try it yourself as described. It is awful the mayonaise was heavy on both sides. So dont get it. Go some where else for chicken sandwiches its safer.

Today I went to the Reading, PA 5th St. Hwy KFC. Went thru the Drive Up. 3 x's I had to explain to the girl who was speaking to me in Spanish I DON"T SPEAK SPANISH. After I paid for my order, the girl at the window made a SLIT THROAT GESTURE. IF that wasn't bad enough the Bun was soggy and so were the french fries. MY ADVICE, stay away from this KFC Go to a restaurant where the customer' are treated with respect and the food is twice as good.

All dishes are delicious. I love burgers at KFS (chef's burger and cheeseburger, I haven't tried the rest). Despite all my love for FSC, I try to go there very rarely, because it is still junk food. But when I come there, eat this food, for the next 10 days, I frantically want to come there again and again to eat their food. Well, everything is very tasty! There are coupons in the KFS that you can use to buy some dishes at a profit. Coupons can be found on the official website and just tell the code at the checkout. Which is also very cool
The only negative in the restaurant itself, as for me, McDonald's wins in this.

Zinger my favourite

What's up with KFC? I always order the #3 combo and I ask for a small drink since the medium is too big. I always get a medium! I no longer eat bread so I ask for no biscuit and they give it to me anyway so I have to throw it away! What a waste! I said something about this to the woman at the window and she replied that that's how the combo comes! DUH! As if I didn't already know that. Are the people working at this KFC so stupid they can't adjust to a special order now and then? Guess so!

Used to be good

When I was growing up KFC was awesome. Not anymore. I just got an 8 piece meal from the 28th and burlingame Wyoming Michigan site and everything is absolutely disgusting! I threw it in the dumpster. Thanks for wasting my $25 again

The KFCs in Boise are terrible. They get the order wrong more than half the time. They almost never have enough extra crispy chicken made to fill up a 12 piece bucket. Often I have to wait 20 minutes or more to get some. Tonight it was over 1 1/2 hours till closing and the manager told me they weren't planning to make any more chicken tonight, so I couldn't even wait for extra crispy. She said that she could give me half extra and half the other, when I got home 4 out of 12 pieces were extra crispy, so her definition of half is suspect. I'd already given up on the other locations in the area and now it's clear that this is a management problem with the company that owns all the KFCs in the area. Never again.

Bottom of 20-piece bucket had about a 3/4 inch of very brown, rancid grease. Chicken was soggy, skin was falling off in clumps. Looks like worker poured 3-day-old grease from the fryer over it to warm it up? Smelled bad also once bag was opened and lid taken off. Second 10-piece bucket of white & dark was almost as bad. Not worth the gasoline and time to take back. I've bought chicken in the past, taken to picnics, outdoor activities that sat all afternoon that was immensely better than this! I wish I had a photo of how bad it looked! I gave 1-star because it wouldn't let me give it less!

I've been a KFC customer for over half a century, the Lindsay, Ontario location on Kent St. Is the only one I've ever been unsatisfied with. I normally have KFC twice a week, I no-longer do, now, only when I'm out of town. Before the new manager took over in the fall of 2020, even if you were the only customer there, it would always take 20 to 30 minutes to get your food, "after" you ordered, often, there was three or four other cars in line, one or two would always give up and leave the line. The last three times in a row, I received the wrong order, and/or had food items missing. If you order a meal with dark meat, specify "NO WHITE MEAT" or half your order will be; old, dried out white meat, that's to tough, even for my dog's and cat's to eat! I went to KFClistens.ca, and no one listened, no one got back to me about the problems I had at this location.
