Picked up order…… chicken tenders and fries at drive thru window, person who was working at the window can t even greet me, matter fact says nothing to me at all. I get my food, no napkins, any kind of sauce for tenders…… she didn't t ask if I wanted sauce or ketchup…… WTF! Why are these people getting paid 15$ an hour for having an attitude and giving crappy service……. If I m paying 15-20$ for a fast food meal I expect at least friendliness and decent service……

This is the worst place to get an order of food.
I placed an order around 8:55 and was given a pickup time of 9:15
Arrived at 9:15 and was told the facility only had wings and thighs available! ( we ordered 4 breast.)
Then I asked if they could make our order and was given a 1/2 hour wait time. So I waited.
Stupid is that stupid does, the last time I check their phone number didn't work and this experience happens with every order I've placed with this location. They should close at 8pm instead of making things that people really don't want but accept it.

So many menus here widgets types of burgers chicken without bone the taste of their chicken skin always gets me

A week ago I visited KFC I think the chicken was extremely dry. Needs Improvement is required in taste and services.

The extra crispy was not double dipped for the crispness. I know cause I used to work at a KFC. You people are going to loose a lot of customers if you don't retrain these people. I have friends in Moundsville, WV. That says the same thing about KFC. Your food is horrible. Cournel Sanders is probably rolling over in his grave. You are ruining his name. KFC was always my favorite chicken place to eat. But if I can't get extra Chrispy chicken then what is the point. I hope you can fix this problem before you go belly up and loose everything. I know a lot of people that quit going to KFC cause of the chicken. I pray you do something about it before it is too late. It's a shame cause I grew up with KFC. Thank you.

I took my family to KFC in Wallace, NC to pick up a quick dinner tonight. That is the biggest mistake i made in a while when it comes to food places. By far the worst garbage i have ever received at a restaurant or anywhere that serves food in a long time. The chicken(for which this company has based it's name) was worse than cold jerky garbage. Not only was it NOT at correct temperatures, but it was completely old and dried out. There was no mix in my 8 piece box i bought. They gave me all dark meat, which most of us don't eat in the first place, but not one single piece of white meat. I also ordered tenders and 2 sandwich boxes. Every single bit of the chicken on everything was disgusting and beyond terrible. I spent quite a bit of money there and the only edible thing is the coleslaw. So i guess i just paid well over $60 for a container of coleslaw. Expensive stuff. Never in my life again, will i go to Kentucky Fried Chicken. Absolutely horrible. The young man that helped us was pleasant and friendly, but that's the extent of quality from this establishment. I am seriously appalled at the poor(and that's being generous) quality and taste of the food here!

Unreal I go to get food on 1/13/22 didn't get all I purchased come back next day and I get told today that they aren't open they don't have enough workers. When asked what time they will open since they open now at 2-10 was told idk maybe 4. What the heck is wrong with this place. Never have the food you order never have orders correct then the hours are changed from 10:30 till 2-10 and still don't open at said time. Unreal the one on sunset In Waukesha wi highly suggest you travel some place better if you want quality service and to be able to eat!

Your biscuits are hard as a rock and every time I try to eat them I'm scared they might break my tooth

Changed order at window cause I was not going to pay 49.00 for a 12 pc chicken strip meal (hell I will go to Audrey's for that). When I changed it at the window with the girl the person behind her who was boxing up the chicken strip order got pissed threw the box of chicken on the floor and the tongs and stomped off. The girl that took our order was outstanding she give us cookies, extra chicken and biscuits. She was very embarrassed on what happened! Oak Risge Tennessee KFC Location

Absolutely shocking. We both said how poor it was … we appreciate it's only a takeaway but how the food that we loved has changed..

About twice a year, I settle for KFC because it's the only local chicken place. EVERY time, the chicken tastes like the fryers, very oily and there's other food in the gravy. Quite disgusting and waste of about a meal and $30 or so.

Went to KFC Fort Wayne, Indiana on East State boulevard and ordered my meal. I told them I wanted mashed potatoes and gravy instead of fries. They gave me fries. Anyway, I went back through the drive-thru and told the lady that I got fries instead of mashed potatoes and she tried to push the blame on me saying I should have checked my bag before I took off and that the next time I should do that. As I was explaining that I shouldn't have to do that even though I probably should. She slammed the window in my face and went and got my mashed potatoes. Anyway, after all that when I went to eat my meal my chicken was overcooked and everything was cold. I don't know how this place stays in business

Hello, I was calling about the Chicken because in your chicken sandwich you don't have much chicken. I see that the chicken sandwich is way too much bread but the chicken is nonexistent and just feels crunchy and non flavorful. I then called customer service and attempted to tell them about my experience. They asked if I was over 50 and tried to tell me about their chicken. I don't know how being over 50 would change how truthful my review is unless they believe I am somehow mentally challenged. I would just like to say put less bread in each chicken sandwich and add more chicken.

Bad experience, the taste terrible not fresh at all, spoiled fries hard and leathery texture, cole slaw the only thing is good

After visiting KFC in Iceland i have to say if I was reviewing UK Kentucky fries I would give 1 star but Iceland Kentucky fries would get 5 stars all day long

We ordered 1 leg/thigh combo X crispy and 1 breast/wing combo X crispy.

We told the employee, who we could barely hear at the drive thru speaker, that we didn't want the drinks.

Without us asking for a substitution, the employee offered a small side for each combo in lieu of a drink.

We ordered green beans and mac and cheese for the sides for both. We didn't expect the extra side and we were pleased.

We were charged $14.88.

We were handed our bag and told honey, butter and utensils were in the bag.

We thanked them and drove home.

It rained this evening and some of the streets were flooded so we were happy to make it there and home safely.

We got comfortable and about 10 minutes after arriving home, we looked in the bag and there were no utensils, honey or butter, just napkins.

In our food boxes we had our 2 sides, 2 biscuits and 2 LEGS & 2 THIGHS. My spouse had ordered the breast and wing and was quite upset, which made me twice as upset for KFC getting such a simple order so wrong and upsetting my spouse, who is also under my care as his caregiver.

I called the store. Their phone rang 15-20 times, stopped ringing, but we were still connected. Hung up, called back 8 times and got a busy signal every time.

Tried the biscuit and it was dry and hard.

By this time I had lost my appetite and wished for dogs or some animal to feed this food to.

Decided to reach them through the customer survey.

By the time I got to the part where they ask you to be specific about your experience, I was allowed to enter lots of characters only to receive a 1200 character maximum AFTER trying to go to the next page. I kept taking out more and more characters and hitting next for about 10 minutes only to receive a " session has timed out" message which then forces you to take the survey over.

I cook every day. I enjoy cooking. When we go out for food, it's supposed to be a treat, not a trick.
