I've been using KetoCycle for a few months now, and I must say I'm impressed with the results. The app offers customized meal plans and workout routines based on my goals and preferences. The user interface is easy to navigate, and the recipes are delicious and easy to follow. The app also provides a progress tracker that helps me keep track of my weight loss journey. The support team is responsive and helpful, and the community feature allows me to connect with other users and share tips and motivation. When I got interested in keto, i understood that immediately that it was not a diet I can just easily follow. So I had to look for a structured approach. I found out about keto cycle from the ad and have been using it for over a month. Keto is definitely hard but the app makes things easier. I dont have to count macros myself or do portion control. App does it for me. The recipes are good too. I definitely recommend it for people who are feel lost in this diet.

This app has a lot of helpful features for anyone just starting out with Keto diet. There's a lot of trackers here, including meals and daily water intake, that are unbelievably helpful. I also quite enjoy the interface and layout of the app and the contents. There's an exercise tracker/helper app as well. Over all, highly recommended for beginners looking to get healthy using Keto and exercise.

I normally don't like it when the first thing an app shows me is a paywall, but this app at least was showing coupons for newcomers. The app is filled with good information and good testimonials from other customers, which makes me more likely to buy the product. I also question if I bought the product would it be in Spanish. I don't see a way to translate the page.

I enjoy the different meals, even how the shopping list can be made for you. The articles are good as well. The how are you feeling section doesn't cover much, you are limited. And you cannot add your own. Example: cramps. Adding foods is also hard to do not easy. Finding different meals to swap search is not real easy. Removing ingredients is non existing. Adding comments in app is hard to find or non existant. And step tracker cannot be updated to reflect steps. Phone has to be on person to calculate. Meals are great but the calories are higher than the app sets. So if you eat everything it suggests you will be in yellow on calories.

First of all, I did not have a good experience over all with their system.
Second, their subscription for the app renews automatically without giving you a reminder or checking in if you still want to use it or not.

Instead they just charge your the $66 and then when you cancel on the day and ask for a refund, they refuse it, justifying it with their unfair conditions.

And third, their products that they sell, to help along with your Keto Diet, like their Keto Bars, taste awful.

Would not recommend it to anyone, I will now never ever again use them and escalated the case on paypal, to get my $66 back.

After I got paypal involved and wrote a complain letter to the Support, all over sudden I got the full refund, not just 50% as they first told me.

This is what should of happend in the first place, when a customer contacts support within the first 7 days, when an automated payment goes through and things have changed for them. Then a full refund should be given without arguing about it and trying to force unfair payment conditions on the customer.

Since they made after the complain letter an effort to rectify their mistake, I have adjusted my review from 1 to 3 stars. However for me, I am done with this Company.

This a clear and easy way to start my journey into the Keto diet. I love that they cater to what I like to eat and how much I can meal prep. I'm excited to continue looking into this!

The app is very average!
Have not used it for nearly a year and then got charge over $100 for auto renewal and they will not refund my money!
Stay clear of this scam! They just want your credit card details!

Very complicated and time consuming, plus the menus they provide require loads of ingredients at very small quantities, not at all suitable for someone living alone. Shopping lists are ridiculous, where can you buy 30 grams of bacon and 80 grams of mince? Buy a pack and have to weigh it out yourself, and the remainder goes bad because you cant eat it 2 or 3 days in a row. When I asked for a refund as the diet was advertised as simple which it definitely is not - I was refused. Not great customer service either.

You are presented with specific recipes for each meal, often consisting of boiled eggs or canned sardines, OR requiring you to cook for over an hour at lunchtime. There is no general guidance concerning macros etc. and the recipes are gross. Really terrible "program" - actually just a collection of bad recipes.

I wish I had read the reviews on this site prior to purchasing. The negative reviews are right on. You cannot try the app until you purchase it. Meal logging is tedious. You can only log food by weight, which is not convenient. You cannot substitute ingredients on the recipes. Customer service maliciously misunderstands your concerns when you write to them. They will not refund your money. They run you in circles. I am out $100 for a year subscription to an app that is absolutely useless to me.

This app does not allow you to test it prior to purchase and was not for me as I didn't want to log meals but individual foods. Wrote customer service and denied refund even though I wrote within 15 of registering. 6 months worth gone.

Totally waste of money. Don't buy. The product quality is very poor. Totally disappointed. I used this from last few months. And I didn't get any improvement. Really horrible experience with this fraud company and their lower grade product.

I signed up for $66 in June of 2022, then my life got crazy and I completely forgot about it. One year later I get a charge on my card for $66. I did not even recognize the business. So I searched back through my emails and saw that purchase from a year and for about 3 days they emailed me reminders about logging in to start the program and then NOTHING. Not ONE more email for an entire year. Just a charge for $66 and a refusal to refund. Canned, unsympathetic responses. Companies like this RELY on people to forget the charge is coming. Disgusted.

Please don't get sucked in. The app is basic as best. Meal plans are not personal just rotate through. Customer service is average at best, am still waiting for a response to issues I raised after their automated response advised would be 12 hours. Can't make changes to your exercise to allow the meal plans to update to allow for increased exercise. Just letting people know so they don't get sucked in to purchasing.

Be aware that you will be charged for a renewal whether you realize it or not. There is no notification. It just disappears out of your bank account. Very deceitful. If I owned a company and someone reported this to me, I would gladly refund their money because they aren't using my product.
