I signed up thinking this would be great and easy... The meals were high carb ie. 15 grams for breakfast, 20 grams lunch etc. For someone on Keto this does not work. When I contacted them the rep was rude and said we didn't do anything wrong and just because I don't like the options they won't refund me. So their policy is a bait and switch! So disgusted with this business.

This is a total scam. I stupidly signed up for a whole year. Then read the menus. I am a diabetic and have high triglycerides through heredity. KetoCycle. Diet is not the eating plan for these sort of challenges. Requesting a refund is a horror. I paid through PayPal, which offers no consumer protection. I later did the research that I should have done on the front end - yes, my own stupidity. Based in Lithuania. Run, don't walk away from this website.

After a few more emails to Paypal and Keto Cycle Diet, I am told that I will be receiving a full refund. Persistence and perseverance wins the race.

I want to repeat what others are saying, these people find loopholes to keep your money even when you explain you had no intentions of reordering. I also don't believe I got any kind of reminder in advance that I would be rebilled. Bad business practice - Shame on them.

It's no diet. I bought it and right away wanted to cancel it because I was allergic to most of the items. When you purchase it, there is no option to choose. The food was nothing special, it's everything you can google it online. They are scams and they refunded me only 50% of my money. They gave me the excuse that it's online program and they assumed that I printed the garbage meal plan. I didn't even check what was the second day meal plan. They will look for anyway to steal from you.

Paid for an app through GooglePlay.com in September for 3 months but did not get access to the app. I've called the customer service, and they claim they never got the payment. I've called Google play.com and they refuse to refund the payment even though I have shown them I do not have access to the app. No one is willing to help me so I am out of $30.91. I've had to follow the Better Business Bureau complaint against both of them. My advice is to stay away from this app, and, google play.com.

As noted in many reviews here the app is worthless. Their business practices are a scam. You'll receive a renewal charge after a year but you won't receive any advance notice that the charge will be made. It just shows up on your credit card. I noticed the charge right away and contacted them immediately to cancel the subscription that I didn't know I had, and asked them to refund the charge. 2 days later they responded that my so-called subscription would be cancelled but there would be no refund, even though I told them on the same day the charge was made. That's what is commonly called a SCAM! A reputable business would let you know that the renewal charge was coming and give you an opportunity to cancel. Or at the very least, they would offer a refund after sneaking this charge onto your card. But not Keto Cycle! They have a good thing going here by snagging your money and not giving it back. Don't make the mistake I made! It's a worthless app and a company whose business model relies on people not realizing they are subscribing to something and not refunding once they realize it.

I purchased the plan in hopes to kick start my keto journey. When signing up you are promised a customized meal plan and other added perks. What I received was a calorie, step and water tracker (which if you have an Iphone you can do this on your phone for FREE)... everything else is listed as an additional cost ranging between $25-$100 more than already paid. When I read the terms and conditions for refunds I had 14 days to request a full refund, which I had emailed them 3 days after purchasing, when I finally received an email back I was told I was not eligible for a refund since the product was not "faulty". Well to me not receiving the meal plan that was offered is definitely faulty. Please if I can give you any advice do not give this company your money! I have been fighting for this refund for the past 2 weeks now and still getting the same outcome.

BUYER BEWARE. If you think this app is a keto equivalent to MyFitnessPal, you're wrong. It doesn't include any metrics accept macros, no fiber, no sugar, nothing. If you add your own food, get ready for the least comprehensive experience. It literally didnt have the correct nutrition facts for turkey sausage in the database. If you're sticking wholly to their meal plan, fine but if you understand keto and are looking for a tool, go with a different meal tracker. This app/company will lure you into this amazing keto tool then keep your money when you realize its crap. I asked for a refund and cited the issues with the food tracker and they claimed "digital purchases are non-refundable and are only granted if there's a problem with the app's functionality." So after using this app one time, I'm $50 in the hole.

I purchased a meal plan that I can't access. I emailed them several times and called them to resolve this but they always give you the run about that someone will contact you within 24 hours and resolve the issue but it's ALL LIES. And they refuse to refund you. Stay away!

I like this app it has many delicious recipes and plenty of options to upgrade experience if needed. There's a shopping list too which is convenient and it has many things that can be tracked and viewed in one spot. Very convenient. Keto Cycle offers a new, educated approach to the famous Ketogenic diet.

Love the weight loss! I am getting closer to my goal all the time and, once I hit it, I plan to continue on. This plan does NOT starve you. The portions are small but that just makes sense. Would definitely recommend the keto plan for anyone who has a weight problem or may have a family history of diabetes. This can help!

This company is a fraud. I contacted them repeatedly and they refused to refund the money I wasted on this app. It was not helpful at all and most of the content is found on keto websites. They promised the money back ONLY if you lose all your goal weight within 28 days! I selected more weight than I should so I can set a higher accountability level so unless I don't eat for 28 days I will never attain my weight goal. This company is fraudulent and preying on vulnerable people that are desperate to lose weight and take advantage of their situation stealing their money. Don't trust them at all!

This site is a scam. It is all set up to sell you things that don't really do anything, and you cannot get a refund. The site is full of huge contracts and disclaimers that you can't read until after the fact. The App is all upsell and sales gimmicks, not helpful. Customer support does NOTHING. No responses at all, except to solicit more sales or get 5 star reviews before you have tried anything and figured out it sucks. Do NOT waste your money, you will not get it back. Horrible terrible company. I assume she is making a killing getting people quickly trapped into trying it, and never being able to cancel or get a refund. Heed the other reviews that are similar. I wish I had.

The meal plans are great and macros calculations are great IF you can get your meals to log onto the correct days. You add water intake or steps or make changes to your meal plan, it adds it to a previous day. You can't go back to add a snack to a previous day. VERY frustrating. Support just keeps saying its an IT issue that's being addressed. They refunded me 50% of my subscription. I didn't cancel because I am still using the meal plan and recipes. Also, can use PC OR phone. They say they will eventually sync but after 2 weeks, I can't go back and forth.

Amazing useful app. I was thinking of dieting but could not find the right way. The. I found this app which helped me a lot to lose my weight. I am using this app without any investment. Exactly what every review from the last week states. This app is terrible and they scam you for quick money. I think I used it for 4-5 days a year ago. Uninstalled it and forgot about it. They just took £60.00 and have back tracked on their 14 day policy. Refused to refund the renewal even though I don't use the product and didn't ask for it to be renewed. Simply terrible service.
